On December 7, 2022, I ordered five bottles of Keto Gummies for $119.98 via their website. Upon checking my credit card statement, I found that Biolyfe actually charged me $199.99 instead of what they advertised on their website ad. I brought this to their attention and they eventually credited me back the $80 overcharge after arguing over the details of the ad several times. I received the initial shipment of gummies ordered a few weeks later and began trial use of them. However, after a few weeks of use, I noticed no weight loss and decided they weren't working for me. At which point, I had no intention of continuation of their use or making a reorder for more.
Fast forward to February 2023 and a mysterious package arrives in the mail that I didn't order or authorize containing another five bottles of Keto Gummies. I thought this certainly must be a mistake and checked my credit card statement. Sure enough, Biolyfe had billed me on January 8th for $119.98. This was done without my consent or authorization. I complained to them numerous times by email asking them to refund my money and send a call tag or pre-paid shipping label for return of their products to no avail. They told me that the first order rolls over to a automatic shipment if not cancelled. I never agreed to such a thing when I placed the initial order and feel this is fraudulent. No order or shipping notice was received from them and the gummies just showed up out the blue. If I had known they were being shipped, I would have refused them at delivery. Since I was not getting the desired resolution, I contacted my credit card company and reported these charges as fraudulent whereupon they cancelled my card and referred the matter to their fraud department for investigation. I continued to try and work with Biolyfe for a mutually satisfactory conclusion to this matter, but to this end, they have refused to participate in a reasonable conclusion.
Hundreds of similar complaints have been filed at the BBB! Check them out yourself. Not everybody can be wrong. Biolyfe is unscrupulous and you should avoid doing business with them. As the old saying goes "caveat emptor"!
Desired outcome: Refund
I filed a complaint with BBB in Florida. Biolyfe replied withing 24 hours offering to give me a courtesy refund which I accepted. Your best bet is not to do business with them in the first place but not everybody will be able to avoid getting into a hassle with them as their website and advertising is tricky. But if you did get stuck in the mud, this is how I recommend you get out of the hole you dug.
