On October I ordered the Samsung G9 and on October 21 I ordered the Samsung G7. By Saturday October 25, 2021, I had received both monitors. When I removed them from their boxes I noticed a little crack on both monitors. I called that day and approximately 12 times after that. I was told that because it was a crack they would not exchange the monitors even though I did not cause the crack. I was told it would not get worse since the picture on the screen was ok. By Nov 3 both monitors were totally gone. Cracked spread across the entire screen.
I have called and begged them to help me but they always found some excuse not to assist me. I was under the impression I had 30 days now it is going on 6 months with out a monitor.
They continuously brush me off and tell me to contact Samsung, Samsung will not exchange and cracks on these monitors cannot be repaired or the cost is almost the same cost as new monitors
I do not have money I am a disabled vet my only disability I cannot afford to buy another monitor. I have $2000 of monitors that have not worked since Nov 1, 2022.
Desired outcome: exchange both monitors
