This company discovered my business account and charged it with a fee that changes, like others have complained about. Nobody answers the phone and we couldn't find a way to reach them to cancel this so-called "account". We had to stop making payments through our bank. Who are these people and why can't they be stopped?

to get an explanation. It's really frustrating and I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. The website, merchantbankcard.com, doesn't provide much information either. I tried searching for answers but couldn't find anything useful. I just want to know why I'm being charged and if there's a way to cancel this monthly fee. It's a hassle dealing with this and I hope someone from Merchant Bankcard can finally respond to my inquiries.

I been charged 2 times since April 2,2021 298.85 which is making my band account go overdraft. I didn't authorize this charge 'cause I don't know this account. I contacted my bank too 'bout these charges.

I've been getting billed by Merchant Bankcard for a whole month now, and they're charging me $74.95. I have no clue what this charge is for, and I can't get a hold of anyone. The phone number on their website doesn't even work. My bank can't even stop the payment. What am I supposed to do?

My business account has been charged monthly for atleast the last year for a merchant service that I have no business relation with. I dont know why these charges have been posted to my account. I use a mainstream company that I have used for 7 years for all of my business-related processing transactions. I would like to be refunded these fees as they are fraudulent.

I didn't know this company at all. They stole our company checking account info and used PNC merchant account charged my company merchant service fee two transactions per month for 2 years. This is a seriously business fraud and need to stop their criminal activities immediately. Reporting to police department for further investigation on fraudulent and Filing a lawsuit against this company.

This company took two transactions out of our business account twice. Once in June for $51.38 and again in July for the same amount. They are making some kind of payment on a *** thru *** and *** is their bank handling the transaction. I have disputed this at my bank and I am also turning it into ***. I noticed tons of complaints for this company and wondering why ComplaintsBoard.com is not doing anything about it?

We been gettin' charged every month by Merchant Bankcard and ain't gettin' nothin' in return. We tried callin' 'em to close our account and stop the charges, but every time we call, we hear the same dude's voice. They got two companies listed on their website claimin' to offer round-the-clock service, but when we called one of 'em, they didn't even know 'bout Merchant Bankcard. Seems like they just put those companies there to make 'em look legit.

I got this small biz checkin' account with Bluevine, ya know? And outta nowhere, I started gettin' these monthly charges from "Merch Bankcard, Billng" that ain't got nothin' to do with my merchant services. (My regular merchant account is all set up with another local bank for my regular biz, and it's been goin' smooth. Ain't got nothin' to do with the Bluevine account.) I can't seem to cancel their services. I shut down most of my business and switched payment methods. This company doesn't seem to provide any benefits or useful services, yet they've been charging me for years. I have no idea what I actually paid for, and I can't find any information about my previous processors or any benefits they offered. It's just a direct deposit from my bank to theirs, and there's no way to stop it except for a stop payment, which I recently requested. I don't see any way to get my money back for all those years of being billed for seemingly nothing. If there's a lawsuit against them, I'd like to join. They don't have a working email or phone number. It must be a complete scam.
