I have taken a loan of rs.1, 78, 000/- in the month of nov 2017,

And I have paying my emi promptly without skipping for a month also till date.
Now I wanted to pre close me loan and I requested to give my repayment summary and outstanding details, but they have sent me wrong outstanding amount, in my loan sanction letter the have mentioned 20.67% p. A but they have deducted 31% for 12 months, and they are saying the calculation is correct and talking about floating interest rate, but when I asked why did you people agree in my loan sanction letter 20.67 p. A,
No answer on that, nobody wants to take any responsible on that issue, and they them-self have sent me a mail that your complaint have been resolved,
These kind of misleading the common people is not right, necessary action to be taken on these kind of finance companies.
I am not going to pay any further payments, and I will take all necessary legal action on this issue as well claim my compensation more than 10 lakhs, this is for sure.
Ill put an end to these king of fraud happening further.

I have to finance two mobile phones from home credit and given time to time repayment the installment and home credit give me the great oppurtunity I would like to thanks 24 sept. I got a call from home credit for personal loan 80000/- and that time which who person talked to me, she was name mrs. Vibha sinha and she said to me. You've singnature all documents on 25 sept. And after singnature ur documents you have to recacive your amount within 4-5 days and I have to done the all work from my side, but I did'nt get the amount in my account, and after 5 days I did'nt get the any call from home credit, and when I tried an number of time but any body did not reacived my call I think home credit customer care not done the commitment. And speacilly mrs. Nibha sinha, today I called to four time in loan department, but every time I got the new answer like, she was taking lunch, she is not available in office, and last time he said she gone to home and whenever my call transfered in loan department but anybody did'nt attend the call

Im r dineshkumar.. I have taken loan in home credit 129000, my emi is 5360.48 month.. At the time of booking they told 24.87 per annum flat interest... My total interest is 128280. If flat interest means my 2672 interest per month will come... But i'm getting 4600 interest per month. They r charging in diminshing rate of interest.. Exe given fake commitment.. So I ask for a foreclosure they r asking to pay 124500.. I already paid 7 emi. As per my interest certificate my total principle outstanding is 120152. Only.. i want to complain agaist this bludy company.this is very poor service provider.my bike loan had been completed in 30/11/2017 but todays date there is no NOC letter recieved.
i have complaint in this regard through cuatumer care and mail also mark to cusern team but there is no call no mail no message recieved.not a single revert from this bludy company and stafff also.

As requested earlier to Home Credit India for Interest Certificate of above said loan, the interest certificate has been sent by the Home Credit India (Copy Attached).
As per Interest Certificate sent by Home Credit India total Principal paid upto till date (after 10 EMIs) is Rs. 18478/- against total loan amount of Rs. 176000/-.
After considering Interest Certificate Outstanding Principal as on date is Rs. 157522/- which i want to paid one time and want to close this loan.
But after interacting with Home Credit India's Customer Care Representative it came to know that total amount outstanding as on date is Rs. 162546/-.
In view of above, it is requested that Home Credit India is charging Rs. 5027/- in excess.
I want to know that as Home Credit India stated that there is no any foreclosure charges, than why Rs. 5027/- is charging in excess from me to close my above said loan number.

I'm Sonali Baswala, my loan number is [protected]. I applied for a loan on 27th February 2018. I signed my documents on 27th as well, I was told that the payment will come in 2-3 days. When I called, found out that it would take around 5-6 business days. Before that I was not told that the interest would be charged for these days too and I've to pay my 6999 installment on 1st April, which would be the last date of depositing the installment.
After 5-6 days I called again, I was made to talk with the same person who sanctioned my loan, "Hemlata ji".
Now they suddenly found out that there's is problem in my passbook, so they can't see my account number, but before there was no problem. I sent them a mail, and they said that they would callback, but they never did. When I called back they said that it would take 24-48 hours, everytime I call them it takes 24-48 hours everytime, but actually nothing happens they never callback.
On 2nd day in morning I received a message that loan is been approved and amount will be transferred in 1 working day. When I called them to give out, they said the money is transferred. When I went to bank they said it doesn't take this much time to transfer money.
Ms.Hemalata shouts on me as if she's paying me from her pocket and won't even take back, cuts the phone on my face. I'm fed up calling your customer care. Its been 12 days the interest is still on. I've to pay the emi on 1st of April, not received a single penny.
I don't want anything now.

I have been called over & over again by Home Credit Department individuals saying that these are training calls & they would like to speak to someone by the name of "Darshan Singh" on my number which is [protected] . Time & again I've told them that they have got the wrong number, as this number does not belong to any Darshan Singh. I do not know of anyone by this name, have never heard of him also.
The number has been with me, Smita Guleria since 2008. Have requested them to update their database accordingly & stop bothering me. They assure me they will remove it & yet again i keep getting calls from them several times in a day.

Cheating while financing a mobile and harrasments calls

My name is Jitender from New Delhi and my finance number is [protected].
Home credit financed my mobile in a fraud manner not telling the important points which a customer need to know while financing a mobile phone.
And every time I was trying to inquire something the person in the store ignoring the details I want to ask. In fact he said there is no issues.
And now after paying 8 EMI I get to know that I'll be charged 27% interest on the finance amount but my mobile was financed at 0% saying its a ongoing festive offer. Even when my 1 or 2 EMI were delayed, collection team who calls before the due date and also after didn't tell me that if I pay the amount late the 0% finance will become 27 %.
I'm saying this because customer care said your finance amount was approved for 0% but as you have paid 1 payment late so it has become 27%.
I got to know this when on the 8th payment collection team called me I asked them how many EMI left for me, and they told 4 more..that means on total 12. I was shocked because I was told 9 EMI's. And then they told that your 1 payment was late so your finance has been changed to 27%. Why didn't they told this when my first EMI was late.
I immediately stopped my all further payments as I felt I was cheated by Home Credit. I receive no. of calls daily and even they call my friends and family in such a way that they fell harassed as the way these guys talks is totally unprofessional.
Although I'm ready to pay the amount I financed for my mobile but these guys don't listen to customer.
I've already paid Rs 13040/- and my total financed amount is 15400.
I need apologies to my friends and family who has been harassed by your collection team and need a compensation for the months I'm been stressed by u guys.
Other wise I am going to complaint against your company in Customer Consumer Services.
Hope this should be resolved as per my thoughts.

Urgent complaint :: regarding double payment of emi

From last 4 months I am paying my EMI on time but last month because of festival season I couldn't make it and I informed the same to your head office in Gurgaon and they said ii will be fine if I'll pay my EMI later on and there will be a penalty of INR 23.
Even after informing regarding late payment I was still receiving almost 50 calls from your office everyday (your call center person were use to call me after every half an hour) I told them that I can make payment after 10th Nov, 2014 only after getting my salary but height of insecurity was that they started calling my brother Mr. Sahil everyday and that was the pathetic thing. I am a customer who is making payment of every installment on time from last 4 months and I am not going to run anywhere without paying whole amount.
Finally on 13th Nov, 2014 my brother received a call from your call center at 9:00 AM to confirm his address so that collection boy can come to collect pending EMI and your collection person Mr. Raman ([protected]) took INR 3030 in cash from my brother Mr.Sahil at 3:00 PM [protected]). In evening at 7:00 PM [protected]) suddenly I got a messege from Home Credit that my bank account has been deducted of INR 2, 730 monthly installment.
How could your company do such things? you took 2 installments from me in 1 month? This is my harden earned money I need it back.

Even after informing regarding late payment i was still receiving almost 40 calls from your office everyday (Your call center person were use to call me after every half an hour) i told them that i can make payment after 15th Nov., 2017 only after getting my salary but height of insecurity was that they calling regularly. Aftre that they told me to deposit 4790 instead of 5681 my emi amount to keep balance and rest amount deposit with the next instalment. I deposited the same, but from after next day they started call again many time to deposite rest amount. I am a customer who is making payment of every installment on time and i am not going to run anywhere without paying whole amount.
How could your company do such things?.

I have financed a refrigerator through this home credit, I was bound to pay 8 EMI as it is clearly mentioned in sanction letter, but with the interest I paid whole 9 EMI, unfortunately I could not make couple of EMI on due date, I was out of town. They are charging a penalty and they calling me 30 times in a day to pay penalty despite my financial condition is not good. I have requested and sent email to head office Gurgaon, but still I am receiving call everyday to pay the penalty. This is terrible and very disturbing.

I would like grab your attention on my matter and share my views for "Home Credit India Finance Private Limited".
On 8th Aug 2014 a waiver of Rs 300 commented for loan no. [protected] by an agent (Deepa) saying "Extra charges will be waived of if I pay the EMI same day she sends a collection executive", I accepted it and paid the amount.
It has not been done till 28th August 2014, while it took 7-10 days to get accepted (as per their commitment), I am still getting their calls regarding the same and daily each agent is forwarding the same request.
Today (28 Aug 2014), I called their costumer support checked about result, the guy told me no one forwarded the request I asked for the reason, REASON is (THEY ARE GETTING TECHNIOCAL ERROR IN FORWARDING THE REQUEST FROM LAST 20 DAYS so he will do that). Can anyone imagine an answer?
Also, when I asked him to transfer the call he denied and reply with "I CANNOT TRANSFER AS THERE IS NO QUERY" ? no query ? seriously?
From where they hire guys? did they give training to their executives? I doubt personally!
Lastly I got a call from a girl asking the request has been forwarded, if you got CALLS say I have made a request for waiver.
I still have to receive their call daily thrice a day, may be more and have to say same thing to all as they do not have option to STOP the calls.
