My mattress arrived from Bob's furniture in Worcester, though two guys just left it on the floor after I paid for white glove delivery. They did leave the checklist of all the things they were supposed to do. Assembly, clean up, demonstration, inspection, and support where he's not supposed to leave if there's a problem. Instead, when I said, "Aren't you taking the old mattress and unpacking this one?", He just shook his head making a face. I called the store but it's going to take forty minutes on the phone to talk to someone.
Bob's Discount Furniture - Didn't get what we picked out and paid for
We went to store and selected a sectional love seat consisting of 2 reclining sections, with a console in the middle. We were told by the salesman the price was $579., and we agreed to purchase and charged on credit card. When delivery came 6 days later, the console was not delivered. After wasting over an hour on the phone, I was told the console was $100 extra, even though I made it clear in the store exactly what we wanted, and what we wanted was exactly the way it was set up in the store.. I didn't even know that it could be purchased without the console. Of course the salesman doesn't remember anything! For a lousy $100, they lost a customer and his friends forever
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
