A complete scam
Made the worst mistake of my life calling these people out. A simple electrical fix to my fridge connection, asked them to fit some ceiling lamps while they were here, 1.5 hours turned into an £800 bill! The 'invoice' arrived by email after several calls, had no breakdown of costs and no VAT number. It is shameful that an outfit like this can exist in a country like the UK where you expect some kind of regulation and enforcement of traders. They are clearly operating illegally and need to be shut down
Recommendation: AVOID!!!!
Scam company
Horrendous company, total scam, do not use! They sent out a guy who charged us £350 promising to get the part and come back to finish the work the following day. Then they stop replying. It's all a total scam. The call centre is staffed by people who know what they are doing, refuse to give out their names or any information. Everyone just stops replying and they take your money and run.
Recommendation: Do not use
They are really really bad - do not use them!
So upset with them! They were called to undertake work at my mothers house (who is 78 with stage 4 cancer). The told her she needed a rewire the whole flat to the tune of £12,000. She said to do half the job the next day as she did not have the total money immediately available so paid £6,100.
The contractors left so many holes in the walls, ceiling and kitchen cabinets, They also made holes in the flooring (which was less than a year old), as they did not cover the floor and left all the 'old' plug sockets in the wall.
As a result, we got two other independent electricians in who both said the work was extremely shoddy and overpriced. They will both be writing reports.
When I contacted best technicians, they do not reply to my emails and will not provide a safety certification of the work done or the details of the contractor who they contracted to do the work for us to contact to arbitrate money back. I have also called numerous times, I just get a lady who takes my contact details down )about 10 times) but nobody has ever got back to me. This has been going on for over a month.
I have been in contact with the Citizens Advice Bureau and Trading Standards as a result. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF ANYTHING GOES WORNG THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY AS THEY SUB CONTRACT OUT THE WORK AND THEY WILL LITERALLY JUST IGNORE YOU!
Please take heed of the numerous warnings on this review site. I have never written a review before for contracted work. I really want to save other people going though this awful situation and having to deal with a company who just doesn't respond/get bk to you.
Wanted to add - as with the other customer below they will not give me an invoice for any of the work done even though I have requested one about 20 times either via email or over the telephone.

Electrical services
TOTAL SCAM
I found this company on google (they said local and comparable prices) On the phone they said they can come out for a £49 call out fee plus labour.
They then come and do the work and then add on a load of extra charges. They will not send an itemised receipt when requested on the phone.
This happened on the 16th December 2024 at around 4:40pm
The electrician they sent was nice but also it seemed the company (agency- not local company) scam them too and take most of the profit.
Claimed loss: £300
Desired outcome: A refund
