Their materials are very cheap. I wouldnt hired them anymore. Their prices may be a little cheaper but their materials are very cheap.

I contracted with better built to have my garage torn down and a new one built. They told me the garage would be built 2 weeks after the cement was poured. It is 4 weeks on Thursday. I called and they told me pretty much too bad we won't be there until the week of December 6th we have big jobs and yours is a little job. They were rude and acted as if I am the one in the wrong. I am paying for a storage pod that is costing 300 dollars a month and when I asked them about they basically said too bad read your contract. Very disappointed and I wish I would have contracted with someone else!

I hire better Builders to build my new garage to replace my old garage. I from the beginning told them that had City violation on my garage. Therefore salesperson Sheena told me don't worry in 30 days we'll build the garage and inspection will be passed we closed the contract August until this time and day, they haven't finished with my electrical and fail inspection. Also refused to give me receipts for my payments or future payments. Therefore how do they want to get paid if they're not willing to give proof of payments. I will not recommend Better Builder garages at all there are not professional and not responsible at all and their staff members are very rude.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not contract with this company. They have no respect for their customers, customer service is deplorable, and they tell you nothing but lies to get you to sign a contract. I have been hung up on, cursed at by *** and lied to from the beginning. I signed my contract at the end of September and I am still waiting for my garage to be built. I was assured by *** that my garage would be built and completed by the end of October. Today is 11/16 and I am being told at least another month if not longer by ***. They have no compassion to the stress and anxiety of having your home open to anyone that wants to come into your yard, steal your belongings, etc. They want your money and do not deliver. Unless you are ok with not having a garage for 4-6 months, I highly suggest you look else where to spend your money and save you heartache.
