I was offered a 3 day membership trial period if I submitted my credit card details and paid 3.99GBP.
After the 3 day period, I was not satisfied with the site, So didn't bother investigating it any further.
A few weeks later I checked my bank balance and noticed 3.99 plus 24.99 GBP had been debited from my account from the above company.
After notifying them asking for my money back, they refused saying I had used their site and had not notified them in advance to cancel my membership. They would however not withdraw any further funds and my membership would be terminated from immediate affect.
I had never requested ot authorized them to a month membership fee.
I tried getting the transaction cancelled with my bank-they said it would involve cancelling my debit card, which is an inconvenience at this point.
I therefore have no option but to take the matter up with small claims-again a waste of my time, so it looks like this company has succeeded in stealing 24.99 GBP of my money.
How many more people will they scam in this manner before they are removed from trading online?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I have sent multiple emails from above email and haven’t been using this service for over a year… please cancel my account I don’t have a job anymore to pay :(
I cancelled the billing as mentioned on their site but still taking money every month. It's pathetic would never recommend this service ever to anyone unless want to chat with soulless bots. Dodgy money taking scam. They never help just keep taking my money. Pathetic!

I tried this site and now it won't delete my account and they also are trying to charge me after I canceled my membership and subscription
I would like to remove my photos, and all accounts off Benaughty, Naughtydate, Imnaughty and Momsgetnaughty immediately. I only signed up for Benaughty and somehow I’m also a member of the other websites, whih is so wrong, and you’re a thief.
I already cancelled repeat payments for all those mentioned websites. If you try to charge me, I’ll report you, and sue you.

I signed up on June 29th, 2023 at 4:50 PM as User ID [protected]. I applied for the 3-Day Trial Membership, but now I'm done with it, and I want to remove my account, but I have to cancel the repeat billing of my subscription first. But each time I do that, I'm sent to call a support number, and the support keeps extending my trial instead.

I had called many times to the benaughty website and they mentioned that my account had been unsubscribed but money was deducted every month? How is that possible and what do I need to do?
Many times I've complained about this bloody company wherr they keep taking my money out, even after leaving them! They also use another acc to take the money so it seems like they're not taking as much!
After canceling my subscription in July I keep getting charged ( its now august) also no way for me to remove my profile.
I have been charged twice since I subscribed in July and canceling the subscriptions has no affect. This site is a scam why I want to be removed and stopped my subscription.
Yeah, I'm here again, they've taken around roughly 176.24 dollars put of my bank account, of coure I've once more trued to resolve this but the company would deny and said I've had already. They've alsp been using dtsrct to take money out of my account which is honestly getting old at this point I know.

It's 26/11/23 and I have just had £45 taken from me out of the blue. I have not been using the site for months and do not have an active subscription. They have quire literally stolen money straight out of my account

Try to contact by email and they answer that is charged over.

i wanted to use benaughty for one day for .99p as it says however it would not let me cancel the repeat subscription and thus i cant delete my account and benaughty keeps trying to take money out of my account for a service i don't want. i cannot afford for any money to be taken out im currently struggling as it is.

I had signed up and used the 1 day trial and realising it wasnt really for me, i tried to turn off auto renew around 4-5 times, thinking it worked as i tried every possible outcome, i left the website only to be woken up with £50 going out of my account.
