I gotta say, I decided to give Bonzy Home a try and I'm pretty glad I did. I was in the market for a lift recliner (ya know, one of them fancy chairs that helps you stand up easier) and decided to give 'em a shot. And lemme tell ya, it was worth it. The chair was exactly what I was hoping for - it was comfy, sturdy, and had all the features I needed to make life a little easier.

What really impressed me, though, was the price and delivery. I mean, dang, the price was SO reasonable, I couldn't believe it. I was half-expecting some hidden fees or something, but nope, it was just a straight-up good deal. And don't even get me started on the delivery - it was so fast, I barely had time to refresh the tracking page! The service was top-notch, too. I didn't have any issues, but I could just tell from the way they communicated with me that they were on the ball.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Bonzy Home. If you're in need of some home goods, I'd definitely recommend giving 'em a shot - you won't be disappointed!

This recliner is the bomb! I've had it for a minute and it legit helps me to chill out when I'm vegging out with some flicks. It even matches my other recliner, which I snagged not too long ago. The cushions are totally on point and the whole setup is super cozy. It's a one-seater, too, and it's definitely spot-on for my body type. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend Bonzy Home to others.

So, I decided to check out bonzyhome.com for a good deal on a chair. Bought one on December 7th, 2021. Waited for it patiently and checked for any updates on shipping for the next couple of weeks. But there was nothing. I got anxious and all, so I emailed them thrice. However, they didn't get back to me. I was afraid that I wasted my money.

Well, hope was still there. Three weeks later, I got a FedEx tracking number. Great news! But my excitement was short-lived because when I put that tracking number on the FedEx website, it said it didn't exist. Disappointed, I contacted them again via email to address this matter. But they didn't respond.

Now, January 12th, 2022, it seems that I've sent them a total of maybe 8 emails already. But since there is a long-distance number to call China, I don't think it's even worth the effort. I still got no chair, and my tracking number is still not working. It's quite frustrating since I've been looking forward to my new chair and it's taking longer than it should. No one should have to go through this kind of hassle and irritation when all they wanted was to purchase a product.

I recently got myself a Bonzy Gaming chair from bonzyhome.com, and to be honest, I am quite disappointed. There were quite a few defects with the chair that I received, and I am finding it difficult to get in touch with someone who can assist me with resolving these issues.

One of the major issues with the chair is that the padding on the seat is quite insufficient. It doesn't do a good job of keeping your backside from bottoming out, and that is just plain uncomfortable. Additionally, one of the arm pads on the chair had very little foam padding, and it was quite loose and sloppy. I thought that I might be able to overlook these issues, but there were other problems with the chair as well.

Aside from the issues with the padding, there were a few cosmetic issues with the chair that were quite annoying. There was a scrape on one of the arms of the chair, and in two other places, there were these flanges or burrs that were quite sharp and actually stabbed my skin a couple of times. Not good.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone from the company for a while now, and I have emailed them around four times. Unfortunately, I haven't received a response from anyone at bonzyhome.com yet. According to their website, they promise to respond to inquiries within 48 hours, but that just isn't true. It's been a good month since I first reached out, and they haven't responded to any of my emails.

Overall, I am quite disappointed with my experience with bonzyhome.com. The quality of their products seems to be quite poor, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I hope that they see my review and take some steps to improve their products and the way that they take care of their customers.

Oh, man. Don't even get me started on Bonzy Home. I thought I was ordering two side tables, but what do I get? A freakin' recliner. I mean, no offense to the recliner lovers out there, but that's not what I ordered. So I emailed the company, and we went back and forth for what felt like weeks. Finally, they offered to sell me the recliner at cost. But I didn't want the dang thing! I just wanted my side tables.

So I asked for a return label. But nope. They told me to keep the recliner as compensation for their mistake. Like, what? That's not how it works, fam. Now I have this big 'ol recliner taking up space and I don't even know what to do with it.

And that's not even the worst of it. The side tables finally arrived, but not without a ton of hassle. One of them took a wild trip, going all the way from California to Arizona to Pennsylvania to Indiana to Kansas to Colorado before finally arriving in New Mexico where I live. I swear, it's seen more of the country than I have. And the other one? Delivered to Saint Paul, Minnesota. Like, what the heck?

So I emailed Bonzy Home again to sort this out. But who knows if they'll even respond. I'm just hoping that someday, somehow, I'll get my side tables and be done with this whole mess.

I bought a chair from this here store for my kid's gaming on December 4th, 2021, tryna be all on top of the gift-giving for Christmas and all that. But when December 20th came round, I ain't heard nothin' about the product bein' shipped yet. They said they would process it within 24 hours on their website, but it been weeks with no updates, so I decided to send them an email askin' what's up with my order. A few days later, they finally put a FedEx tracking number on the site and sent it out, which had me jumpin' with joy 'cause my kid really wanted this chair.

But when I looked up the tracking number on the FedEx site, it told me that it don't exist - what kind of nonsense is that?! Now it's January 15th and I ain't received anythin' yet, and I done sent them at least five emails, even trying to email their big-shot bulk orderin' account in hopes of gettin' a response. I'm pretty disappointed about it all, and my kid's been askin' me every day where their gaming chair be.

I just wanna say that Bonzy Home kinda sucks. I've been trying to get a hold of them for a whole month now and all I get is some boring auto email. What kind of customer service is that? Plus, the chair I bought from them is all messed up. There's burrs all over the place and some scuffed up areas like someone was sanding on it. And don't even get me started on the arm rest padding. I mean, come on guys, can you not even make sure that both sides have the same amount of puff? The right side is packed tight but the left side has this weird low spot. It's like someone already used it. And let's talk about the seat. The front and sides are like super cushiony but the back and middle section are like cardboard. My butt is getting numb just thinking about it. Lucky for me, I have a pillow to sit on right now so I can write this review. But seriously, I'm gonna have to fix this myself if they never get back to me. I got this sucker from Microcenter and I'm just super disappointed right now.
