Berrada Properties review: Cost me my apartment at 2835 West Kilbourn Avenue

What happened to me was, I was living inside the apartment building at 2835 West Kilbourn Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from 2020 to 2024, Team Management LLC managed the apartment building until 2023, What happened was Susan Kissinger, Darnell Williams and Team Management LLC sold the apartment building to Berrada Properties in 2023, What happened to me was, I got evicted from that apartment building on April 19 2024, Black tenants who live inside that apartment building be staring problems with the good tenants! Black tenants be hanging out in the back of the apartment building drinking, smoking weed and breaking glass. That apartment building is a sign of urban decay in that neighborhood! Brianna who works at the property management office at 3745 West Wells Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin don't care about what happens to good tenants who live in their apartments. Brianna is selfish, sick, twisted, crooked and corrupted in that property management office! I don't trust Youssef "Joe" Berrada and Berrada Properties, Because they are sick, twisted, crooked, corrupted and evil, Do not move in any of their apartments in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! Stay away from Berrada Properties, Because they are not worth renting to and They are a cancer to the City of Milwaukee, If you are looking for an apartment, Go to a different apartment and Go to a different property management company on the Southside and in the White neighborhood!
