Bitpay stole $50 from my account I sent $11 to get the Bitpay debit card, I transfered $100 to it
Bitpay stole $50 from my account I sent $11 to get the Bitpay debit card, I transfered $100 to it. I havent used the card. I check my balance the other day and it shows $50. They have been taking out $5 month for inactivity fees. They never called, they never sent me a statement in email, they never sent a statement in the mail. They just took $50 from me and it would have been down to zero if I didnt check.

Dear Sir/Ma'am: We paid $50.00 for $38.00 of bitcoin currency
Dear Sir/Ma'am: We paid $50.00 for $38.00 of bitcoin currency. No matter how hard we tried we could not use the currency. I attended college for electronics engineering and could not understand why I could not pay. The site does describe in detail how to use the site, and the app did not allow me to go into certain parts of the app. Please refund me $50.00 which we paid to you. Thank you for your services.

I want my account closed and the remaining balance sent to the address on file
I want my account closed and the remaining balance sent to the address on file. This is a prepaid service, all funds on the card are mine! Bitpay I believe a company that is practicing theft and fraud. A prepaid service that won't replace expired cards but will debit your account with inactivation fees?!? I've called multiple times to resolve this problem, EVERY question to verify my identity was answered correctly, I just needed a replacement card, for the same account.

March 20 I was overcharged by a hotel, who refused to correct the mistake
March 20 I was overcharged by a hotel, who refused to correct the mistake. So I contacted my bank (Bitpay) and asked how I can file a dispute. They gave me a phone number, which I contacted and started a dispute to get my money back. Fast forward to May 4th. I sent them an email asking if there had been any updates with my dispute. They replied telling me to call the same number I called in the beginning to start a dispute. I explained that I had already done that, I was asking for an update on my dispute. Not to file one. They then reply to me telling me that they see a credit on my account that will be credited on May 25th. On the 25th midday I sent them a followup email asking if there was any updates. They said that they were "looking into it and would get back to me as soon as possible." It's now almost the end of the day on the 27th of May, and I have not been credited nor have I been updated on the situation. My account is still negative $1,550.

Fraudulent Charges on my Bitpay DEBIT card
Fraudulent Charges on my Bitpay DEBIT card. Charges happened in November and i called them, opened a dispute and was told to fax in my DRIVERS LICENSE AND OTHER DOCUMENTS TO BE QUALIFIED FOR PROVISIONAL CREDIT. I did all of that and ive been called almost nonstop asking about my provisional credit, its been well over *** an update on my claim. they just tell me we have no update, getting frustrated & i feel as if im being scammed. If im not mistaken, theres a law that requires a provisional credit to be issued within 10 days of my fraud dispute. its been over 10 days and they refuse to move my dispute further or something.Cashapp Transactions In the amount of $200,200,294 Mercari $1229.43.I opened this fraud claim on Nov 23. Sent in Documents on Nov 26. They tell me they have my documents and say we dont have an update for you at this time. There website also says we issue a provisional credit within 10 daysits been 2 weeks.

Commencing on or about Back on 26 August through 09 March , I found out that I no longer have access to my account and as a result, I lost the equivalent of 615,000 USD (10.28 BTC). I never look backwards except for learning, nor do I have a proclivity to blame others for my downfalls, however, I can't help but link this enormous loss with the trust I had instilled in your institution, a regulated one. On March 9, I wanted a 2-factor authentication put in place. This was for extra security, of my wallets. I only used my laptop for Bitpay activity. When I was trying to put the 2-factor authentication in place, the app crashed and my wallets disappeared from the screen, a new wallet appeared with no balance. I immediately emailed support Bitpay and they claimed it was a fault at my end (without explaining what was the "fault") and would not help me at all. I have been trying to resolve this issue with Bitpay directly but they failed to deliver a satisfactory outcome.
