I bought 4 bidets from Bio Life Technologies back in 2012 and they were delivered to me in just a week. Since then, they have been working great and I have had no issues with them. However, I recently ordered 2 more bidets from them in early July and I have not heard anything from the company since I received my confirmation email. I have tried calling them, leaving messages, and emailing them multiple times, but I have not received any response from them.
Although their products are great, their lack of customer service is disappointing. There are other companies out there with similar products and much better customer service. I have decided to cancel my order with Bio Life Technologies and purchase from another company instead.
Overall, I would recommend their products but be aware of their poor customer service. It's important to have a company that is responsive and helpful when you have questions or issues with their products.

After a few months of use, the seat hinge on the right side broke and when I contacted Bio Life/CoCo about it, they refused to stand behind their product. They claimed that the break was due to my inadequate installation, but when I pushed back, they admitted that there had been some modification made to the seat.
In my opinion, warranties should cover normal wear and tear, not defective engineering. It seemed like Bio Life/CoCo was more concerned with their bottom line than with addressing customer concerns. The Operations Manager even refused to talk directly with the owner on my behalf, which gave me the impression that they didn't really care about customer satisfaction.
To make matters worse, this same break happened a second time and the Operations Manager still refused to waive any fees. While the $25 shipping, $40 service fee, and $40 part may seem nominal, I believe that principle and customer courtesy should be worth a lot more to the company. As a consumer who is shopping around, I cannot give a full endorsement of Bio Life Tech/CoCo at this time.
I hope that the owner will engage with customers and take responsibility for their product. If they do, I may consider giving them another chance in the future. But for now, I would caution others to be wary of their after sales support.

Bio Life Technologies: Poor Customer Service and Warranty Support for CoCo 9500 Ultimate Bidet
I bought a CoCo 9500 Ultimate Bidet from Bio Life Technologies (biolifetechnologies.com) a little over a year ago. Everything was going well until I noticed that the seat had cracked in the back, just outside of my one-year warranty period. I called their number, which is ***077, and spoke with Samantha Phillips, who is the Operations Manager. She seemed nice and told me that the seat crack was probably caused by my installation and not covered by the warranty. She suggested that I return the Bidet at my own cost, without any attachments, so that they could have a technician look at the crack to confirm what caused it and to check the unit over completely to make sure there were no other issues. She also said that it would take 2-3 days after they received it to check my unit over and replace the seat. She didn't give me any specific costs up front because the technician might find additional problems. Samantha told me not to worry, just clean the unit and return it to their office in Enid, Oklahoma.
Unfortunately, none of what Samantha said was true, and now they don't even answer their phone or return calls. I'm really frustrated! I guess the next step is to sue them and/or file a BBB report on their company. They've had my Bidet for four weeks now and haven't contacted me. So much for the 2-3 days! I did manage to reach Samantha once, and she told me that many technicians have quit the company, so there's nobody around to repair or review my Bidet or any of the others they have sitting there. Really! I asked Samantha for a replacement or for my unit to be returned, but I haven't received any response. I also don't believe that my cracked seat was caused by installation because the unit has no rear seat adjustment or possibility to install it incorrectly. I believe that the rear pads on the seat are designed incorrectly. They're too small and don't touch the toilet base to support the occupant properly. Hence, the weight eventually cracks the seat. Poor design, not installation, caused the seat crack. So it should be covered by the warranty. I assume that they've had many fail, so they're now in financial trouble.
Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE a Bio Bidet from this company because they don't support their products, what they tell you will most likely not happen, and their customer service scores a zero. I will never do business with this company for the rest of my life, and I will hopefully warn as many people as possible not to do business with them. This company, Bio Life Technologies, is not a good choice for purchasing a bidet. My experience with them was terrible. I bought a bidet from them and within a year, there was a crack in the seat. I had a one-year warranty and dealt with Samantha Philips, the operations manager. I sent it back, on my own cost, the first time to have their tech fix it, which took forever. When I finally got it back after several weeks, which they promised it would only take less than a week, I noticed it was missing a piece and then it started leaking from the water spout. I contacted Samantha and she explained to my husband that their tech who worked on it had left the company and that they had no other tech to look at it at the moment. She also mentioned that before every product that goes back to the customer, someone looks it over and checks to make sure everything is fine. She said that didn't happen so they would take care of sending us a shipping label on their cost to have us send seat back. However, more than a month later and many phone calls back and forth letting us know that we should be receiving a label in the next 2 days... never happened! Every time we used it, water would start running and not stop until we had to turn the water valve off. It was frustrating!
Finally, I had it with dealing with Samantha, who kept giving us the run-around. I contacted John, the owner of the company. Left a message regarding the issue and mentioned if we don't hear from him, he will be hearing from our lawyers. He called back right away and promised to find a solution to our issue. Well, the simple solution was to just send a shipping label and get our seat fixed. Never received the label as he promised, therefore I made another call to him to try and rectify the issue before I went to our lawyers. No response!
I have never dealt with a customer service as bad as this, who promises and never delivers. These seats are not cheap and for them to not stand behind their warranty is absolutely horrible! We finally received a return label from them and quickly sent out the bidet. I tracked package and it was received in the UPS location in Enid, Oklahoma, where this company is located. It noted hold for pick-up. It turned out my package was somewhere there but could not be located. I tried to file a claim with UPS, but couldn't because BioLife was the one who sent out the return label. UPS tried many attempts to contact BioLife to see if they had my package. Two months of going back and forth with UPS, they finally told me they got a hold of BoiLife and they said they didn't have package. Hmmm... why did this company take so long to let UPS know. We tried calling the company as well but they never returned our call. Because Biolife was the sender, they have to file a claim... which they will not. Therefore we are out several hundred dollars.
I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Bio Life Technologies to think twice. They will sell you a defective product so they can have you return it and say that they never received the package. There are more worthy and better companies out there.
