Every month $59.00 is taken out of my bank account.
I purchased bookrix.com product and had 30 days to review the product, when I tried to download the product it would not let me. Then I emailed the company many times without a response. Today I noticed that in the beginning of every month $59.00 is taken out of my bank account.

I have worked in banking for several years. Please go to your local bank and have them stop payment for that amount. Tell them what happened and they may be able to help you recoup some of your money. Put in a complaint to the DOJ in your area. Put in a complaint to the Consumer Protection's Bureau and the BBB in your area. You can also close and reopen a new account if your bank is unwilling to comply. I hope this information helps.
