I contacted Quanter the Laywer from Patton Williams attorneys to go and get my daughter out the police man that arrested her was found quilty off misconduct Quantar requested me to pay R3000 immediately wich I did how ever he didn't get my daughter out off jail the following day I received a invoice for R9000

When I asked him aboud it he said it is for all his costs

I explained to him we dont have that kind off money and my daughter won't use his services he still keep on adding money

I have already paid 6500 towards the ridiculous bill that they haven't done anything for my daughter now all off a sudden there is still R12 500 outstanding

I only owe them R4500 more and refused to pay them a further sent they unethical

I told Quanter from the beginning that we dont have that kind off money still they send the balju to my daughter for services doing nothing for her

Desired outcome: I want them.to deduct there fees I feel strongly I paid them enough for no service done

The Cape Law Society raf claim for my son, (12 years later) still waiting

My son had a accident when he was 7years old. Now turning 19. an attorney has processed and finalized all paperwork and has sent in according to him an amount which cannot be DISCLOSED TO ME to me even after asking numerous times. He now says that THE RAF IS THE DELAY, when all paperwork was handed in May, with a 6 week period for payout. NOW AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS, SOME not even replying, he now says that the delay is from the raf itself. its been 12 years and I think that the payout should of been made by now. Please will you assist asap, my id [protected] also can you supply me with my rights as to what I can and cannot know, as its my sons claim but most of the information are being with held and also if I do not ask then information with regards to any progress is not being informed to me. only after 6 steps then only I must hear this step was taken, etc. I have also filled in a form which says that we must see the high court but nothing came of it.
please advise as this is my first claim.

kind regards and many thanks.

awaiting your response.

The Cape Law Society ben groot attorneys: splendid kids//dominique abels agholor

In october 2016 I received a letter of demand from the above said attorneys specifically gideon september a candidate attorney emailed me a letter of demand regarding this matter. I responeded to the email stating the facts of the matter that my daughter has attended the above mention school for only two weeks and that its unfair that I need to make payment of two months fees as I gave notice to the teacher within the one month notice period then the principal only calling two weeks later making the one month notice period run over into another month. I have asked that the matter be kept in obeyance and a obeyance hold be held and sent to me as soonest. Then I received a call from the sheriff to serve a summons on myself. I then sent an email with an offer to pay r1400 to the school which was approved by the above mentioned attorneyd client and payment to be made the 25th of the said month. I did indeed make a cash deposit at the atm in the name of the respected school and reference it to dominique abels agholor so definately the cash deposit should reflect in the attorneys clients books. I let the matter go thinking it was settled until I checked my credit record and found that a judgement was taken against me for the amount of r2800. I then mailed the attorneys ben groot enquiring as to why a judgement was taken against my name if I made payment on the said date and the agreed amount was r1400, I was told the candidate attorney no longer works there. I was so upset that the current attorney does not even know the agreement between myself and the client, gidoen september dealt with this matter and has now been handed over to the current attorney. I have asked that the attorney speak to his client regarding the cash payment made by me it should reflect in her books. To date no response and I have requested for the judgement to be rescind immediately with cost to the attorney as this is unprofessional and unreasonable as I negotiated the said payment and made the payment now the attorney is saying that there is no agreement that the amount remains r2800. From my understanding the attorney has no idea what happened in this matter and emails were not checked otherwise why is the attorney trying to negotiate again with me. I would like this matter to be taken with great seriousness as this has spoilt my credit record and I would like this judgement rescind as payment was made in this matter as agreed and on the agreed date.

The Cape Law Society Lauren fine

Can the Cape Law Society remove Lauren Fine as an attorney and strike her name from the roll? It is not fair on customers to think you are using a reputable attorney and then to find out that she has been named and shamed in several editions of Noseweek magazine for conduct unbecoming of an attorney! She forced an innocent women who knew nothing about the law to file for a restraining order against her boyfriend because she mistakenly thought he had been unfaithfull to her!

Gods chosen people! Lauren you are just a silly stupid Jew! Do not try and bully her or we will do to you what we did to Colin Chaplin! Do you know why we needed to get a restraining order against Colin Chaplin? It was just to make him look like a bad man! That was why and do you know why? So you wouldnt beleive him that was why. He was innocent but we couldnt have you speak to him. He had to be punished for not giving her what she wanted and we did that by taking away what he loved and that was you wasnt it. We did that by telling you that one or two lies and then telling you that he was stalking you. I knew that the more he tried to talk to you the more scared of him you would become! And yes we told him that it was all your idea to hurt him so that he wouldnt want to try talk to you! And you are a stupid women. We gave you those letters and all you had to do was get a restraining order against him and we could have made Noseweek apologise to us and end it then. I am going to ruin your sisters childrens reputations on the internet just like we have destroyed yours next because you are a bully!

The Cape Law Society Keller snyman schelhase - lauren fine

Lauren Fine has bought the legal proffession into disrepute. She has been named and shamed on two different editions of Noseweek Magazine. We are asking the Cape Law Society to investigate her conduct and to stop her practicing law. She has bought nothing but shame on the legal profession in Cape Town. We are also asking people not to use the services of Keller Snyman Schelhase as they are guilty for employing her after she was fired from her previous job!

Lauren do you know why we had to get the restraining order against him? It was to make him look like he was a bad person. If you thought he was a bad person then you wouldnt believe him would you! The beautiful part was making him think it was all your idea. That was done for two reasons. The first was so that he wouldnt try to speak to you about and the second was to HURT him! We had to make him believe that it was all your idea and that the person that he loved was behind it. Did you really think we needed a restraining order for the phone calls? There were no phone calls it was us calling him! It was when your mother found out though that you gave us what we wanted. You were embarrassed werent you? You didnt want your mummy to know what you had done to him did you? That is why you attacked his character isnt it? You were trying to cover up what you had done werent you? I knew when I saw how you were acting and how you were selfish like me that I could use the letters to get you to go for him for me again!

I would like to complain about the service provided by the attorney above.
It has taken over 9 months for prepping for eviction and then they lost the case no.
We asked to hand over to other attorney and now they cannot find files.
We cannot open duplicate files and have lost 9 months rental in the process.
