So, I ordered from Bonboho back in December and I still haven't received my order. They haven't given me any updates on the status of my order and it's really frustrating. I just want my money back at this point. It's been a long time and I don't think it's fair for me to have to wait any longer. I hope they can resolve this issue soon.

This company, Bonboho, is one that seems to switch up their name every so often. I've seen them go by Chicboho before, but it's all the same website with different titles. I have to say, the clothing they offer is pretty subpar. I wouldn't recommend wasting your hard-earned money on their products.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Bonboho. I mean, I had high hopes for this online store, but it turned out to be a total scam. And I'm not the only one who feels this way - just check out the reviews on Trustpilot. So many people have lost money to this site, and it's just not right.

The thing is, I really wanted to believe that Bonboho was legit. They had some cute clothes and accessories that I was really interested in, and the prices seemed reasonable. But as soon as I placed my order, I knew something was off. The confirmation email I received was full of typos and grammatical errors, which made me wonder if this was a legitimate business at all.

And then, of course, my order never arrived. I tried to contact customer service, but I never got a response. It was like they had just taken my money and disappeared into thin air. I felt so frustrated and angry - how could they do this to me?

So yeah, I definitely wouldn't recommend Bonboho to anyone. It's just not worth the risk of losing your hard-earned money. Stick to more reputable online stores, and don't fall for the flashy ads and low prices that seem too good to be true. Trust me, it's not worth it.

Instead of a beautiful dress, I got this weird tan pants suit that was just plain ugly. I mean, come on, who wants to wear a pants suit to their wedding reception? Not me, that's for sure.

So I reached out to Bonboho to try and get a refund or exchange, but they were less than helpful. They told me that I could get a refund, but only if I paid for the shipping myself. Um, excuse me? It was their mistake, not mine! I shouldn't have to pay for their screw-up.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from Bonboho. If they can't even get a simple order right and then won't take responsibility for their mistake, what else are they going to mess up? Save yourself the hassle and find a different online store to shop at.

So, I bought this really pretty dress from Bonboho and I was super excited to wear it. But then, it took like forever to arrive. I was getting pretty impatient, so I decided to check the tracking info. And guess what? It said that my dress had been delivered to some random address in a different state! What the heck, right?

But if they can't even get the basics right, like delivering orders to the right address, then I don't think I'll be shopping there again anytime soon.

This company is absolutely terrible! They took my money and never sent me the product I ordered. When I tried to contact them, all I got were automated responses that made me even more angry. And to make matters worse, they somehow managed to manipulate Paypal when I tried to dispute the charge. I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid buying from this company. Trust me, you will regret it!

So, I recently bought some jewelry from Bonboho and I gotta say, it was alright. The price was fair, only $6.99, but I did have some issues with the other items I purchased. The dress slip was way too small and didn't match the measurements of the dress. And don't even get me started on the dark blue dress with the white lining. The lining was rolling out at the sleeveless edges and neck, making it look absolutely terrible.

Now, I know what you're thinking. "Just return it!" Well, let me tell you, it's not that simple. Returning items to China from the U.S. is crazy expensive and Bonboho doesn't cover the cost. So, I'm stuck with these less-than-perfect items.

Overall, I'd say Bonboho is just okay. The jewelry was decently priced and not too bad, but the other items I purchased were a bit of a letdown. And the fact that returning items is so expensive definitely puts a damper on things.
