Biomat USA Plasma Center review: Bruises

I donated at the Bentonville Arkansas location also known as Grifols. They stuck my right arm missing my vein and left a horrible bruise. So they used the other arm which was bruised as well. I went back after a few days and donated and they stuck the still bruised arm after a nurse ok'd it. Today I came to donate and was turned away because of the yellowing bruising on my arm.
