Better Business Bureau review: The elevator constantly breaking down and now not working for several days unable to use stairs due to my disability and ruin vacation

Letting everyone know, the extended stay at burbank, calif. Airport. Elevators do not work. Today is sunday, elevators have been breaking down for several days last week. And the repair people do not know what they are doing. I am stuck on the 4th floor. I can not go down 4 flights of stairs due to my physical health and disability I am not able to do stairs. In a safe manner. I am not putting my life and physical health in jeopardy. General manager is not coming in until monday this is bull crap. My memorial weekend is destroyed this have negatively impacted my stay. Unable to go any where. My daughter had to walk 4 flights of stairs to bring food and she was tired and legs hurting her. No one at the front desk offer to help. Terrible customer service. Took over a hour to bring a plunger for the stool. It took 3 days to receive a light bulb for the lamp over the desk. The pot and pan are peeling and should never be giving to a customer to used. I had to purchase my own pan to cook my food and a plunger if any thing back up again. House keeping came 9 days later to clean the room even on television commercial it states free weekly cleaning no charge. All the cost for the hotel should be refunded. This is terrible and unacceptable. This elevator been down since last week management, who was at the front desk knew the elevator did not work properly and had a great possibility of breaking down at check in and did not enclosed that information at check in, we would never had check in at this hotel.
