I recharged for prime membership, they promised to refund Rs 500 back to my account. Also they promised to add 20 more contact numbers once i recharge

After i recharged they didnt keep up their promises

If i call customer care they're not polite, they're shouting over the call . They asked me to send email to customer care and their grievance officer but till now no response from them

Please take action against them and give me back the items as promised by them
