They follow fraudulent practices.

I availed vakilsearch's service for sole proprietorship and trademark registration. The sole proprietorship registration usually takes not more than a week or two but even after 3 months and several follow-ups, my request is still pending.

For trademark, I paid Rs. 6500 and their customer care executive called me several times and asking for more money.

I wasted my money and time.

Pathetic service. WORST.. Take my words - NEVER avail their service.

Vakilsearch was recommended to me during a webinar and I must say, I regret taking that advice. The experience I had with this company was nothing short of a nightmare.

Firstly, an executive from Vakilsearch was constantly behind me for over a week, trying to force me to pay even when I was waiting for the PAN of my firm. They kept insisting that their charges would increase if I didn't pay immediately. However, I stood my ground and didn't give in to their demands.

After I finally paid, they took about 3 days to register my firm. But that was just the beginning of my troubles. My partner's name was entered incorrectly, which caused the PAN verification to decline. I tried to contact the agent whose extension number was provided, but to no avail. I couldn't get through to anyone as nobody ever picked up the call.

I had to rectify the name myself, but then I received an SCN (Show Cause Notice) from GST stating that the "Consent Letter" had a pasted signature. I tried to contact Vakilsearch again, but as usual, I had no luck. I had to resort to watching a few YouTube videos and doing it myself.

Yesterday, our GST was finally approved, but even today, Vakilsearch is still stuck on the status of 3 days back. If I had been dependent on their service, I would still be stuck in the same position.

I wonder why I even paid Rs. 200, even though it's not a big amount. What's the point of charging a small amount and giving substandard service? It's better to charge a little bit more and provide proper service.

In conclusion, this is one of the worst services I have ever experienced. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs.
