6000 series 52 inch zero turn mower
I purchased my new very expensive mower from Norris super cycle in Livingston TN and they have been great. That have gone up and beyond what was expected. My compliant is with Bobcat. The mowers front wheel had very little grease applied, and my wheels locked up. The price of these mowers this should not happen and is excusable. Where is quality control? I mowed less than an hour before this occurred had to stop and wait 4 days to see the authorized dealer about the issues they resolved it but there is no way the mower should leave the factory in this poor of a shape. I am a previous owner of a ZT 2200 ES and it has been one heck of a machine. This one has started out badly and I am applauded about the lack of quality control on these commercial machines.
Desired outcome: they resolved the matter and my compliant is not with the dealer but the factory!!! We were lucky there was no more damaged than what occurred.

Less than 1" clearance between rear tires and rear fenders.
This was my 1st tractor purchase and I never gave it a notice at time of purchase. All my friends noticed it imediatly after purchase, they told me it will not be safe to use when dirt and rocks stick to tires.
So, I called the dealer that I bought it from described the issue, they got back to me and said Bobcat engineers are aware of issue and are working on a fix.
After several months and not hearing back from dealer, was told by corporate that they don't feel this is a issue.
I've had several times where rocks and mud wedge into the fenders,, it is scary when it happens, someone is going to get hurt from this.
Desired outcome: A design fix to increase clearance
bobcat ent. not honoring warranty claims.
Around January 2022 we had to put our S570 in the shop (under 200hrs) to have the fuel system replaced. Water was in the system. $11000 in repairs. They won't take any responsibility for water getting in fuel system. They checked out our T590 after the S70 and sucked out the fuel tank and fuel system was ok and now the T590 (under 500 hrs) is in the shop for the same repairs. They also want to replace the tank to make sure all the water is out. We get our fuel from the same fuel stations that everyone else does. We also use another water fuel seperator on a portable tank. No problems out of any other vehicle or equipment except for the 2 bobcats. The equipment is supposed to be designed to run off of the fuel from local fuel stations. We feel the bobcat is either producing the water or is incappable of operationg properly from fuel from local fuel station. That has to do with the design. We can only do so much. We feel that we have been done wrong. Bobcat can't explain why we keep getting water in the system. Won't honor warranty for something they can't fix permanantly. With our tank's filter and Bobcat's upgraded fuel filter the machine still keeps getting water past their filter design. How in the world can I do more. The machines are not reliable at all.
Bobcat has lost our buisness for not standing behind thier machine.
Desired outcome: We want reliable equipment. We want warranty work covered under warranty. We want our $26000 in warranty work reimbused.I want to start a class action lawsuit to get Bobcat to own up to their problems they have created.

Approximately 7 business days ago, I lodged a complaint in regards to a brand new Bobcat that was purchased about 8 months ago. The machine has sat at two separate Bobcat dealers for 3 months now because of the same exact mechanical issues. I have reported this situation in detail on numerous occasions. I was supposed to be contacted by a Bobcat representative within 7 days of my last complaint. I have not been contacted and the 7 days have passed. Is Bobcat going to do anything to anything to rectify the situation or not? Peter LaBrizzi- [protected]
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund. I would also like for a representative to contact me.
brokers
I and my partner were very dissatisfied with the treatment of the broker for all our polices of insurance my partner has waited 3 weeks for a quote and now when asked was told think it would be best to cancel as she couldn't get it to a premium suitable . My car sat at a garage for 3 weeks and in the end I got it moved to another who then told me to scrap...

We leased 2 of the 2017 T595, have had nothing but problems and no help with warranty,
The warranty is nonexisting, all you get is not covered. Both machines are in the shop all the time and in my option are not made for construction work, we do have a older 650 that has never seen the inside of a shop. We run several other brands also and have had no trouble with them. Just the Bobcat T595?
lack of reliability and reasonable longevity
Bought a new E50 about 4 yrs ago, at 600hrs bucket was crowding out by itself, after complaining about the issue, although it was out of the 12 month warranty period, I argued that 600 hrs was not acceptable. The service manager fobbed me off, I am a qualified plant mechanic and completed my apprenticeship at a Clark dealer.Eventually a fellow called Chris Varity, who I believe is or was the state service manager sorted it out for me. NOW, at 2000 hrs, which has taken 4 yrs to achieve
The rotary coupling is leaking. Having had a bobcat and 5 Kubota excavators which have had upwards of 4000hrs, I have NEVER had a leaking rotary coupling, at least I can do the repair myself, upon ordering the parts, which were rediculously expensive I find another customer has had the same issue, I think in order for the bobcat company to save face(I had a valuation done) I was going to buy another, but this issue has made me think seriously about another brand. I have been in the earthmoving in Newcastle for 25 yrs I am always asked what I think of the Bobcat brand, and up until now my comments have been positive. Now that this issue has reared its head I have become very doubtful of the quality of the brand and I will be forced to pass on my experiences with fellow earthmovers., I have family in the media industry and I am certain I can get this information out there .I hope something can be done to help my situation as 2000hrs is way to little to have this issue.Hoping for a positive outcome, regards ian foster. Lift and tilt is an ongoing problem. I am in the process of repairing this problem for the third / fourth time. Have less than 4, 000 hours on it. It is in your shop now. The next machine purchased will not have Bobcat on the side of it. I cannot depend on this machine. Last time it was repaired, it had the same exact problem before we even got it on the trailer to take it home. Once they repaired it again, the very next day on first attempt to use it, same problem again.
bobcat corpus christi
I called Bobcat-Corpus Christi Branch around 1/24/2018 to get the part numbers for two high pressure hydraulic hoses. Spoke with Chris, who said he would call me right back with the numbers and prices so we could get them ordered. No call. Called the next day and asked for him or a parts guy, he was the only one available but was with a customer. He remembered me and would call me right back. No call. Finally on the 1/31/2018 my mechanic drives an hour to go into the store, effectively killing half the day, just to make sure this guy orders the parts. They come 2/2/2018 and one is the WRONG hose... So we go through it again. Only now there several more problems with Bobcat-CC; the system is down. My mechanic drives into Corpus Christi again to get a manager to resolve this. The manger orders the part, it will be extra time because the system didn't order it but he would make sure it was done today 2/7/2018. So I call, and since my mechanic doesn't want to make enemies outta these guys because they are the ONLY Bobcat place anywhere around and he has to deal with them constantly, I just asked for the Honcho. Got Tim Ziegler. Polite guy. Could not care less about the thousands of dollars in lost revenue his guy caused. SAid he'd love to make it right what could he do. I said aplogize! Give me the hose when it comes for free and swear it'll never happen again or something! He literally laughed at me. Said, "(chuckles) Well, I can't do that..." But then went on to apologize. I run my Bobcat for $300 a day, it's how I pay my bills. So when it is down it is irrelevant the cost it must be repaired immediately. The level of disrespect, non caring, bad business at this place is unreal. When people are afraid to say anything to you about your practices because they fear retaliation and the fact you can get away with it is unreal. Tim said that Chris was repremanded. He admitted he dropped the ball yadda yadda that they were sorry hope you have a good life. NO REPERCUSSIONS. This cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue at minimum a week, that is being gracious and giving them time for a mistake, wrong part, system error, you know all that they had. Takes thirty minutes to change the hose. And the two jobs I couldn't honestly bid on because I didn't know if I would be able to take care of business for them because I can't rely on my Bobcat dealer... A free hose is miniscule compared to what they caused my business. Free fluids and filters for a 1000 hours doesn't touch the cost they induced. I ask Bobcat to hold them accountable in Corpus Christi and do what they feel they should do to make it right to keep an honest man working feeding his family. If not I'm getting rid of this piece of [censor] and getting a Case or Kubota. At least they'll get your parts to you and half [censor] show you some respect.
Buyer beware
Bobcat Skid Steer Loader Warranty Claim Denied!
I bought a Bobcat S185 10/15/08.
It has only 289 hours on it.
The engine was severely damaged due to low oil pressure.
I did nothing to this machine to cause this to happen and have always
maintained this machine according to the owners manual.
The Bobcat rep Eric is blaming me and denying my warranty claim.
First he claimed It was either flipped over or got water into the engine - neither
of those have happened to this machine!
I can prove it was never off its wheels by looking at the machine!
Now he is claiming it was at too steep of an angle and sucked up air in the oil pickup.
The first time it indicated a low oil pressure condition it was sitting just outside
the barn door idling after unloading 5 pallets off of a delivery truck.
BUYER BEWARE!
Bobcat has a good reputation for reliability - but beware if you ever have
a problem and need warranty service.
Now I'm responsible for an $8, 000.00 repair bill to replace the engine that
I didn't damage and they are refusing to cover under the warranty.
It will be replaced by a JD or Case!
Bobcat is currently owed by a Korean Corp!
