I haven't received welcome kit last 60-70 days

I am shefali and I have opened my salary account on 22 February 2022 in bank of baroda Gutham budh marg Lucknow uttar pradesh. So far I have not received my welcome kit and atm card etc. When I went to the branch they had not given me any satisfactory answer. Due to this I am facing a lot of problem. Please take strict action against the branch and provide me all the things, and send me welcome kit asap.

To unfreeze my account I am out of city
Hello I am Poonam Mishra, I opened account in Bank Of Baroda, given all documents, but after 1 month my account is frozen reason for KYN update, we don't know why government bank are so lazy and unresponsive because I am now in vapi because of transfer of my husband job, now I want to unfreeze my account and CC told me to visit branch I just have to go 400 km to show my adhar card, which I have shown and given documents at the time of opening of account, now if my account is not frozen I will sue case against Bank of Baroda to vast my time and mentally harassment case because due to this many of my work is stopped.

I am writing this on behalf of my father that he went to your pathankot branch on 20thjune, 2019, around 11:30 am for correction of his aadhar card. When we entered the bank, entire staff was free and when I asked them to do my work they said that pallavi kapahi the lady who will do the correction is not here and she will be here at 3:30pm. When I asked them the reason for the same, I didn't get a satisfactory explanation whereas rest of the staff members started arguing with me and behaved very rudely. This kind of impolite and dominating behaviour is not expected from the staff members of a reputed bank like yours. I am a business man, I can't come again and again as I have alot of other things to do. Apart from this, my father who is 75 years old also have to visit bank again with me, which is very difficult for him as he is an asthma patient.

importance to language
Hi,
In Karnataka you people have several branches and ATMS, but we have observed that In ATMs there is no option in Kannada to do our transactions. if this will continue the same you we will not let you ppl run your band business here. first respect local language and keep our Kannada also main option in all ATM and make sure Kannada support should be provide in your bank . or else you ppl please get out from our state.
As per the Karnataka govt rules and regulation, any buddy starting their business here, they should first prefer our language and that should be first option in their work place and systems.
You people want business here, place here to start your bank and all Govt facilities, but you ppl have attitude to prefer our language in Bank and ATM's. implement this on priority.

My self Dharmendra Kumar my loan account no. [protected] was in BOB Teni branch Fatehpur which was closed by branch on 25/09/18 and branch already provided no due certificate but still this account is open in my CIBIL reports. I m attaching the no due certificate.

On behalf of all the customers of Baroda Health Policy Holders of Bank of Baroda we lay before you the following facts for your kind intervention
1. All on a sudden Bank of Baroda displayed a notice that they will not renew any Baroda Health Policy from November 2018 as they will discontinue tie up with National Insurance Company
2. At this old age and as a retired men it has come to us as a bolt from the blue in this hard market after continuing my policy several years together.
3. We have become customer of this bank being attracted of the Baroda Health Policy.
4. We were assured by the bank management that we will enjoy this policy life long and tie up with the National Insurance Company Limited will be continued.
5. As such, it is nothing but Breach of Contract and betrayed with the customer of your bank, you can not discontinue Baroda Health Policy at the midway of the existing customer without any suitable and compatible alternative.
6. So many of my friends including myself opened fixed deposit of huge amount being attracted and considering the facility of your health policy
7. I have opened this policy and continuing years together to secure my treatment in my old age.
8. If no action is taken we will withdraw our FD and Accounts from your Bank and we will have no alternate but to seek legal help and complaints to consumer forum.
As such, you are requested to make an arrangement so that existing customer of Baroda Health Policy holder do not deprived due to the laps on your part.

It's been a soo many years you ppl started your bank in Karnataka, and I we have found that you ppl not giving respect to Kannada language Becus in your ATMs I have not found Kannada option to do my transaction. So this is a very serious concern on that u ppl are ignoring our language in our state oly. Consider this is the priority one and serous Conner and implement Kannada option in ATM and recruit our Kannada ppl for good business here or else we will take different action on doing revolution and boycott your bank from Karnataka.

Bank cheated with me
My self Sashi Kanta Debnath, I have an account in HARIDEVPUR, KOLKATA branch since opening the branch. A/c no 3731xxxxxx0021. Last year 'Justdial' has signed me an ECS mandate form by misguiding me with a cancelled cheque. But I didn't use the same bank sign in the ECS form. Very soon after realising that, I have been cheated, I immediately rush to the branch and inform the whole mater to the manager. I also inform him I have use different signature in ECS form. Now my question is 'how can start the ECS even my signature does not match with the bank?' That's mean any body start an ECS with my bank account anytime. It never happen without help any bank personnel.
So after few months of start ECS, I has withdraw all money from the account, to avoid paying the ECS. Now I am going to leave the city and wants to close my account. In the mean time Quarterly Interest, LPG Subsidy has credited. But I couldn't withdraw the balance.
Please investigate the whole matter ASAP. I am belongs to lower middle class family, I want to close the account without hassle.
Please take care the matter with a high priority to stop such cheating with anybody.

अब मेने नया एटीएम अप्लाई करने के ले बैंक में जाता हु तो बोलते ह 15 दिन आ जाएगा फिर में 15 बाद में जाता हु तो फिर बोलते ह 10 दिन में डाक के दुवारा आपके घर पर पहुच जाएगा ।
ऐसे करते 2 महिने हो गए ह ।

Incident Date : 15th Sept 2017
Incident - I should say this was the first time I've had such a Dirty and unacceptable behaviour from the security guard and the Bank staff including the Manager.
I was trying to withdraw money from the ATM wherein the machine had issues and was very slow.
In that attempt I was trying to re-insert the card.
All of a sudden the security Guy popped out and said the following to a Customer (Myself).
"Thu Card fir Kyun Dal raha hai?"
I replied saying whom are u calling TU first learn to respect.
Immediately he he stopped talking to me however I told him that the machine has a prob.
He said, "To main kya Karun?"
I walked in to the bak and asked for the manager. Who first did not bother asking what happen but said You are educated and he's not trying to judge between customer and an employee.
He walked out with me with few more staff members.
Looking at this, the security Guard Immediately changed his version and told the so Called manger that "sir maine unko aap card fir kyun dal rahe ho"
The manager did not even address this and said Please take ur money and leave and while I was still there they were abusing me in front of the other customers and the Security Guard had the gut to say I am from hyd do what you can including the security manager there.
I Understand that it is a very Pitty and a cheeky issue in your terms but there was another customer who had the same experience few days before.
And nothing was addressed and I was chased out of the premisis.
If this is the Service from the first point of addressing a customer is missing I really doubt if there would be any action that the management would take.
But I am still taking this time to write to you because.. I will not leave it here as this could happen to any one and the staff who's working there because of the customers vouch for the Security Guard and thats absurd.
The security Guard also bragged saying ive been here for 8 years and u cannot do [censor] about it including the security Manger..
In my attempt to just withdraw money fro you atm I had to face such a Dirty and Worst situation..
Hoping to to get a response for the complaint. the only option that I will be left with if there is no action taken on that person I will get this on social media forums including getting in touch with the top of your hierarchal chain on twitter or LinkedIN.
I am sure now that you've got cctv cameras and audio recievers in the ATM so just think y will I take the pain to write to u about all this.
A little about me I am a Director of Training and Recruitment and also a project advisor for a lot of Media companies. It would not take me long time to make this a social issue and build a story behind it.
As Customer we expect respect before your service. And being so arrogant and careless about a customers vocal feedback to the direct manager for the Branch has no Use. There are far better people that the company could recruit that having headstrong and Worthless individuals who've been Warming those seats for Years now.

Hello, I have get call from [protected] for new Credit card from ICICI bank which will be given on Bank of Baroda debit card, they have taken debit card number, along with CVV number, also asked for PIN, after that they tell me one verification message will be send on your number, please share the OTP, after they said me to hold sometime, your debit score will be check, after sometime that person debited 4200 Rs from my account, I don't what will be happening, please help me, I have also try for changing the PIN, but not changing it.

With reference to the above subject i hereby writing this mail for file complaint against ATM Fraud without using my ATM card. Kindly find attached screenshot of my message which I received when I m in home and mini statement.
When i go to the bank for inquiry bank staff not co-operate with me and they directly said your money lost we can not help you. When we go to police station they ask for bank complaint form but bank of baroda (varsova, mumbai ) branch not ready for giving this form.
Kindly find reference documents of this fraud.
Please take immediate action against this Fraud and I want my money ( Rs. 23, 406.66) back as soon as possible.

refund of processing fee of rs.9200/- against non-sanction of home loan and all documents
Sir,
I applied for sanction of Home Loan in March 2017 amounting to Rs.16 lakh in Bank of Baroda, Patipukur Branch, Kolkata. As per request of the Bank an amount of Rs.9200/- was deposited by me towards processing fee in two installments through two SBI cheques bearing Nos. 620508 dtd 12.04.17 & 620509 dtd 24.04.17 for this purpose. The same was encashed by the Bank. Moreover, as per Bank's email dated 25.03.17 (copy enclosed) I deposited all the requisite documents. Moreover, as per assurance of the Bank for sanction of Home Loan I deposited Rs.8 lakhs to the Developer. But, neither the Home Loan was sanctioned to me by Bank not heard anything in this regard. I requested the Bank vide my letter dated 15.07.17 (copy enclosed) either to sanction the Home Loan or refund the processing fee. But no action has been taken by the Bank. Inspite of my repeated request over phone, the Bank authority did not respond in this regard. I am surprised how the Bank authority deducted the processing fee without sanctioning the Loan. I am not sure how the amount will get back from Developer. I, therefore, request you to take immediate action to refund me the processing fee along with the interest thereon as well as the documents submitted by me to the Bank.

I live in USA and have been trying to get password for internet banking for 3 different accounts since February with your Alkapuri branch
I finally got password for one account but cannot log in
We have sent letter to get passwords for other two accounts, the bank personnel cannot find the letter
It is impossible to talk to anybody, nobody picks up the phone or the phones do not work
