A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...

I think what louis is getting at is if he can remove one dark spot then why couldnt he remove all of them and therefore wouldn't this product actually work for him?

Kat,

Those rings are not scars. Some of our customers get those rings while the vast majority do not. The rings are outside the treatment area and a few people with sensitive skin react this way. I will write to you and tell you how to remove them.

Justin and Louis,

About 2% of the population has a negative reaction to freeze therapy. In one case the treatment turns dark brown and does not heal. This can be removed by using a chemical peel or abrasion. The discolorization is very thin, only a few cells thick.
In the second case a ring develops around the area that has been treated. This happens to people with very sensitive skin and can be removed the same way. Dermatologist face exactly the same problems.
This is why we have all our customers test the product on their hip first. When the treatment heals and blends then they know they can use it on their faces. If they are one of the 2% then we refund their money and tell them how to remove it. Even though this skin type is VERY RARE we don't want anyone to treat their face first. For everyone two post here there are 98 people who remove their freckles, moles, skin tags, warts with no problems of any kind.

Hi there, I've just read my own comment and I have to blush at how light headed I sounded. It was the thought of saving money that made me blab on. I used the stuff on my back which was a combination of light brown age/sun spots, now after 6 weeks my back looks like a ruddy leopards. After the scabs fell off which in my case took about 2 weeks I am left with darker brown spots. My daughter says they are still the same but I have a feeling I am going to have to wait a long time for them to fade. I did some on my face and there is the slightest change in the colour.I would advise people to do it in the winter so you can easily stay covered up in case the same thing happens them. When my doctor froze stuff off for me I was left with pink patches that quite quickly faded but this is a different thing altogether. I'm trying not to think of these brown patches as permanent and will come back on sight in a month to give an update. Regards Rena

Yes thank you Charlene. As a matter of fact I have been looking into Supercop. I ordered supercop about 3 weeks ago and it came last week. The only problem is that I forgot to order the chemical peel. How it works is in the PM you apply the chemical peel; I'm looking at either exfol or lacsal cream to peel the skin and then in the AM you apply the supercop to exfoliate and regenerate new skin. The only problem is that I forgot to order the chemical peel and a week ago all I received was the supercop, I've been planning on ordering either Lacsal or Exfol cream in the coming days, I still need to decide which is best. Anyways thank you for clarifying that a chemical peel will work, I hope it does. If it does then I will keep using Blemish Free and then use the chemical peels and exfoliaters afterward on the brown spots.

I have used Blemish-Free off and on for about a year. I have several very small "seed-moles" on my neck. This product worked great at getting rid of the moles. My only complaint is that for these types of moles, the smallest focus tube is not small enough, so I damage more surrounding tissue than necessary. You will have a pink area immediately after spraying, then it will turn darker as the days go on. Most of my moles, which are small, still take about a week or even more before they are ready to fall off, but I have yet to have one not be removed. It will take months for the darker spots to fade with the surrounding skin, but eventually they should. I have noticed spots that I tried to "pick" off too early have taken longer to fade. If I was patient and waited until they were ready to come off, those spots faded much faster. PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. I have never had one "ooze" stuff, this could possibly be the condition of holding the liquid on there too long. I too was confused about the instructions in the beginning, but after the first time, I figured it out. I have recently read about trying neosporin or vaseline around the outer edges of your mole to try to diminish the outside area around the mole from being damaged too much. I will try that next time.

Just last week I applied it on what I believe to be like sunspots, or similar to the pregnency spots. I have a large area running from my forehead to between my eyebrows down in a straight line. I'm being patient and trying small sections at a time and hoping to get good results. After healing my hope is that it will blend nicely into the surrounding skin.

My big pieces of advice would be don't leave the liquid in the focus tube for too long, and wait about a week before picking off the scabs. I had a mole removed from a doctor once that left a worse scar with stitches than anything this product does. I also agree that winter is the best time for body applications because the spots do become darker as the skin tissue is dieing. But in my case, most of mine are face and neck, so it's hard to hide those regardless. It does work, but you must be patient, which admittedly, I also find hard to do! Good Luck.

I have been reading the comments here with interest. I would like to say that I think Blemish-free is a great product. It has worked brilliantly for me. I have typical Scottish skin ( fair hair with freckles and blue eyes ) and have quite a lot of large moles. Over the last year I have removed several large moles without any difficulty. The only problems I have had have been when I have left the focus tube on for too long and skin on and around the mole has blistered. But after a few days the skin scabs over and begins to heal. In my experience I have initially been left with reddish marks in place of the mole however I have been using Bio - oil and the redmarks become much less noticable over time with some eventually fading away altogether.
I would recommend the product as it is much cheaper than laser treatment . It is probably best if you get someone to help you apply it though as it can be a bit awkward to use on hard to reach areas like your back etc.
One thing though I ordered two replacement packs and only received one. Hope that the other one is being sent out seperately .
Need to wait and see if Charlene replies to my email...

Just received email from Charlene, if you order more than 1 pack then they are sent out seperately. Look forward to receiving the second pack.

I would also recommend that folks use Bio-oil to help reduce redness and scarring.

If their was scarring left behind for ever i would kick my self thinking wot an idiot i was to use a product of the internet without getting 100% garentee it works.
I know iv seen pictures and read other peoples comments but how do i know that blemish free will work for me?

i used blemish free on lots of moles on my legs and stomach.
my legs are left with lots of red scars/marks and my stomach has lots of brown marks on them. So even though it has removed most of the mole (but not all) id rather have my moles then big red marks!

i did mine over six months ago :(

Hi people, read through this board with interest i'd like to share my experiences of trying to get rid of moles. About 18 months ago I used Wart Mole Vanish as opposed to the one discussed on here on about 15 mostly raised moles on my stomach and back. These were the only areas I have raised moles but they were preventing me from doing lots of things so I was desperate to get rid of them and being young and stupid I just went for it because there seemed to be a very positive feedback on ebay. They all scabbed and although some needed a repeat application, it did succesfully and totally remove my moles and I was left with red marks(scars) which I was told would fade away in around 3 months. However 3 months later it was very apparent they weren't fading much so I used bio oil for a few months. This faded them quite well but I was still left with raised white scars instead of moles, basically like the ones the aussie guy on youtube except many more. I've looked into and tried a few methods of getting rid of scars but have had no joy and basically 18 months later I'm in exactly the same position as where I started except scars have replaced moles.

Now I don't know about this product but it seems very clear to me now from trying to find a way or getting rid of scars/moles that are alot ot people out there who come across as very caring and helpful when in reality they only care about making money out of people who are desperate, which is quite disgusting. I would be delighted if someone would prove be wrong but I have come across so many liers over the past year or so its unbelievable. Again I haven't tried this product but it is clear from reading the posts that it doesn't do what it says and from looking at the website it is very similar to all others conning people in. It is clear from the posts on here many people have been left scarred by this stuff even though it clearly states on the website it doesn't leave a scar.

Hope everyone continues to post cos it has been helpful in reading all this and I am sure there are plenty of others out there in a similar position who will also find this board helpful. If anyone's got any advice for getting rid of scars that would be great! I'm trying chemical peel at the moment and it has slightly improved them but its taking ages

If people are looking to reduce the appearance of scars and if Bio-oil does not help, then they could try a course of IPL ( Intense Pulsed Light Treatment). This is a form of laser treatment.
One of my work colleagues had really bad acne scarring with red raised areas and pock marks and this made a huge difference to the look and condition of her skin. Maybe this could be worth a try but I think you need to have around 4 treatments and it is quite expensive.

mark and others who have posted after mark

These people have never tried Blemish Free yet offer their negative opinions about our product.
Why would anyone post these comment about a product they have never tried? It makes no sense. Could these posts be from competitor's of Blemish Free? You must decide. Our product is very effective. One must evaluate these posts for themselves. Companies will use this forum to try to tear down their competitors for their own gain.

Louis,

I am amazed that your dermatologist cant recognize a freeze therapy? Your treatments will heal. Some customers take longer to heal than others. Don't worry.

Not everyone who has posted here has been negative about Blemish-Free. As I stated it worked brilliantly for me. Some people clearly have had problems with scarring though so it seems to work better for some people than it does others. I would recommend that folks test it on a mole that is in an inconspicuous area if possible just in case.
P.S. My second pack has still not arrived yet 6 days after the first one did.

Hi, I have been reading about this product and I would like to purchase it but I am worried about the scaring. I am a teacher. I have to work, plus I have a life where I go out and see people every single day. I have freckles on my cheeks I have had them all my life and I really want to remove them so so so bad. I am tired of putting dermablend on to cover them up. If I put this on my freckles what is going to happen exactly? Will I be left with red circles all over my face or a lighter patch of skin on my face? Can someone tell me the process exactly, will they look worse? Will I regret buying this product? Charlene please BE honest with me? Until its all gone, will I feel the need to be hiding from people? If so, let me know because for me that's nearly impossible.

Hey merv, bio-oil/cocoa butter will fade your scars to white, takes a few months and they will prob fade anyway but I am still left with white scars.

Charlene, if you read my post properly you will see I am critiscing wart mole vanish, my only point about yours is that your website claims that your product never leaves a scar when clearly many people have been scarred. Frankly I think all these products are a waste of time and and I am only trying to protect people from suffering from them. How can I possibly be a competitor?

Amy and Nora,

Most all of our customers heal in a couple of weeks. However, some take longer. It isn't the product is the skin type. Those red marks are not scars. They will go away on their own.
You can put an over the counter chemical peel on the spot to help remove them if you don't want to wait for your body to replace them with new skin cells.

Hi there!

Like Louis, I have bad scarring from using this product. I have white scarring (which I don't mind) but it is surrounded by a darjer brown ring around the treatment area. It has been like this 4 months and not faded. Did someone say a chemical peel will take away the brown scarring?

Have you tried the peel yet Louis and if so, did it work? Is TCA peel at strength 50 any good?

Please get back to me somebody, these brown patches/rings have prevented me wearing a bikini all summer :0( Need advice! x

I have bought the product it arrived in two weeks. Also stating out of the stuff I ordered but this should work instead. I had bought the product to remove skin tags only. I have tried my first skin tag and have a question should the tag remove when I remove the focus tube or fall off later. I have retreated the same tag 3x it freezes solid but does not come off. Can anyone shed some light on the proper procedure for skin tag removal. The direction I think could use a little help.

To Kats & Louis,
Just an idea but my doctor had me use Mederma or any similar product from the drug store for my C-section scar after giving birth. Also Polysporin (which is like Neosporin) and if you could get a hold of an aloe plant it works wonders, but it has to be the plant not a product that's diluted aloe.
Go to the drug store and ask the pharmacist. You’d be surprised how helpful their suggestions are. A lot of times I find they know more than the doctors do and there’s a lot of great over the counter stuff they can recommend.

I tried mederma for a while. I got to say that I wasn't entirely patient with it and decided to stop using it due to cost and the fact that I couldn't see any obvios change in my scars especially my keloid in ove a months use. Plus I was looking forward to using my supercop and lacsal serum which I just tried last night and today. I'm a little dissapointed that I don't feel irritation because they said that there would be and that would make me feel more confidant that it's doing something to my skin.

If I can get rid of this big keloid in the middle of my forearm then I feel like there isn't anything I can't get rid of if I work hard enough at it. I guess I need to be patient. If anyone has any experience with supercop or lacsal serum/cream please feel free to speak up.

Kat,

Some of our customer get the brown rings while the vast majority do not. The good news is it will go away on its own in time. How long depends on your skin type. You can use a chemical peel to speed the removal.

Moges,

To get the skin tag to fall off you must freeze the whole tag. For stubborn skin tags you can use this technique which is in our on line instructions. Put some Vaseline on you skin around the tag. Treat for eight seconds wait ten seconds then retreat another eight seconds.

Amy,

Don't worry your red area's will go away on their own. Only 5% of our customers get those. Use a chemical peel to speed the removal.

Has anyone used glycolic peels on their red spots? I just looked at their page and they have peels with up 70% acid. Wow! I thought my Lacsal serum with 10% acid was lots. Any suggestions? I used my Lacsal serum and was disappointed at the lack of irritation it caused, I like irritation because it's a sign of things working. So if anyone has tried a peel please feel free to speak up. Charlene do you have any suggestions? The more I see my red marks fade the more blemish-free I buy.

My Supercop 2 is in fact causing irritation and the lacsal serum seems to be healing the irritation which is opposite to how I thought the two products would work. Anyways it's pretty early to tell but I think there might be a bit of a change in my red spots from blemish free although that might be wishful thinking. I'm curious about some glycolic peels that are 70 % acid, I wonder if they would be safe considering their high levels of acid. I really could care less about irritation as long as it doesn't cause any permanent damage . I am really considering using these peels. I just wish someone would reccomend them or something. Charlene do you have any thoughts on these peels with high percentages of acid? Do you think they would be a good remedy for my dark circles from your product?

Erica
I have freckles so does my daughter. We both love them as they are cute, however in summer we are covered and the smaller ones join up to make big sun spots. I bought the product to use on them. It's scary, but it works. Read the instructions carefully. Spray a freckle out of sight if you are worried eg near hairline or chin, but make sure you use the focus tube. The treated area goes slightly darker and over the next 3 or so days (depending on skin type) scabs or crusts over. The scabs take longer to heal, the crusts come away after about a week. Underneath you have a clear pink freckle free patch! The pink new skin fades after a couple of weeks. I used Bio-oil every night on them and it has now blended perfectly. We have so many freckles that it would take 10 cans to eradicate them, but that is not what we want to do, just get rid of the big patches! I had laser treatment on some about 10 years ago, but the laser probe is square, so I had square shaped probe marks on my face plus it was expensive and with time they came back in the same spot! The after effects are the same except you are doing it yourself without having to pay hundreds to some private hospital or clinic. The only annoying thing I found was the red tube that goes in the can keep shooting off, so I wasted 8 squirts in the air for every 10 goes, which was irritating. For others I would be wary of using this on a mole willy nilly, do get it checked out for skin cancer before spraying away. I for one are extremly happy with this as is my daughter and I would recommend it, especially as I have used it. I would love it if they came up with a formula whereas you could paint it on (like a wart solution) and get the same effect, therefore there would be no wastage!

It's pointless posting on here negative comments if you have not at least tried to use it.
Regarding Glycolic peels, I did try a strong home one, but it did not work for me. I am impatient and want results straight away. I did stick with it but got bored after a month with no visible difference.

Louis and Kat,

Yes of course they will go away on their own. Unless you have the rare skin type there is no permanent effects that remain after treatment except for the removal of blemishes.
I thought I already said the to hasten the removal you can use an over the counter peel. Glycolic acid peels, Salicylic acid peels, Lactic acid peels. They will remove red cells and help you remove the redness.
