So, I've been trying to get in touch with Bonavita World for a while now about a replacement part, but it's been like talking to a brick wall. I've sent them emails, but they haven't responded to any of them. I even tried calling them twice, but all I got was voicemail and no one ever called me back. It's really frustrating because I bought their product at Crate and Barrel, and I expected better customer service from them.

Honestly, I don't think I'll ever buy anything from Bonavita again. It's just not worth the hassle if something goes wrong and they won't even respond to your messages. I mean, I get that things happen and sometimes companies get busy, but this is just ridiculous. If they can't even bother to respond to their customers, then what's the point of buying their products in the first place?

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with Bonavita World. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I think there are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about their customers and will respond to their inquiries in a timely manner. So, if you're thinking about buying something from Bonavita, I'd say think twice and maybe look elsewhere.

So, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Bonavita World. I mean, I love my BV1901TS coffee brewer, don't get me wrong. But when I needed a replacement lid, it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of response from their customer service department.

I filled out their warranty form on 120/15/21 (or was it 15/120/21? I always get those numbers mixed up), and I also tried to contact them directly. But no luck. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

I even offered to pay for the replacement lid and the shipping cost. I wasn't asking for a handout or anything. But still, no response.

I mean, come on, Bonavita World. You gotta do better than this. Your products are great, but your customer service needs some serious work.

I had some problems with Bonavita World and tried to reach out to them via email, but haven't heard back yet. It's a shame because the product works well, but it seems like they're just another cheap China-made brand that you can't rely on for the long haul. I ended up switching to Technivorm, which is made in the Netherlands and has a reputation for lasting forever. Plus, their customer service is top-notch and they'll even repair your machine for a reasonable fee if needed. I'd rather invest in a quality product that I know will last, than keep buying and throwing away cheap units every few years. It's definitely worth it to "cry once" and make a smart investment in a brand like Technivorm.

I'm a coffee lover and I'm pretty picky about my coffee. I did a lot of research before I bought the Bonavita BV1900TD coffee maker with the stainless steel carafe. I was looking for a coffee maker that could give me a piping hot cup of really great coffee. I found out that the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) had a list of the coffee makers that could do that. Bonavita was rated the highest at the time, so I decided to give it a try.

I've been using it for several years now and I haven't had any issues with it. However, one morning while I was preparing to clean it, I noticed that there were little cracks on the inside rim of the plastic. There were hundreds of these cracks. I was really worried about it, so I immediately emailed BonavitaWorld with pictures of the cracks. Unfortunately, their response was that they didn't have any parts of the plastic and there was nothing they could do for me.

I'm really disappointed about this because I have an expensive machine that will eventually begin to seep water through those cracks as they deepen and lengthen. I'll have to toss this coffee maker out and buy a new one. This is a very bad problem that this machine has and the manufacturers need to go back to the drawing board and fix this issue. When this happens, which looks like it'll be really soon, I'll be looking for a new coffee maker and it won't be another Bonavita.

Overall, I think the Bonavita coffee maker is a great machine that makes really good coffee. However, the plastic issue is a big problem that needs to be addressed. I hope the manufacturers will take this seriously and come up with a solution soon. If they do, I would definitely consider buying another Bonavita coffee maker in the future.
