BMO Harris Bank review: Taking funds out of my account and issuing a non valid cashiers check

Check number [protected] for $122,420 which was issued march 8 2024 Around April 26th 2024 I was then told to wait 9 day for funds to be deposited . On May 8 2024 United States treasury department verified check was valid and verified and BMO issued funds then out of nowhere froze account with funds and claim they were unable to accept my verification documents at first then 2weeks later they claim to have sent them back to issuer which has not happened and which there is no record of it yet being returned to sender. Representatives have told me multiple times check was unable to be verified and account would be closed and check returned when in fact on May 8 2024 United States treasury verified check validity and responded to your email for check verification on may 8 2024. Check is still in system as cashed and not returned. Check was verified with Laurie Spangler case # 285598 and yet BMO is still claiming check has not been verified and returned it also took them 1 months to claim check was unverifiable. I have multiple recordings and emails from BMO stating otherwise falsely. Today 06/17/2024 BMO has claimed to have sent the check back to issuer 05/29/2024. This has caused a major hardship and pain and suffering in my life I am now homeless due to losing my housing due to not being able to cover rent, lost my job due to no functioning vehicle nor to take my children to school or cover medical expenses. As of 06/24/2024 IRS has stated they have not received any returned payment.

BMO bank stole funds from my account $122478 and sent me an invalid fraudulent cashiers check and claiming they can not assist with recovering my funds. They cashed my check without my knowledge instead of sending check back to issuer as they promised it’s been since May 8 when they stole funds. Bank has made no attempt to resolve this
