A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...

One month and five days and still no package! I have a wedding to go to next month, looks like I am not going to be able to wear a dress!

Popcornplanet66,

I have previously used this product. I have fair skin and lots of freckles on my arms. I first used this product at the start of August, I still have pink skin but it's very faint now. I believe that fake tan would help. I just wish mine would hurry up and arrive, I would have been healing by now!

Was wondering if anyone who has removed moles with blemish free has noticed smaller moles and frecles apper around the treated mole after treatment, i have noticed this! I think they begin to appear about 2 weeks after the initial treatment? wondering why this might be happening?

Hi I was wondering if you can use this product on the lower eyelid and will it heal the same as other skin? Also how long will it take to heal there?

Nano, I am sorry but you are the only customer that had that problem.

Alex with our focus tube you can direct the treatment only on the blemish and the surrounding skin is protected. We have had customers remove skin tags from their eyelids.

Sorry to be fussy. But mine is an age spot can I still remove that? Plus I know eyelid skin is the thinnest does this not matter?

Alex,

Yes you can remove an age spot on your lower eyelid. The thickness of the eyelid is not a problem with our product.

Hi,

I should clarify my statement. If your treatment is still brown after 21 days please write to me. This does not necessarily mean there is a problem. Skin types vary around the world.
We have over four years of experience with our product we can assist customers with a wide verity of skin types.

Hi Charlene, I just sent you an e-mail but to be safe I will post on here as well. I ordered blemish free on December 1st and I still have not recieved it. I was looking at some reviews about this product and have decided to cancel my order. Please don't ask me to "just try it" I have made up my mind. If my order has not shipped out yet could you please cancel it, my transaction number is 558206, and my reference number is [protected]. If you need any other information just ask. If it has already shipped, can you please give me the return information so I can return it as soon as I get it. Some of the reviews about not recieving the package for a month bother me, as I will be leaving town for 10 days on the 20th of December. Packages get delivered to my doorstep, and I live in an apartment complex, so my package might be stolen. If the package arrives after I leave and by some miricle it is not stolen, I will most likely need an extention of the 30 day money back guarentee, which I assume is reasonable considering the package would be coming much later than expected. Again, if you could prevent the order from even shipping, that would be ideal. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Charlene
I received blemish free after a month of ordering, was aware of the delay and ordering backup which was fine.

I was wondering how much pressure you put on your skin with the focus tube? I push it and it produced a squeaking as some of the air/product escapes, is that ok and not a problem?

Also with the small holed focus tube, does it matter if the red strew is not completly aligned with the small hole. I am aware of the distance from the bottom as have read all instructions, just not if it has to be completly aligned?

Thanks

Hello,

You need to apply sufficient pressure to prevent any product leaking out the bottom of the focus tube. You may have wrapped the cotton too tightly around the red straw so please remove some of it.
The red straw does not need to be aligned with the small hole. It just needs to be within 1/2 orf 3/4 of an inch from your skin.
Please write to me at blemishfree@hushmail.com

Thanks Charlene for your info and reply. I brought some vaseline to apply around my wart on my leg before applying blemish free, i think it helps because i was experiencing some splash out at the bottom of the focus tube.

Also i found out that i had the red straw to close to the skin, thanks to you. So it has to be 1/2 inchs - "1.27 centimeters" or 3/4 inchs - "1.905 centimeters" from the skin. It was just that the picture in the instructions makes the red staw look much closer to the end of the focus tube.

Thank you for the helpful information.

Anyone reading this you need to understand some simple things with this product:

1. Yes, it may take a while to receive it in the mail - be patient
2. Yes, it may take a while to heal after treatment - be patient

If you're planning on using this before a wedding, vacation, or have any time constraints...do not use it! Wait until you have months to heal up because you cannot rush this process, it is not magic. It is a less aggressive method compared to going to the doctor, so sometimes several treatments are needed, with several weeks/months of healing. For the price, it's still worth it in my opinion. The problem is when you cannot hide it, such as on your face. This is the tradeoff.

I do have a question for Charlene...
I've noticed that I heal in a couple of weeks, but the redness lingers for a very long time after...perhaps 2 months after that or longer. The redness slowly fades at a rate I cannot even notice, but eventually it does go away completely. Do you have any suggestions for quickening the removal of the redness? Is there an ointment or something specifically for that? What about massaging the area? I know you've said to use olive oil...but I believe that was for healing. I know the redness going away is part of the healing process, but I'm trying to differentiate the two because my skin looks all healed up, just a little on the red side. I've got fair skin, so it's more noticible than if I had darker skin. I imagine if I got a sun tan it would be less noticible, but it is winter after all.

Jeffrie,

Thank you for your order. You receive an email from our credit card processor Klik and Pay confirming your order. We send an email when your kit ships not after you order.

Redd,

Your skin type is not typical. Normally customers heal in ten days to two week. This means there is no redness and no sign of treatment.
You have very sensitive skin. If you don't wait for your body to heal itself you can use an over the counter chemical peel or dermabrasion to remove the redness which is only a few skin cells deep.

I've been thinking about ordering blemish free for about a year. I have several red freckles, (i think the proper term for them is hemangiomas), that have surfaced in the last two years. Has anyone used blemish free on the red freckles with good results. The alternative is a laser treatment for three times the cost.

When I started using on my face maybe I was overly careful, it wasn't working and I wasted a lot of my can from having the focus tube air tight pushed up against my skin, as well as the cotten wool blocking from the other end, so it was pretty much air tight in the focus tube.
I found that when I lift the focus tube slightly it starts to sting and react. That may help others that are finding its not working. I have developed a scab now, just annoying i wasted so much of the can. I don't think blemish free can work properly when the focus tube is air tight, but then theres the problem of spillage.
