A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Thank you Charlene, what peel would you recommend the most though. Also I looked up Glycolic peels and they had peels containing a range of 10 to 70 % acid. What would you recommend 30 40 50 60 or 70%, I want to do at more than 10 or 20% but I wonder if 70 would be too strong and I am fair skinned. Thanks for all your advice.
Hi, I just ordered Blemish Free today and I have a huge case of freckles on my face where more appear the more I'm in the sun and/or they get darker. I've read most of the comments left on here and I'm really nervous about using this product. I'm afraid of the dark spots and wanted to know if I can conceal them with make up. I'll update when I receive the product and my story as I go along. Any advice would be appreciated!
Amy
I too have freckles read my previous post. Don't use the spray on a whole section of your face as it will be too noticeable when the area goes dark after spraying. Don't be impatient just use it for one freckle at a time over different areas of the face, just don't get too carried away otherwise you will look like you have chicken pox for a few days! When the freckle comes away (about 4 days) do another freckle and so on. Always use the focus tube and don't spray randomly. This product work very well when used correctly - don't be impatient and if you are prone to sun damage always use at least a 50 factor suncream otherwise they will always return. I'll certainly be putting another order in soon - it works! Good luck
Kimberley
Thanks for the advice Kimberley! I was thinking of doing 3-4 at a time, two per cheek. I have the type of skin where when I had acne, when it scar/scab after a week or so and I can pick it off and theres pinkish skin under. It would darken for about another week or so and then my skin just evens out eventually, that wouldn't be a problem for blemish-free would it?
Amy and Kimberly,
Once you test the product on your hip and the treatment heals and blends then you can treat more than one freckle at a time. This is what Sarah in Australia and many other customers did (testimonials)
Charlene
Louis,
Use a stronger peel if you don't see results.
Nick,
Did you try to extend the treatment time?
Amy
The skin should even out with time, the skin is thinner on the face so it should be the same as with your acne. eg Goes dark, scab comes off with new pink skin. Just to a small section at a time so it is not noticeable when you have to go out in public. As the saying goes "patience is a virtue". The body area I tested healed quicker as the skin is thicker.
Thanks for everyone's comments. I just received my package yesterday, it came with both canisters, I tried it today on my hip. I didn't think I did it right the first time on my left hip because I didn't feel any sting and I don't think I squirted enough so I tried again on my right hip, this time I felt cold stings on my finger near the opening even though i tried to cover it with cotton balls but I believe I did do it right this time because when I pulled the tube of, I felt a tiny sting. We'll see how things go from here.
the product dose get rid of every thing but your left with an ugly pinkesh scar i went to the doctor and she said it looks like it will stay for life im very depressed about this cause it on my face so dont be proud telling customers that your product really dose work also your forgetting to tell them tha you will also have a scar and dont say it will fade because i applied blemish free about 4 months ago and it still the same.by right u should be sued as im going to that now im waithing to here from my solicitor in a couple of days . im not trying to ruin your buisness or anything but ye need to get rid that ### in the bottle or u will really have a crises idiotsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.
Hello guys, I have read all the comments for blemish free. But i am not able to decide weather to buy it or not. I have number of dark brown spots on my face, most of them around my nose and eyes, so is it safe to use blemish free near the eye areas. Also not sure about the after using effects of blemish free on face.. so all those guys on this forum has used blemish free for dark brown spots on face, PLEASE share your experiences. Kndly also share the exp. regarding after using effects like scars, pink patches as i have read various comments on this...PLEASE ADVICE
i was scared to purchase it too, i've only done the test on my hip and i'm still waiting on the results from those. i might have to try it again and add two seconds. what im most afraid about is that skin on the hip is a lot thicker than skin on the face.. what if you leave the product on too long for the face?
Here are the facts...2% of our customers can't use our product because their
treatments turn dark and don't heal. 3% of all our customers get rings around
their treatments that take months to heal. There is no way to know a persons skin type in advance so this is why we have everyone test our product on their hips first. If they have one of the above problems we refund their money and tell them how to remove the spots. People are impatient and complain they have been scared when in fact they simply have not healed yet. Some customers heal in ten days while others take three weeks or more. For every 100 customers we have 5 that don't benefit and 95 who love our product. Dermatologists face exactly the same challenges.
Nora,
Our product does not leave a scar! You just have not healed yet. How could any company stay in business if they sold a product that left a scar? How is it that dermatologists have been using freeze therapy for over 20? Because it does not scar. Please be patient you will heal.
hey guys its been a while since i visited this board;
(sorry havent read the last pages)
i just want to give credit to charlene and her company as promised, cause i did receive the refund.
Just wanted to let everyone know.
(sorry charlene for not posting as soon as i did receive the money)
So from my end, even tho I was unlucky enough to fall under the 2% category, at least they kept their promise and refunded me back
...i'm still search for a product which is compatible w/ me tho
All you folks that are complaining about Blemish Free just need to "follow directions" If the correct procedures are followed this product works fantastically. If you don't stop at a stop sign because you did not read it, you cannot blame anyone but yourself if you get in a wreck. I have used Blemish Free for almost 2 years and it is everything it advertises to be. I will admit that I over sprayed my first mole that I tried, and it took a little longer to heal, but it did heal, and the mole was gone. It was my fault for overspraying. Just being excited to try the product made me use it incorrectly. I did not follow directions properly. I also used a mole on my leg that was out of sight, like the instructions suggest, so I would not learn the hard way, on my face, if I did something wrong. The Blemish Free people have gone into great detail with instructions, and if you follow them you will have great success with this product. I started showing age spots way to early in my life, in my early 50's. Blemish Free got rid of these age spots and although I am now in my early 60's I don't have age spots now. When I do get a new one, I use Blemish Free on it, and it is gone. This is a wonderful product, and in my opinion, much more reliable than liquid nitrogen used by doctors, and, much less expensive.
Thank You Blemish Free for providing us with such a wonderful product.
Please Folks, just read the directions and follow them specifically and you will love this product. When you finaly understand that this product does exactly what it says it will do, have the decency to come back to this website and tell people that it works.
Hi,
I have just ordered two kits of blemish free today, and after reading all the pages of comments I am somewhat nervous but also optimistic. My only worry is the red marks/scars that some people have been talking about... but I mean they DO guarantee their product, and offer refunds if you have no luck.
I'm going to follow the instructions very carefully and will post updates once I start using the product.
Louis, have you got any updates regarding the red marks, peels?
I purchased my blemish free kit today for the sun spots on my face. I've tried multiple types of creams and none worked for me. I hope this will work. I’ll keep you posted on my results.
I used Blemish Free on my age spots and got great results. All the spots I treated were gone in one application. I tried Blemish Free on one of my moles. It removed only the top layer of the mole. It will probably take more than one application to completely remove it.
I received the Blemish Free product about one week after I ordered it.
Hi mahshad, I used lac sal cream for a while and I don't know... I just think the dark spots have just gradually faded over time but they're still there and I did my treatment in April so that's a long time and I'm not too happy about it, but I am now looking into other ways to treat my *beeps* (I really don't even like to say the word.) and I'll keep the board posted how things go. It might be a while though.
I recieved my kit yesterday... fast delivery.
I have read all the pages in this section & i am bit worried regarding the scars after treatment as I am having dark brown flat moles on my face, if after treatment the scars didn't go then it wiill be disaster for me. If any one on this board have used blemish Free on face kindly share their consequences and outcomes. Also Flower Keep us updated.
I used the product about six months ago and sadly all I can report is a slight lightening of the age spots and a huge amount of brown freckle type marks left after treatment to my back. They are beginning to fade a little and I am so hoping they go all together. Age spots on my hands have shown no improvement at all and I did them twice ! I would suggest patience, trying just on a few blemishes first and wait to see if you are left with the dreaded brown circles. I'll report in again in a month or so. Rena
I tested on a spot on the upper area of my cheek, near my hair line. on the day i did it, my skin was slightly redden and raised... i felt thobing... after a while that stopped...i was afraid of blistering becuz i did not have any neosporin but the following day the treated area was fine, just darken like it reads on the instuctions. its been like 3 days and just waiting patiently for the darken skin to fall off.
Louis, thanks for replying back... im still waiting for my kit, I really dont know how its going to end out. I just want to be able to recover quickly without any red scars, dark spots, etc.. Yeh I know what you mean, I dont like to say the word either..its a turn off :-S. Well I hope things start to get better man, if not I guess we just got to wait for a PROPER 100% solution.
the scab came off yesterday… my age spot is gone! I can’t believe it’s gone! still a slight light pinkness where the spot use to be… it will prob take another 2-3 days for the pink to go away. No scaring whatsoever tho. the only con is if you are treating the face you can only treat 1 or two spots at a time…(unless you can take a few weeks off of work) for me, I think too many would look weird as the darken scabs are pretty dark and it takes about a week for it to fall off.
a PROPER 100% solution. For ###s sakes what century? ### going to Mars put some ###in funds into getting rid of my fukin ###in poo poos!
I ordered my kit on the 7th of Nov, still have not received it...customer service is not looking good...was told that there was a mistake with my address, (extra digits in post code) Charlene messaged and said that they are sending the kits out again to the correct address. Still waiting.
Louis, yeh hopefully this f!@#% century! We should start our own bloody research, probably get further.
Ok I received my kit today...gonna try it out soon. Hopefully it wont be a waste of money like the other products.
hmm... the pinkish area looks darker now maybe i spoke too soon. charlene said this is normal and to wait it out... she extended my guarantee.
I can't do research for this kind of thing man, don't have the intellect. All I want is the looks.
This company is a fraud and trying to rip off customers. beware and stay away from this company
my treated area just gotten darker ... this is very disapointing... when the scab frist came off i was so excited as it looked like the age spot came off but after several days... the pinkish area turned dark and now the treated area is even darker and bigger :(
i emailed my treated area to charlene... you can clearly see that the treated area has healed and did not treat the spot rather than make it darker and bigger. she refuses to give me my money back. wants me to waited it out? wait what out? its been a month since the treatment and it does not work. why would i want to wait a month or so more when u can clearly see it does not work! blemisfree.com is fruad.
Ashley, be very careful you slanderous words are grounds for a law suit. I suggest you remove them.
We will refund if you have the rare skin type. But first we must be sure you just have not healed yet. How long has it been since you treated yourself?
Flower, how long has it been since you treated yourself.
Everyone please know I answer all emails at blemishfree@hushmail.com however some email end up in our spam filter and I don't receive them.
Everyone, for every 100 customers 2 have a rare skin type and post here while the other 98 are completely satisfied and you never hear from them.
Please read all the posts here. At least seven people have successfully removed their blemishes and have posted here. Many people posted here because the US Post Office took too long to deliver their kit. We ship all kits within two days of receiving the order.
I just wanted to come on here and say blemish free is not a scam AT ALL it worked perfectly for me i had HUNDREDS of freckles and there more or less gone just waiting for the last few to heal but it has removed everything else
May,
Only about 4% or our customers have the rare skin type. However, some customers just take longer to heal than other. Some with sensitive skin types can take two months to heal. We tell our our customers this.
You need to know that your comments do not say how long ago you treated your friends. Normal treatments will be dark in color (brown) for 7-14 days. Then the treatments will turn pink as they heal. How long ago did you treat your friends?
Please write to me at blemishfree@hushmail.com and I can assist you.
You also need to know that your comments are slanderous. We don't use the excuse of rare skin type as an excuse to 96% of our customers.
Anyone reading this board needs to know that at least 8 people have posted comments that our product has removed their blemishes. However, this is an open board and ANYONE can post. We suspect our competitors have posted here in hopes they can improve their sales. I have attempted to contact these posters and no one has responded to me. This is odd. One would think these posters would want my assistance. Readers need to know Blemish Free has been in business for over three years and have over 4000 satisfied customers. We offer a 30 money back guarantee and we will even extend this guarantee should anyone need more time. No other product offers this. Have you not wondered why? You can purchase Blemish Free with confidence it will remove you blemishes and that I will assist if you need help. No other company offers this assistance. Have you not wondered why?
Thank you Jen, and all the other posters for your positive comments.
I have contacted Flower and Ashley and never received a response. Strange one would think they need my assistance or a refund. But nothing.
A few comments taken from this board.
"I tried this kit and I have to say its brilliant it removed my freckles and left minimal redness afterwards and its easily concealed! Well done blemish free!"
"I was very skeptical, but BlemishFree is astounding. You need to follow the directions carefully (don't overspray) and be patient.
When I first sprayed and my sunspot area formed a rough callous, I went right to the dermatologist. She said not to worry-this is exactly what happens when she "freezes" skin problems in her office. She said it would heal. About a week later, it did, and the sunspot was gone, gone! I was beyond thrilled. Dermatology treatments are excessively expensive.
Thank-you forever, BlemishFree.
And please, if you don't like this product, watch your language. Everyone deserves basic dignity and respect. Thank-you."
"I have been reading the comments here with interest. I would like to say that I think Blemish-free is a great product. It has worked brilliantly for me. I have typical Scottish skin ( fair hair with freckles and blue eyes ) and have quite a lot of large moles. Over the last year I have removed several large moles without any difficulty. The only problems I have had have been when I have left the focus tube on for too long and skin on and around the mole has blistered. But after a few days the skin scabs over and begins to heal. In my experience I have initially been left with reddish marks in place of the mole however I have been using Bio - oil and the redmarks become much less noticable over time with some eventually fading away altogether.
I would recommend the product as it is much cheaper than laser treatment . It is probably best if you get someone to help you apply it though as it can be a bit awkward to use on hard to reach areas like your back etc."
"Erica
I have freckles so does my daughter. We both love them as they are cute, however in summer we are covered and the smaller ones join up to make big sun spots. I bought the product to use on them. It's scary, but it works. Read the instructions carefully. Spray a freckle out of sight if you are worried eg near hairline or chin, but make sure you use the focus tube. The treated area goes slightly darker and over the next 3 or so days (depending on skin type) scabs or crusts over. The scabs take longer to heal, the crusts come away after about a week. Underneath you have a clear pink freckle free patch! The pink new skin fades after a couple of weeks."
