Run don't walk from Bitstamp

Below is a copy of an email I sent to Bitstamp on January 22, 2025. I'm getting the run around like the rest of you

HI Marko and Bitstamp team
I still cannot get a video meeting with your team, meeting slots not available end of story. Since Bitstamp can't trust me with my own investment, why should I trust you? I invested $10,000 dollars and Bitstamp immediately locked my account. If I can't trust you with $10,000 how can I possibly trust you with a million. I want out of your platform and service. My first choice is to put my investment in cold storage immediately. I have no interest in day trading crypto. Please unlock my account so I can put my crypto in cold storage. If you refuse to unlock my account then return my money in full. As of this day Bitstamp would have made at least $2,500 off my money. It seems like you're forcing me into an ETF liquidity pool without me receiving the benefit of the interest on the underlying asset. Stop hiding behind security and virtue signaling and either let me put my investment in cold storage or return my money.
