I gotta be real with y'all, my experience with BestFabricStore was NOT fantastic. I placed an order on 11/2/21 and it wasn't until 11/4/21 that my transaction even went through. I was already feeling a bit skeptical at that point, but I figured I'd give 'em a chance.

Unfortunately, my optimism was quickly dashed when I didn't hear anything from them for days. I tried contacting them through their website, but no response. I called them up and got a darn message - what's up with that? I even sent over six emails, and still nothing.

Finally, I had no choice but to have my bank step in and mark the transaction as fraudulent. It's a shame that things had to end that way, but I just couldn't let my hard-earned dough go to waste.

Honestly, the fact that I didn't hear back from the BestFabricStore team at all was incredibly frustrating. I do appreciate the fact that my bank was willing to step in and help me out, but it would've been nice if I didn't have to resort to that.

All in all, I'm not sure if I'll be ordering from them any time soon. It's a shame, too, because their fabric selection seemed solid. But if I can't count on getting a response, what's the point?

Omg I gotta tell ya, this place is seriously awesome! The fabric there is like, super high quality but you won't lose your shirt buying it, know what I'm sayin'? They really make sure you get your stuff real fast too and holla to Jade and Allison 'cause they're mad cool and helpful whenever I got qs! And yo, Dann really knows his stuff when it comes to custom sewing so I'd definitely hit him up too! I swear, like, if there was an 11 outta 10 rating I'd give it to BestFabricStore fo'sho!

I recently had an experience with BestFabricStore and unfortunately, it was not a good one. I placed an order with them but for some reason, it was delivered to an unknown address in a city I had never even heard of before. I was very confused and frustrated, so I decided to call customer service to find out what was going on.

Sadly, the receptionist who answered the phone was very rude to me. I didn't appreciate her tone of voice or the way she dismissed my concerns. I tried to explain the situation to her, but she seemed completely uninterested and unwilling to help me in any way.

To make things worse, after a week of calling and trying to figure out where my order was, I still had no answers. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with such disorganization, and I honestly don't know if I will ever order from BestFabricStore again.

I've already warned my friends to stay away from this company. The terrible customer service and lack of organization make it difficult to trust them with an order, especially if there are any issues or problems that need to be addressed. I hope that they can improve their service and communication with customers in the future, but for now, I would say that it's best to avoid BestFabricStore.

So I went to Best Fabric Store and it was amazing! I'm not one to write reviews, but I just had to say something about it. The people there are so nice and helpful, it's almost like they were born to be in customer service. They have a ton of fabric to choose from, seriously, it's like walking into a fabric wonderland. I went to bestfabricstore.com looking for a fabric for a DIY project. I was most pleased with their wide selection of fabrics at affordable prices. I placed my order right away and found out later that I forgot to enter the free shipping promo code. Oops! I contacted their customer service team and asked for assistance with the shipping discount. They responded quickly, letting me know they got my email and that they will honor the discount.

I received my order promptly, but the free shipping refund was yet to come. Waiting can be a bit frustrating, but I was so impressed by their customer service, that I was confident they would honor their word.

An update to my review: After about a week, I still hadn't received my refund yet, so I decided to follow up with my customer service rep about it. She was grateful that I contacted her and apologized for not getting to it yet. However, she immediately took care of the refund and the amount showed up in my PayPal account soon after.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the selection, pricing, and customer service provided by BestFabricStore. In fact, my customer service rep was so impactful that I actually voted for her for employee of the month. I hope she wins because she deserves it!

I've been doing business with the good people at BestFabricStore for almost a decade now. Back then, I could rely on my orders being shipped lightning-fast and customer service treating me with the respect I deserved. Those were good times.

But things have changed. I don't know if it's because of Covid or what, but my last order took a full month to arrive. I tried to be understanding, but it was frustrating to not know what was going on with my fabric.

And then, just last month on June 4, 2021, I made another order. As I'm writing this, I still haven't received a tracking number for it. That's twelve whole days that my fabric has been MIA.

I thought I'd try reaching out to customer service to see what was up. But the employees I spoke to didn't have a clue what was going on either. I finally got a hold of a supervisor named Allison, and I wish I hadn't. She was downright obnoxious and dismissive, giggling as she told me she could just cancel my order and refund my money.

It's frustrating because my project is late due to BestFabricStore's shipping delays. And I know I'm not the only one dealing with this. Their website specifically says that orders will be shipped out between one to three days, and that's not happening.

I'm sorry to say that I won't be doing business with BestFabricStore anymore. And I certainly won't be recommending them to my clients. Something has really changed in their customer service department, and it's not for the better.

I shrugged it off, thinking it was not a big deal and that I would wait patiently. But then, to my surprise, I received another call telling me that the fabric I ordered was discontinued. I was a bit disappointed, but I found a new fabric that I liked and added more to the order.

A few days later I received another call, and a different representative told me that the substitute fabric I ordered was also discontinued. I was quite annoyed at this point and decided to call them myself. The person who answered the phone seemed confused and wasn't aware of the situation or my previous calls. She had to go ask someone else about my order, although the website mentioned that there were only two people working in the office.

Finally, the representative told me that my original order was not discontinued, but instead delayed for 3 weeks. I had already been told that before, but I didn't want to deal with the unapologetic and rude attitude of the representative, so I decided to ask for a refund. It was a hassle and I was very disappointed with their lack of organization and honesty regarding their inventory. This experience was a real nuisance and it is unlikely that I will buy from them again.

BestFabricStore is not worth the time or trouble as they do not seem to know what they are doing. Their terrible communication and rude attitude are unacceptable. They should improve their inventory management to avoid misleading their customers and provide better customer service to make shopping a more enjoyable experience.
