I purchased a washer and dryer on August 8th, 2022. This was a gift for my daughter. The washer was delivered within a week, was told the dryer would be there in 5 days. 2 weeks later I called back only to be told the dryer was on back order till the end of September. I asked to purchase another dryer, any dryer so they had a dryer. I was told there was no dryers at all. So I asked them to pick up the washer. This was roughly the end of August. So I started to call Bj's weekly to get this washer picked up. I was given every excuse in the book as to why they did not pick it up yet, finally they picked it up the end of November2022 this was 4 months. I still continue to call BJ's now it is to get my refund. Today December 13,2022 I call because my refund was missing $56.31 which is the tax amount I was charged. I was told by Maria that they do not refund the taxes they charge. I have never been so disrespected by any customer service team or supervisor's that refused to get on the phones when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I will never purchase from this company again.
