A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...

All you folks that are having issues with blotches after using the product are just not following procedures. I know what you are talking about, because I made the same mistakes myself. I also made the mistakes on an area of my body that is covered so I would not have something showing on my face if I did not do things correctly. This warning is brought out in the instructions, and it is there for a reason. The product works perfectly just as advertised when used as directed.
Yes, some folks skins will not react the same, especially dark skin.
The biggest mistake that is made is NOT protecting the skin around the blemish. You must use the proper size tube and hold it tight on the blemish so spray does not get on raw skin. This is why you need to practice on a spot on your body that is not so critical. Put plenty of protection around the blemish even inches around it, then hold the tube tightly against the blemish, and spray the specified time or less. It is better to underspray than to overspray. You can always spray a little more, as the instructions tell you. If you do overspray raw skin and it blisters it will get better. You must just give it time. This product has done so much for so many and it is just not right to catagorically say it does not work just because your skin reacts differently or you are NOT following directions. I am so greatful for Blemish-Free and it has made me feel, and look so much younger since it has removed the age spots from my face. Don't let your anger influence your using this product. I will tell you I was angry at first too, because I did not follow directions. Once I started using the product as I was suppose to, I was totally amazed at how wonderful it works.

charlene emailed me yeterday. charlene, how can you say you never recieved a reponse from me when you just emailed me yesterday as it looks like when you posted ur post here?
anyway supposely im getting my refund back after two months of constant f/u . i sent a pic of my treated area(completly healed) the frist time and charlene said it may take longer so wait it out... ok so i was okay with that. after two weeks i send in an updated pic of my treated area that is no better and i was accused of sending in the same photo of my treated area. I had to point it out to charlene that the frist pic i had make up on and the 2nd pic no make up and even after it was clear that it did not work for me i still had issues with getting a refund. i had to constant f/u. i think what blimishfree do is try to make as much excuses as possible so you get warn out and just forget about getting ur money back cuz its so much work/time.
i do have to say that I was very excited when i frist treated my age spot as it looked like it disapeared for a day or so but then just to find after that, that it became darker and bigger was so disapointing. i was hoping this would be the it product for me. :(

Flower I asked you to please contact me at blemishfree@hushmail.com I have not received an email from you. Have you ever contacted me asking for my assistance? I am sorry you are experiencing problems. Because 2-4% of all people can not use freeze therapy (their skin turns dark) we tell all our customers to first test our product on their hip. Did you follow the instructions? This procedure restricts the dark area to the hip only. To remove this you just need to use an over the counter chemical peel.
Please tell me how long ago did you treat yourself? If you have the rare skin type we will be glad to refund your money.

this is ridiculous..I have used Blemish Free to remove my moles and it works exactly like they say it does. I have recommended this product to my friends and they had success removing their blemishes.I am sure many people get worried because they have not healed yet. They post their disappointment and then when they do heal they never come back and post their successes. This company will talk to you and help you with your treatments. No one else does that.

Hi All,

Just wondering if any had success with Blemish free on raised moles?

I have always had moles and when I was 18 had 6 raised moles removed and I have to say one of the best thing I ever did for my appeareance.

I had one removed at the local doctors office back in September and was very little scarring. Now with no medical insurance I thought this might be the cheaper way to go because I still have one on my forehead that is slightly raised and is about the size BB cut in half, plus have some flat ones on the side of my face and chest I would like gone as well.

I would like to try to product .

I have been researching others like wart mole remover and some other creams

But after reading all the pro and cons...I am could care less about the price but want to be satisfied with the results...I do not want to think back and say why didn't I just go to the doctor and instead of doing this?

Would anyone recommend this for me?

Any advice is appreciated.

thanks,

DMODD

Hi All,

I have had freckles covering my face for as long as I can remember. I've been so self-conscious of them, even though the occasional person says how much they "love" them, or "wish they had them"...which I think we all know is just NOT true. I don't have freckles clumped together like big red blotches, but they are covering my face and nothing else.

I've spent thousands of dollars on wasted makeup and peels at the dermatologist, and with my skin being relatively fair, I haven't had the best results. I'm not at my wits' end like some of the earlier posters, but I am certainly disgusted when I look in the mirror without any type of concealer on.

Does anyone have any recommendations when it comes to blemish-free? I'm not made of money, so I am really hoping someone might have a similar success story to share before I dive in to paying for something I can't really afford in the first place, but would find a way to if the results were promising.

Thanks!

So far so good for me. I have done 3 spots. One on my right hip, one on my left (both flat moles). They both faded to almost gone but realized I didnt spray them long enough for them to fade completely. I did the last one on my arm. This was a raised mole...it is a little challenging using this stuff but the raised mole on my arm is gone after 2 weeks it peeled off. I did spill a little spray on my arm which left like a dime size pink burn mark .But next time I will be more careful and use vaseline to protect the surrounding areas. Also I have been treating the pink mark 3 times a day with colloidal silver (which I make) and aloe...it has faded to almost nothing in 2 weeks! Im pleased so far. Next spot will be on my forehead on a raised mole..I am scared about this one since its in plain view. will post updates in a week.

thanks,

DMODD

UPDATE: The Raised mole on my forward is gone! After two 10 seconds treatments the mole that was on my forehead for 25 years or more is gone. Best recommendation is follow the online instructions and use vaseline to protect surrounding tissue. I was real careful this last time and the stuff worked perfectly with no scarring or damge to any tissue. AWESOME STUFF!

I have been using Blemish Free on and off for a few years. I was really skeptical at first and worried that I was throwing away money on yet another pathetic attempt to remove freckles and a horrible, large mole I had. Well using it is no picnic, but is does work. I have removed numerous super dark freckles and my large mole is finally gone (took 4 treatments). The downside is that it will freeze your freckle (or mole) and make it sensitive and blister for a week or so before it hardens and peels off )like in the pics on the website). The other thing that is annoying (but mayeb this is because I am super pale) a red mark was left for a couple months. They will go away, but be prepared for them. All in all I am super stoked I foudn this product and am willing to suffer the cons for the pros. I have bought the product three times so far and plan on continuing to use it (can't do all your freckles and/or moles at once because like I said they blister and are sensitive)

I read through the posts here and have decided to go forward with the Blemish-Free. The risk is worth it in my case...I am so self-aware of my moles I don't even like typing to you about it. It's not that I have huge ugly moles, just too many for me to be happy about. Like some other people, I avoid swimming and taking my shirt off, but recently "grew up" and will take my shirt off to play sand volleyball. I'm thin and fit, but this is what is stopping me from being totally confident. I will come back to tell the rest of my story.

I recently purchased Blemish Free as I have quite a few freckles on my arms and legs. The product seems to have worked quite well as I have noticed an improvement in the freckles I recently sprayed, although I didn't protect the first ones I did and they do have red rings around them.

A few questions though: Do they just naturally fall off or are you meant to pick them off? and how long will the red rings be on the skin for? In some places the red skin looks like it might scar, am I right to worry?

I'm using Arnica gel to treat the redness, will that do the trick?

I just sprayed a few more, including a small mole I have on my face, but I have protected these with vaseline beforehand and the red rings have not appeared, or at least not as prominently. It looks red around the skin because I've just treated it.I can't wait to know if this works.

My freckles and blemishes embarrass me far too much and I would love to have blemish free arms in time for summer!

Exclusivexcure, I am absolutely sure that you should NOT pick the scab, just let it fall off naturally (this is your own body's natural healing process and it knows best). Scientific studies have proven this. The only thing picking will do is delay the healing process and/or possibly scar. As for your other questions, I cannot answer. But, I would like to know if vasaline around the area comes BEFORE or AFTER the application? Also, does the vasaline go around the outer edges or over the entire area.

Another thought I would love answered is what is the BEST cream for afterwards...neosporin, bio-oil, etc.? After reading what bio-oil actually is, it seems like the best choice, but I am a tech-savvy guy, not a beauty/health savvy guy.

Any updates from those who have used Blemish Free?

Put Vaseline around the blemish before spraying to prevent damaging the surrounding tissue. (be generous)just in case in spills out of the focus tube. I put vaseline on the blemish right after too for the first 24 hours. Then after that I use rubbing alcohol, followed neosporin. After it starts to look like its is healing I add in pure aloe.

Read the directions online as well thye will tell you to put vaseline on the same way.

Thanks DMODD for the link. I got the vasaline and neosporin, now I'm just waiting for the product to arrive in the mail...hopefully those terrorists have slowed down enough so that I will get it soon (that's a joke for those of you who actually read this thread).

Ok hey all ummm im 16, and i just decided to write to you all about my view on the product.

Well first off, i was a bit disappointed about the shipping time, and personally I think Charlene waits a week or so to ship the product off, so by the time it arrives that 1 month money back guarantee has expired. (My product took 3 weeks to arrive). But anyways, after reading all the crap on the website and instructions I did one on my leg to test, which was a tiny mole and a lot of the surrounding skin got treated aswell, but after is like raised up a bit (sorta like a tiny blister) it then just scabbed up and in the shower one morning (probably 5 days later) i noticed that half of the mole had like fallen off, and now there was just a small dot which was what was left of them mole (i think that has since fallen off too) but i am writing this a little early, seeing as what is currently on my leg is a pink scab, which i dont know the outcome off just yet. but what i do know is the mole is gone. but the main reason i bought this product is because i have over 37 moles on my head alone (including neck) and probably around that same amount on the reast of my body. on my face there is about 12. they are all small flat moles but they are dark and are probably the only thing im self consious about! and i hate them. so i will be (when one of my school holidays finally comes around) i will make a youtube video of the progress of them, because i think people putting this stuff on their faces will be the scariest, so maybe the video will put them to ease a lil. btw ive just applied the stuff to a raised mole that i have on my stomach, and i must say it did hurt a little afterwards, and it has changed hardness now (it used to be nice and soft, but now its gone very rigid and stiff. ) so yeh i did that mole about 2 hours ago and i will tell you the progress of the leg and stomach one, and then when i eventually get round to my face, i will post the link to the video :)

but so far, so good, so yeh buy the blemish free stuff (they shoulda called is something different. Blemish-Free sounds so gay) oh well ill keep posting

I received the product in about 1 and a half weeks. The box and extras probably cost 2 pennies for all of it, so all of your money is in the can. Take that for what you will. It was not a terribly long shipment time, but it's not fun to wait for the product, then use it and wait even longer for the results. Of course, your alternative is going to the dermatologist so I'd say the wait is worth it (if the product works). I tested it a couple of days ago and I am waiting to see how the healing process goes. Right now the area is red and sensitive. The pain was minimal during application. It is so cold you can basically feel it killing your skin (and that's a good thing!).

I wanted to document my experience, so I took before/after photos. I will also take after-healing photos when the time comes to pass. Just email me if you want to see my results. I'm still not getting my hopes too high for a perfect outcome, but we'll see. Right now, 2 days after application, I'm not complaining.

It has been 10 days since my first treatment on my thigh. The redness is still there, but faded and smaller than it was at the beginning. Clearly, it is healing but it is a slow type of healing, if you know what I mean. No scabbing on mine but I did apply neosporin 4 or 5 times. Looks like mine will take at least 2 full weeks to heal, which is to be expected. I tried it on a cherry angioma just to see how it affected it and the surrounding normal skin. The sting lasted about 5 or 6 seconds (this is after the initial cold feeling). To be honest the hardest part is NOT using the product again while I wait to see the complete outcome of the initial test. Hey, I waited this long (years and years) to do something about my moles, what is another week or more?

Redd,

Some of our customers heal in ten days while a small percentage take three weeks or more. It all depends on skin type. For cherry angioma please use the medium focus tube and treat for eight seconds...wait ten seconds and retreat another eight seconds.
You can always write to me for assistance at our site. You need to know there is no permanent damage you can obtain by using our product...In time you will heal.

Flower,

I am sorry but I did not associate you with the pictures. Did you test our product on your hip before treating your face like the instructions tell you? Only 2% of our customers have the rare skin type so if you test first we only have to deal with one treatment on your hip and not on your face. You can use an over the counter chemical peel to help remove the darker areas.

Hello Jordan,

It is normal for your treatment to turn red then brown for about a week. You have killed off thousands of mole cells. Now your body will cast off the dead mole cells and replace them with new skin cells. After about a week your treatments should turn pink as they heal and blend with the surrounding skin.

You are not supposed to peel anything...let it fall off on it's own. But, I have been trying to remove moles for a couple months now with little success thus far. I believe there is potential, but even after 2 treatments they are not completely removed. And I didn't treat them lightly, I blistered afterwards. This is not a problem though and is completely normal for some individuals. Also, anyone considering this product should realize it takes much longer than 1 week to heal. Again, not a problem, but you will have to expect longer than advertised healing times (at least this was the case for me). So while the moles didn't magically disappear, they are getting lighter and after a few months maybe I'll be able to completely remove them. My opinion is that this option is still much better than going to the doctor as this method will not scar you. My best advice...try it but be patient.

Hi Redd,

Have you tried this treatment technique in our instructions? Using a focus tube slightly larger than the mole treat for six seconds..wait ten seconds and then retreat another six seconds. Tip the focus tube away to drain away from your body.
It sounds like you are not freezing the entire mole. This is why they are only faded and not removed.

I've read thru several of the posts here but most seem to focus on moles or freckles. I thought this was also supposed to remove age spots, liver spots etc?

I am interested in the product because I am, unfortunantly, at the age where I am getting the dark spots, which are not raised, on area's of my face.

Is there anyone here that has had experiences in using this product to remove them and if so, how did it do?

Thanks
