I bought a car from Best Deal Auto Sales, Inc
I bought a car from Best Deal Auto Sales, Inc. last April. They said they'd fix the passenger side door lock actuator, the speaker, and the steering column squeak. They kept the car for three weeks and said it was ready. I got a ride from *** to Auburn, but the assistant manager told me none of the repairs were made after my ride left. I left a review on *** and the assistant manager was rude and unprofessional in his text message. I asked for help, but he said no. I want this fixed!

I bought a used Ford Expedition from Best Deal Auto Sales in Warsaw, Indiana on August 11. Salesperson *** helped me out. They told me that a 3rd party company called Opus VTR would get Illinois registration for my vehicle. I paid $265.00 for "LIC and/or REG," as it said in the paperwork. My friend said it's weird for an Indiana dealer to get Illinois registration, but the staff at Best Deal Auto Sales said that Out of State registration services are provided by *** on their website. I haven't heard anything from the *** since then. The temporary Indiana registration expired, so I called Best Deal Auto Sales in Warsaw many times. They didn't call me back. Finally, I talked to Johnnie. They said there's a hold up in the paperwork, and I'm NOT entitled to ***. I have to buy it on my own. I tried to get registration on my own through the Wilmington Currency Exchange, but they said the *** has no record of me owning the purchased vehicle. Now, the temporary Indiana registration they gave me expired on September 25. I can't legally drive this vehicle anymore.
