This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...

Sorry question was to everyone:

Will blemish free work on cherry angiomas?

Anniee, yes it will it states on the website. However they are meant to be hard to remove.

Ok I am on day 1.

I used the focus tube to test it on an age spot on my leg. It has turned dark, however the product leaked over my skin ALOT. (This is not a problem because my socks will cover it when it turns red)

I am not waiting to see what happens.

I advice everyone to use vaseline or something to protect the surrounding skin.

Wow Day 2 of the treatment and my Age Spot on my leg is gone!

However because I leaked the product it blistered a big circle of my leg, The blister popped as someone kicked out playing football anyway all I have no is healthy pink skin underneath which will take a while to heal because the blister was popped and its a big area.

That was my test run and out of view so I didn't really mind what happened. Tomorrow is the important one which is on my face. I will tell you how this goes and hopefully take pictures. I am going to use the Q Tip for this.

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT I DID AND MY FACE FELL OFF.

We are Blemish Free. We posted this ridiculous statement to demonstrate that anyone can post anything they want on the complaints board. Some posts are made by our competitors trying in increase their sales and some posts are by customers who take longer to heal than others. Many posters post that they are scarred or there treatments never heal. This is not true. Nothing you do to your skin with our product is ever permanent. Its just a matter of your skin type and healing time. Then these posters never return to post their results. This leaves the reader with the false impression that their results will be the same.
Lesson, don't believe everything your read. Write to Charlene if you have questions at
blemishfree@hushmail.com

I would not recommend doing business with this company. I ordered this product then had a change of heart and decided I wanted to return it. First of all the product came 2 weeks late so I had less time to return it before the return policy expired, and dealing with Charlene in order to return the product was a pain in the ###. She tried to tell me that the return policy had changed and that instead of returning it, I was to give it to one of my friends. I refused, and she finally gave me the return address and I mailed it out promptly, (also the return address was 20 min away from where I live) but it took 2 months to get my refund. Then randomly a month after I got my refund she sent me an email saying the return address no longer accepts parcels. WTF? How are you supposed to return the product if it comes in a parcel? Not that it’s my problem anymore, but I’m warning any future users that it will be very difficult and stressful to return this product and get a refund.

Without going through all 19 pages of comments has anyone used it on their face for freckles before? If so did you do single freckles at a time or a large surface? I'm just interested to know what the skin looks like during the healing period... also I am planning to do my arms & legs, is the skin very sensitive after the procedure or is it just a matter of having patience?

Tnoia,

We tell every one on our web site that the return address on the kit is not the address you return kits to. We have to authorize the return then we give you the address.
The guarantee starts when you receive your kit. Again that is on our website.
If you had read our return policy you would not have asked me so many questions. After we receive the kit we submit the request for a refund. On our web site we tell everyone that it can take 30 days to process the refund.
I am sorry it took a little longer for you. We did give you a refund even though we never received your kit back.

tnoia,

I am Charlene's supervisor. Your refund was delayed because you failed to follow our procedure. You did not contact us requesting return authorization you simply sent your kit to the wrong address then demanded a refund. And it was not two months as you stated. Every action on your part was not cooperative. We refunded your money yet you still complain. You just can't please some people.

Spoke to Charlene about the above problem. I was told I had to spend more money on treatments and to buy an over the counter application. Spoke to my doctor again and he said that the product she reccommended probably would not work on my scars as there is an indentation in my skin.
I was also told by charlene that she would only give me a refund if i remove the original post I placed here on the complaints board. A bit of blackmail if you ask me. Ive basically been told " you have no right to tell people about your own personal experience using this product. Remove your comment or im not helping.
My comment was that of my own personal experience using your product. I have a right as a consumer to speak about my personal usage of the product. I followed the instructions down to a T.
its like you expect everyone to rave about how fantastic your product is, even when people have had problems with it. Ive read other comments, and im not the only one to have been told by a skin professional that my skin is likely not to heal. I guess im the unlucky 2% of the population.

IF you have the rare skin type we will refund your money. I am trying to determine your status. Some customers just take longer to heal. The problem is when you post people think they will experience the same experience you had. This is not true. We have over 6000 satisfied customers.
Is your treatment red or brown?

Hello all, ive been a blemish free customer for a few years, during this time i have ordered god knows how many refills. I have not only used this product on myself but everyone i know, who has a blemish they want to get rid of.
Lets face it, most of us have something on our skin that we want to remove, and really we cant afford to see a plastic surgeon, or the services of laser treatments( i know ive been there and laser treatment is very expensive, and usually you have to be treated numerous times, and its quite painful).
I was skeptical myself when i first started treatment. My treatment was for some freckles i had on my face. I followed the instructions and know they have gone. I have learnt along the way that the blemish free freeze therapy is the only treatment for complete removal. You also must be patient, you may scab, and you will go very red, but you do heal completly.Dont be scared
Blemish free, is a miracle in a can. Its a treatment that is painless, and a treatment that you can control.
All of the information that is provided by blemish free is honest and true.
Charlene has always answered all my emails, with any concerns that ive had. I will continue to use your product because i can trust it to work.

Ok here is my experience about 3 weeks ago I used this product on my leg as a test and leaked the product so I had a big red blotch. However that is nearly healed and blended with the skin. I havent used any products like Neosporin, Bio Oil etc so this is good news, and should heal faster if I need to use them in the future.

You have to be patient, the product does actually work. I am having trouble with a blemish I want to remove on my eyelid. I think the focus tubes are hard to use. I will keep posting and updating when I use the product again, hopefully tomorrow.

HI Deb Voss

In your experience what is the best and most effective way to remove a lot of blemishes in one hit - with the focus tube or without? Also, how did you prevent a leak.

Thanks

mikeevan,

You have a skin disorder! By your own admission.

We do not know the condition of our customers skin when we ship the kits.

Which is not normal. We have 6000 satisfied customers who don't seem to have a problem with the treatment process. Perhaps you should have written me for assistance?
You suffer from a skin disorder? We have all our customers test our product on their hip FIRST. If there is a problem we only have to deal with one spot and we can tell you how to remove it. If you had followed the directions you would have only one spot. Your skin disorder is obviously causing the problem. LOL Deb Voss is not a fake account. Contact her for yourself. She lives in Australia. mikeevan your comments are slanderous and not truthful.
Companies have rights too. Everything I have told mikeevan is on our instructions page. However, some people just don't listen.

Hello KG,
I ve mainly treated freckles on my cheeks, , with the main area being under my eyes. I tried with the focal tubes, on some of them, but yeah i personally found that to difficult to do.
I have treated large areas all at once, and yes beacause ive treated under my eyes, you tend to swell a bit.
Over the next four days i will be very red( looks like very bad acne), then my skin with peel, will still remain very red until the new skin reforms.
Its up to you, if you want to do one spot at a time, then do that. I personally dont care what i look like through the process, because my skin always heals .
Ive found that if you very gently spray with one finger on the nozzle( with the red tube attached to the can) directly on your spots, its easier to control, but it has to be gentle pressure, that way you can focus on just the spots you want to remove.
Hope that makes some sense.

Mikeevan, I dont work for this company, im just a customer who appreciates a good thing when they find it. Something that has worked for me, so yeah i will talk positively about blemish free.
Its obvious that this product isnt for everyone. I suffer with rosacea, so i know how hard it can be to treat sensitive skin.

Thanks Deb Voss

One more question - how long do you spray for? I have done a few tests and once I feel the sting I begin counting and continued to spray every 2 seconds for 6 seconds - the area did frost and go quite red however it's day 3 and so far the redness has gone down and not too much else has occured, how long before the scab forms... just in your experience of course I do understand that everyone's skin is different.

Thanks again for your assistance, I do hope I have the same results that you have experienced.

Funny how my original post was removed as Blemish free obviously dont like people telling their BAD experiences using the product. I was told by complaints board to feel free to repost.
Heres my story again, which i will continue to post up day after day untill i get it resolved.
Mike Evan, I totally agree with you and the other negative comments.
I went to a skin specialist who told me my skin had second degree brns. im now scarred. The item is flimsy. You do need 3 hands to work the product, otherwise it just leaks out everywhere.
Freezes your skin deep into the tissue. Blisters up and left me with a scar nearly 6 months on. Spoke to my doctor who said the product has damaged my skin. My skin now has little craters. Like a hole in my skin where the item froze the skin. i was told by charlene to get some over the counter stuff. Maybe it will lighten the brown scar damage the product has done, but its not going to fill the hole in my skin with new skin. Ive read the pervious comments, and theres been a few doctors who have said the damage is like second degree burns. My skindoctor had never heard of blemish free before but is now going to look into it for me.
All i want is a refund. All i wanted was to get rid of some freckles and now im left with ugly brown scars.

Hey KG

Im really happy that i could help you. How long? depends on what you are trying to remove. If they are dark pigments, i will spray to the frost appears usually three times, i dont normally count i just see how the spot reacts.
By that i mean after ive sprayed, in the morning, i will see how the area looks later in the afternoon. If the pigment has darkened considerably, that will be enough.
If the pigment hasnt changed much then i will repeat three sprays till frost appears again.
I find light pigment, may not need that long. Also some spots will be more stubborn than others, you will probably find you will need more treatment to that area if once healed the pigment still remains.
I have used lots of refills on myself and people i know, and i havent found that prolonged treatment has not damaged my skin., at all.
When i say scab, this doesnt necessarily mean a full blown scab, for me the top layer will peel off, after 4 to 5 days.
I hope this helps.

Dhatti,

We tell all our customers to test our product on their hips first before ever treating their face. 2% of our customers have a rare skin type that does not benefit from freeze therapy. You are one of these people. 98% of our customers have no problem using our product. Many have posted their success stories on this site.
Some of our customers who over treat them selves and blister. This is not common but it does happen.

The negative comments on this board are from the 2% of our customers who can't use freeze therapy.

Deb Voss does not work for us. She has been a good customer for over three years.

NOTICE TO EVERYONE WHO POSTS HERE. YOU CAN POST WHAT EVER YOU WANT HOWEVER LIABLE LAWS APPLY AND YOU COULD BE SUED FOR YOU COMMENTS.

Dhatti,

A scar is a permanent mark. You have a rare sensitive skin type that takes a long time to hear...months. You do not have a scar. You have a treatment that has not healed.
Your skin doctor doesn't know a burn from freeze therapy. The only way to remove a blemish is to kill the blemished cells by laser or freeze therapy. Doctors use both treatments. Then your body will generate new skin cells to replace them. Freeze therapy has been used by doctors for over 20 years.

The problem with your post is that people think they will experience the same problems when only 2% may have a problem. Which is not true. This is why we asked you to remove the post.

To all our past and future customers. We have developed a system that helps our customers remove blemishes such as flat and raised moles, freckles, skin tags, warts and cherry angioma.
However, freeze therapy is not for everyone. 2% don't benefit from freeze therapy. To help our customers determine if freeze therapy will work for them we have taken the responsible steps of testing our product on their hips first before they ever use our product on their face. If the test treatment is not effective we refund their money and tell them how to remove the one spot.
Unfortunately, some customers don't follow the instruction and never test the product. If they are among the 2% that have a rare skin type they become angry and post negative comments on this site.
Please know if you follow our instructions the product will be effective for 98% of our customers.
Blemish is the only product you can buy that uses freeze therapy. Freeze therapy has been used successfully by doctors for over 20 years. Doctors would not use this type of treatment if it left a scar.
