I had never heard of this app, but saw a cute owly thing on it for sale. So I downloaded the app, expecting something like Temu, Aliexpress or Shein. The start up was so quick, with no explanation what was going on. I believe I clicked on trial, that was my intention anyway. Next thing, the $20 I had in my bank account for my medication for the next fortnight was taken out.
I sent an email, complaining because I hadn't even had a chance to figure out how the app works. The reply from Blidz customer service was that I hadn't read the fine print that the money is non-refundable, and that I must not have realised that I said no to the trial.
So since I had paid the money I could not get back, I decided to have a look for myself as to whether it's a scam or not.
Yes I think it is a scam, or swindle rather. They will be making millions just aggressively siezing money from people like this. So they probably don't really care whether or not they really suck people in to keep paying a monthly amount to make a couple of dollars and get an item cheaper because you team up with other people.
Anyway they definitely left a sour taste in my mouth for how they treated me.

Emphasize in this refund plea that consent and understanding of the terms were also absent. Also emphasise the aggressive nature of the transaction in such a manner that it might have been a source of financial distress. If their stance remains unchanged, consider reporting the transaction through your bank. Cease any further interactions with the application.
