This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...

I am african american and light skinned.. I thought I would try this product. When they say READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY... they really mean it. I had a huge age spot on my nose and a couple on my cheeks. I first treated my nose and had a huge dark circle for days but then a couple of days later, the scab fell off and the age spot was gone. The area was a little pink. I was so excited with the results and I went to town with this spray after that, I was spraying both my cheeks, my neck, my legs. I should have waited a couple more days because my nose started getting darker and in a few days I had polka dots all over my face. I could not even hide them with makeup. I was so devastated and I had to come up with some explaination to tell my colleagues and evrybody who cared to ask. A month later, my face was still polka dotted and it was not getting any better. Two months later, still the same.. I was ready to write a bad review but I decide to use a chemical peel on a weekly basis... It has been 3 months, my age spots are gone except for the one on the nose, there is a tiny spot left, other than that, my skin is flawless with all the darkening gone... I am heading for the Carribean in two weeks and I will be taking my beautiful skin with me. In summary, this product did work, I am to blame for not following the instructions . If I had, I would have spared myself all the embarassment, the humiliation.
Follow the instructions, be patient and happy blemish free.

Hi,

Our instructions tell all our customers to use Olive oil on their treatments to relieve any discomfort. You can also use any numbing cream before application you wish.

I've been contemplating wether to buy this product or not. It seems to me that there are many pros and cons. I want to remove the freckles that I've had for as long as I can remember. I would some feedback from those who successfully removed them and those who weren't satisfied. Also it seems to me that some people received a sample or free kit to try before actually purchasing the product... is it possible to get samples?

Hello,

Most of the complaints are due to healing time. Some customers heal quickly while others take longer. It all depends on skin type. When people who complain heal they don't come back to post their results. Other complaints about delivery time should have been directed to the post office.
We did send out one kit but we stopped that practice.

Charlene,

Thanks for your quick reply. I've tried several freckle-removals and none worked. Even though your site is filled with information and pictures of results from your customers I can't seem to overcome my doubts... well I wish you can give out samples but since thats isn't possible I guess the only option I have is to actually purchase the product. If I do purchase the product does the 30 day guarantee begin the day I purchase it online? If thats the case and I don't receive my kit within a week or two how will I try your product, wait for the results to see if it really works or not? are you willing to give out refund even after the 30 day guarantee if your product really doesn't work?

Hi,

If the product does not work for you we will refund your money. The 30 day guarantee begins when your receive your kit. If you need more time we will extend your guarantee.
Don't worry, our product works exactly like we say it does. Just follow the directions.

Clean and Clear,

Yes it will work on freckles. They are light and thin so one or two applications should do it. I have had trouble with moles though, whether they're big or small doesn't seem to matter. Since april I have yet to remove a single one, but they are getting lighter as I go. I have blistered also so if anything I am over-doing it. After 3 or 4 treatments I'm still left with the moles. What is good though is that this won't scar you afterwards, so you need not be afraid. The sting is minimal and it is funny that people complain about it. The sting is your cue that it is working, so numbing that feeling takes away your feedback as to how long you are actually applying the product, which is critical.

Clean and Clear,

Iam a 30 yr old female and my arms have been covered with freckles since I was five due to lots of sun exposure, and I have fair skin. All my life I have been self concious of my arms and never wear short sleeves in public. I have tried creams and I have had 3 IPL Laser treatments to try to rid them. I have spent thousands of dollars and nothing has worked. I purchased this product ( all the way here in NZ) and on the 4th of August I tried it on a few spots on my arms. Today the 17th of August, about 3 that I did first have finally peeled off to reveal pink skin! the dark freckles were on the dead skin that peeled off! I am not sure of the extent yet until the skin comes right as it is quite pink but I can definately tell that the freckles have somewhat gone! I am so very excited about this and I want someone to tell me the most fast and efficient way to do the rest of my arms. One of them did blister but it came right and that too came off. They did sting for a couple of days afterwards, even with using olive oil and such stuff but it doesn't last long and believe me I am garanteeing this stuff does work! Noone would believe what hoops I have gone through to just have normal looking skin, I don't know why I hate my freckles so much I just do. I just wish that the product was bigger as it is quite expensive when you are ordering from here in NZ. I can't wait for summer when maybe I can wear some singlets instead of long shirts. I just wish I could be freckle free right now! By the way, Redd is right, you don't need numbing cream.

Or shall I say now I am not so sure. The pinkness is still there and has that scar look about them. Mine did not peel off in one day, they did take a while. I have just done some more, which I have done correctly and they still seem to blister. I am not entirely sure if the freckles have gone or not because through the pinkness it doesn't look like white skin under there, like the freckles are still there. noone seems to come on here when you want to know something do they. I find it funny how in the instructions it says not to peel but on the website it shows pics of people peeling them off. And on the instructions it says that you are pretty safe to spray directly onto your skin without the focus tube, yet on the website it says not to.?

Dear Beginner,

Freeze therapy does not leave a scar. Please post after you heal. You should let your body cast off the dead blemish cells. Be patient.

I ordered the product 3 months ago. I had several age spots and those thick brown things that can grow on different parts of the body, that look bumpy, to take off, one of which was on my right temple.

I am so happy to report that it works beautifully. I followed the directions and in the 7-10 days as it stated the scab fell off my right temple and so did the ones on my age spots. Oh and my husband also had those thick things on his arm which it took care of those also. On a couple, as the paperwork said it could for these particular ones, take more than one application, which it did.

Also the area, freckle, age spot, whatever it is, does puff up after the treatment, not really blistering...remember your skin has something on it you're trying to take off it physically...yes your skin is going to react. Also I've found that it means I did it right because the first time I did it, nothing puffed up or changed color and of course then nothing happened or was removed. When I did it right, it puffed up and the age spot became real dark, eventually dried up and fell off.

It may be a little pink, especially of you peeled the scab off instead of letting it fall off because I did that to the first one...I just couldn't stand it, but the pink does go away and is a part of the skin rejuvenation and growth period.

People don't seem to realize you are removing something that is on the skin. When that is removed that skin has to grow and repair and may take a week or more for the pinkness or pale area to disappear. It's a great product but it is not an over night wonder and neither is the healing...besides patience, reading the instructions completely and understanding them is needed.

Don't give something a bad wrap when it's the best thing I've seen. I had several things that needed to go and did not want to go to the Docs to do it, mainly because of the cost and doctor visits.

First, I hope all customers do trust 'Blemish Free'
After you used the products your skin( just like 2nd or 3rd burn degree, your spots, freckles moles will still grow back and the noticeable scar would never gone, getting worse after use; make you look embarrassing if you need to go to work every day.

This product the company charged $140.00, but most customer complaint the shipping delayed about 20 days, but Charlene was told you, she did not recieve your email asking why delay. when you recieved this expensive product from WI: Inside the package only the 4 cheap quality tube and canned; they sent it by cheaper shipment postage$2.92 without insurance and tracking. (is hazardous -aerosol)

According to there webpage FAQ : "Within the first 30 days, simply e-mail... we will refund the full pirchase price if the products is not effective on your skin type.." Ha the shipment delay for 20 days, then the customer tested skin for ten day. ... 'did not work...
Sure ' As my experience, tested again, give me the prove...waiting for damn progress ...
The final answer from CHARLENE ' WE CAN REFUND'
f

I hope the customer if you want to buy this product, make surecheck there feedback, and consumer complaints before you buy it.

A red patch of skin is not a scar! Here is the truth about skin types and healing times. 98% of our customers heal in two weeks. 1% heal in two months and 1% take months to heal. We have no idea what your skin type is when we send you our kit. So please write to me if you are healing slowly. If you don't use a focus tube and just spray directly on your skin it will take much longer to heal. We tell our customers this in our instructions.
I have contacted people who posted they were scared and months later the redness was gone. Of course they don't take the time to come back here and tell everyone so the impression is left that they never healed. This is not true. Fact is there isn't anything you can do with our product that can't be reversed. For those 2% of our customers that take longer to heal you can use an over the counter chemical peel to remove the redness.

Hi, i have treated a freckle on my face and 2 on my body twice now with blemish free. Although they have not completely gone they are considerably lighter. How many times am i supposed to treat them before they will completely go? I don't want to over treat them. Also, how long should i wait between the scab falling off and retreating the area, as it's still slightly red?

Hi, I have recently started using blemish free on 2 body freckles and one on my face. Although they have gone considerably lighter, they have not completely gone. I have treated my face twice and my body just the once so far. Both areas are still red. Does anyone know how long to wait between retreating the area after the scab has fallen off, and am i supposed to wait for the redness to go before retreating? It may just be that i havent used enough of the product in the first place to treat the area, as i was cautious about over-treating.
Thank you
Jess

Hello Jess,

The fact that your freckles are lighter means the product is working for you. All you need to do is to increase the treatment time by two seconds to remove the freckle completely. You can retreat in seven days if needed.

Wowl it has now been 25 days and I still haven't recieved my second order of blemish free! I am getting rather pissed off as the first time I ordered this it was about a week! I did email Charlene nicely and ask if she had any idea of what may have happened, I am still yet to hear from her. People have to pay up front for any order over the internet before you purchase a product, for reasons that they may not get paid, but what about people that pay and DON'T get their orders! I was pretty satisfied with this product and was quite excited after using it on my freckles for the first time. I am getting rather impatient now as it clearly states up to 14 days.!

I believe that Blemish Free removes moles and freckles, I am just worried about the pinkish tone left after the mole or freckle has fallen off. I have VERY fair skin, with a yellow undertone, how long is it estimated it will take for my skin to look completely blended? Does it help if I tan my skin?
