Booksy Disappointing Experience with Tranquil Touch Massage Appointment through Booksy/Lifebooker

As someone who loves to indulge in self-care, I was excited to use Booksy to schedule a massage appointment with Tranquil Touch in Valley Village, CA. However, my experience ended up being quite frustrating and disappointing. Despite pre-paying for my massage, I found myself dealing with repeated cancellations and lack of communication from the massage place. Not only did I not receive the service I paid for, but I also had to deal with the added stress of having my appointment canceled on me twice at the last minute.

After having enough of the poor customer service, I attempted to get a refund through Lifebooker, the platform I used to schedule and pre-pay for my appointment. Despite reaching out to both Lifebooker and Tranquil Touch through email and phone, I received no response and did not receive a refund. This experience left me feeling cheated and frustrated, and I would not recommend using Booksy or Lifebooker given this unfortunate experience.

Instead, I would recommend seeking out other sites and platforms that have well-established reputations for delivering excellent customer service in instances like this. While the deals advertised on Booksy and Lifebooker may seem tempting, the potential cost to your time, energy, and ultimately your wallet is simply not worth it. As someone who values my time and hard-earned money, I learned the hard way that taking a chance on a less reliable platform is simply not worth it in the long run.

Booksy Say Goodbye to Appointment Frustrations with Booksy: A Seamless and Reliable Booking Experience

But then, a friend recommended Booksy to me and I decided to give it a try. And I am so glad I did! The booking process is easy and straightforward, and I have never had any issues with getting in touch with merchants or scheduling appointments. The platform has a multitude of options for all your scheduling needs, from haircuts to massages to chiropractic services.

One of the things that impressed me the most is the ability to read reviews and ratings from other clients before booking an appointment. This is especially helpful when trying out a new service or merchant. I have used Booksy to book appointments with several different merchants and have been extremely satisfied with each experience.

The entire process is seamless and user-friendly, and the website/app is easy to navigate. And the best part? I never have to worry about being left in the lurch like with my previous experience with Lifebooker. Booksy has excellent customer service and any issues I have encountered were quickly resolved.

Overall, I’d highly recommend Booksy to anyone searching for a reliable and seamless booking experience. Whether you need a haircut, a massage, or a chiropractic appointment, Booksy has you covered. Booksy Unsatisfactory and Frustrating Experience with Booksy: Personal Data Processing and Navigation Issues

I recently had a less than positive experience with Booksy, the online appointment scheduling platform. Although intrigued by the prospect of booking appointments with ease online, I found the site to be quite clunky and frustrating to navigate. Despite already signing up for the site, I was unfortunately still unable to confirm my appointment due to issues with consent regarding personal data processing, and a lack of clear direction regarding where to do so. In my frustration, I reached out to the person I was trying to book with via phone, only to find that I was the second client to report issues with the Booksy site. In fact, they were so dissatisfied with their experience that they were actively considering switching to a different platform altogether. Considering the sensitive nature of personal information involved in health-related appointments, I couldn't help but feel concerned that the Booksy site may be vulnerable to hacking attempts, or worse. I've attached some screenshots to further illustrate the issues I encountered and believe this feedback might help others determine whether or not Booksy is the right platform for them. After all is said and done, I wouldn't recommend using Booksy until these issues have been addressed and remedied.

Booksy Unreliable Booking and Customer Service from Booksy: My Frustrating Experience with Styles by Leah

I recently had an experience on Booksy that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a haircut and blowout service from Styles by Leah, which appeared to have no restrictions on the certificate or on the LB website. However, when I called Leah to schedule an appointment, I was informed that the service is only available on specific days of the week, which unfortunately did not fit into my busy work schedule. We were unable to find a time that worked for both of us, which led me to seek a refund from LB customer service.

Despite being told that I would hear back from a representative within three days, I have now been waiting for ten days with no response. I have sent two emails and left a message on their support line, but have not received any reply. This lack of communication is concerning, especially considering the fact that they do not answer their support line. As a result, I have been forced to contact Visa in order to reverse the charges for this service.

I was disappointed by this experience, as I was eager to try out Styles by Leah and had high hopes for the service. It's frustrating to not be able to make an appointment due to unclear restrictions, and even more so to be left in the lurch by customer service. I plan to report this incident to the consumer protection agency in order to prevent others from being similarly affected. Overall, I hope that Booksy can improve their customer service and communication policies in order to better serve their clients in the future.

Booksy Disappointing Experience with Online Scheduling Platform: A Review of Booksy.com

As an avid user of online scheduling platforms for my business, I have had the unfortunate experience of using Booksy (booksy.com). To begin with, there was a mistake made in inputting the name of the business, which cannot be changed even though it was their own error. This means that all our reminder messages have the wrong name on them! It's frustrating that a minor mistake like this cannot be rectified.

Furthermore, their customer support is virtually non-existent. It's incredibly difficult to get ahold of someone for help, and even when you do, getting answers to queries is almost impossible. The support videos are not useful at all. The platform is clunky and it takes a long time to enter or look at any kind of information. The only good thing was the database of patient names they have, but unfortunately, there is no way to access or export it for use.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Booksy and feel that it has been a disaster for my business. Additionally, every time there is a schedule change, it sends an email to our CEO, and there seems to be no way to shut that off. It is a major cause of frustration for us. To sum it up, Booksy's platform is a not funny joke. I would not recommend it to other business owners like me who rely on online scheduling systems for their day-to-day operations.

Booksy Technical Support Woes: My Honest Review of Booksy for Alternative Medicine Business Owners

As a business owner in the alternative medicine field, I was hesitant to switch to Booksy after being a longtime user of GenBook. However, circumstances led me to give it a try, and unfortunately, my experience hasn't been entirely positive.

One of the biggest issues I've had with Booksy is their technical support. It can take forever to get a response from their team, which is extremely frustrating. Additionally, their tutorial videos are geared towards salons, which doesn't apply to my business. In contrast, GenBook had excellent customer service and was always available to help me whenever I had questions.

While I understand that every business has its strengths and weaknesses, it's challenging to evaluate Booksy without proper technical support. For example, I asked a question one afternoon and didn't receive a response, which is unacceptable. Even when I followed up with question marks, I still didn't receive a reply. This lack of communication is a major drawback for me, especially since reliable communication is so crucial in this industry.

Another issue I've encountered is trying to sign up for Booksy's no-show protection. While they keep asking me to do more things, I don't know what else I could do. I've completed all of their requested tasks, but I'm still not enrolled in their no-show protection. It's frustrating and confusing, to say the least.

Overall, I'm still undecided about Booksy's services. While they may work well for some businesses, they're not a perfect fit for mine. Until I receive better technical support and communication from their team, I'll continue to weigh my options.

Booksy Disappointing Experience with Booksy: Poor Customer Service and Substandard Deals

I was very disappointed with my recent experience with Booksy. As a caretaker for my 95-year-old mother who was ill, I purchased a deal that unfortunately expired. All I requested was a credit, not a refund, however, I found it incredibly difficult to get in touch with their customer service team. Despite sending numerous emails, I failed to receive a response and attempting to reach someone over the phone proved impossible. I felt completely ignored by Booksy.

After persistently emailing every day for nearly a month, I received a response from someone claiming to be a customer service representative, who stated that they do not give refunds. This response was frustrating for me as I distinctly did not ask for one. I continued to email the company to try and resolve the issue, but unfortunately, received no further response.

Upon further research, I discovered that this company actually operates out of an apartment in Brooklyn, New York, with the "owner" using the name Brittany. This made me feel uneasy about the legitimacy of the company.

To make matters worse, most of the "deals" advertised on Booksy were at substandard businesses. This all made me question the company's credibility and I would not recommend using their services in the future.

Overall, if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Booksy at all costs.

Booksy Review of Booksy's Customer Service: Lackluster Response Times and Disappointing Follow-Through

As someone who relies on effective business software to manage my day-to-day operations, I was extremely disappointed with Booksy's customer service. After having my account migrated from Genbook, I found it impossible to connect with a representative by phone for any assistance. Despite trying repeatedly over several weeks, there was no response from their phone support service.

As an alternative, the only option offered was to reach out through their chat system. Unfortunately, this proved to be equally frustrating, as response times were often delayed and I was frequently left waiting for days on end. Even worse, there was no ability to initiate a new chat conversation, meaning that once I was stuck waiting for a response, I had no way to move forward until I heard back from customer service.

Despite their lackluster customer support, I will say that the software itself seemed to function relatively well. Although I was promised a call from the support team to review all software features, that call never materialized. Given that this is a crucial tool for running my business effectively, I found this lack of follow-through to be both puzzling and concerning.

All in all, my experience with Booksy was anything but ideal. As someone who relies on this platform for the success of my business, I was truly disappointed by their decision to completely shut down phone support, and the lack of attention to customer needs.
