Vagaro Their support sucks

Their support sucks. I created an account so I could help a client create theirs and attach it to their website. When I tried to cancel no one returned voice mail and when I got someone the said they needed to transfer me and hung up on me.

Vagaro I would give them 0 stars if that was a choice but since it's not, I give them a 1 star

I would give them 0 stars if that was a choice but since it's not, I give them a 1 star. After cancelling my subscription with Vagaro, they continued to charge my account for 3 consecutive months. I called to be reimbursed but they said that they would not give my money back. This company is a scam and they don't care about their customers, only about the almighty dollar.

I am simply trying to continue a yoga class by zoom. Vagaro will not accept any password i create, so I cannot get a link and take the class. Multiple emails back and forth with studio owner who uses Vagaro, a 45 minute zoom with her, while she contacted their tech support, without success. I had to give the owner my payment info and she signed me up, but NOW because it's impossible to create an account with Vagaro, I cannot get the link to take the class. I would urge other business to NOT use this service it is terrible.

Vagaro Vagaro charges your credit card after your free trial without giving you any warning or receipts

Vagaro charges your credit card after your free trial without giving you any warning or receipts. Then they keep charging you, regardless of the fact that you haven't used the app at all. They can monitor your activity, so they know you haven't used it and yet they won't refund your money even if you catch it the same day as the charge posted. We appealed to them twice and they refused to refund our money for non-usage.

I am a salon manager and I've used Vagaro for several businesses. My experience with the company has been extremely disappointing due to their unhelpful customer service representatives who are slow to respond and seem to prioritize certain businesses with their perplexing service options. I have made a decision to no longer work with Vagaro-based systems and have since transitioned my clients to alternative software platforms after witnessing numerous salons being misled and denied refunds by them.

Additionally, my brief stint with a salon that operated without a license and faced numerous customer complaints revealed to me that Vagaro actively removes negative customer feedback for such establishments. This means that even if a salon operates unethically or without proper credentials, Vagaro conceals this information from the public eye. Consequently, these salons appear as legitimate businesses in Google searches. The individuals managing Vagaro have shown a lack of integrity, and I find their practices objectionable.

They nickel and dime absolutely everything on their services. For example you can send pre instructions for free with forms but when you check them out and want the post instructions you would have to make it an email and you have to pay if you go over a certain amount every month. Or to capture a credit card to book an online appointment you have to pay $10 extra a month for their "online shopping cart". Which makes no sense. Or they had a check in app and covid checkout but for the checkout you have to have their card on file and when they check out on their phone it doesn't even prompt them to book their next appointment. This service is an absolute joke and ends up being like $50-$60 a month when all said in done.

Vagaro I accidentally set up a customer profile and immediately called to cancel

I accidentally set up a customer profile and immediately called to cancel. *** told me a Manager would have to delete my profile. I talked to Enrique and he said he was a Supervisor and would not delete my profile. I asked to speak with *** his Director and he connected me to some voicemail with no name on it. I left a message and waiting for a return call. I cannot believe they can hold me hostage. I have never done business with them nor do I care to.

Vagaro After being a customer for several years, I found myself needing to close my business

After being a customer for several years, I found myself needing to close my business. This is the first time I have gone Digital with my scheduling and intake paperwork. Biggest mistake ever There's no way to data dump the *** compliant paperwork or other notes that have been entered other than opening each clients profile and downloading those things individually If you have several hundred clients this could take many hours If you have several thousand clients you'd have to pay someone to do this huge amount of work just to close your account and stop paying for the service. Some businesses are legally bound to keep certain paperwork for many years before disposing of it. I do not endorse Vagaro.com!

Vagaro We are a Day Spa with 7 rooms

We are a Day Spa with 7 rooms. The sale people at Vagaro Pro are great! Unfortunately, when you become a client, start actually using the software, it goes downhill fast. The support team is very nice, however, they are not well trained on the system. Most of the time they agree that it is a little confusing or strange but nothing they can do except submit a change request. The system is also not set up to run a business. Many of the business metrics are not accurate so you are running blind on the health of your business. I've tried to speak with management at Vagaro many times over the past year and they are not interested in helping their clients. I've read other reviews how this company is a scam and it certainly does feel that way.

I am a salon manager and I've used vagaro for several businesses, the company is absolute garbage with snarky unhelpful reps who take forever to respond and are only interested in *** businesses with their confusing offerings. I now refuse to work on vagaro based systems and transfer my clients to other software after seeing them scam so many salons and refusing to refund them. Also, after working very briefly with an unlicensed salon that was receiving lots of complaints, I found out that vagaro removes negative reviews that customers place for bad salons. So if the salon is a complete *** or unlicensed, they will hide that from the public, and this is dangerous because it shows up in google as a legitimate business. These people who run vagaro are garbage.

he worst control system for your dance studio or salon, customer service has no idea how the system works. I called to verify that the pay desck was what I needed to use in my business and of course they told me yes. later when it has arrived to me it does not work as it is supposed to work since the customer service people do not have the slightest idea. I asked to speak to an expert and he told me that the pay desck does not work that way that there is another app called check in that cannot be installed in the pay desck and that they do not have a refund policy.I mean, I have lost more than $ 800 because the customer service is incompetent and the managers do nothing to help you as a customer, since they have gotten the money, they just say no and they blow you away

Vagaro Buyer BEWARE!

Buyer BEWARE! Vagaro is a scammer, they charm you with a free trial and then make it difficult to cancel and then lock into either keeping or cancelling their service and still be charged for the full month! I thought I went through the whole cancellation steps and since it was late, I didnt bother checking for confirmation, imagine my surprise when I still received a charge on my card. I contacted support immediately realizing my that the process was not accepted or complete and that I had to redo the process. I was then told then would ask for a refund request and I was told to read their policies and I could not receive one. It was day 1 of that billing cycle and again I was under the impression that I had cancelled. I feel that as long as I called in prior to the program being utilized for that current cycle, they should refund customers. I feel like this speaks volumes to this companies character and how scammy they are. I will be sticking to Square. I will be sure to warn all my service industry friends to not use this scam of a program/company!

Vagaro Vagaro has been secretly double charging our clients

Vagaro has been secretly double charging our clients. We have had multiple people complain that their bank statement is showing 2 charges from our Spa for the same amount. When we go to the client's backend it only shows the one charge and we only get paid for one charge. Our clients end up claiming fraud on the 2nd charge and only then does Varago give them their money back. This is extremely alarming for multiple reasons but mostly our Spa looks extremely bad, like we're stealing from them and lying about it. Vagaro claims they will correct it if someone tells them but how are we supposed to know who they're ripping off or not if it doesn't show up on our end. This is the most shady thing I have ever seen from a scheduling program. To protect our reputation and to be sure they're not taking advantage of our clients, we have no choice but to change companies. I'm leaving this complaint so that if others are experiencing this, they know they're not alone and that this company need to fix their "bug" or go out of business. I'm also seeking legal counsel as this is EXTREMELY ILLIGAL.

Vagaro Vagaro business app

I use Vagaro for my small yoga studio. The app didn't work for two days in August and then three days October. My clients could not sign in and I had bad anxiety all day. I lost income for those 5 days since the app was not working on their end. And I was told nothing can be done about my loss of income. Highly unprofessional. I am expected pay for their services but on the other hand when their services are not provided properly, then why should the client have to pay. Not helpful at all.

Claimed loss: Approximately 700 $

Desired outcome: Not helpful and extremely unprofessional

Vagaro Vagaro forces their customer to purchase equipment to process credit card purchases from their 3rd party provider

Vagaro forces their customer to purchase equipment to process credit card purchases from their 3rd party provider. Ince customer purchases equipment, personally I've bought 3 different items all which have been incompatible, and unsuable with their system. I am out a lot of money and have been told too bad they offer no refunds. They should not sell me equipment not compatible with their own system then not allow me to get my money back bc its not able to work with their system. This is wrong and not right to keep my money. How does a customer know these items are not compatible? It does not clearly state which parts are compatible or not. Unclear information and I deserve my money returned.

I started an account on August 1st of 2020 for a free month trial. In order to view pricing plans, app features, or benefits for me as a business owner you are required to input your billing info to access information about any features. I deleted the app from my phone on the 15th of August. Prior to the end of the month of August, I was charged for the month of September. The charge on my account occurred on the 30th of August, before the 31 day trial ended, and prior to the start of a new month on the 1st of September. I called today, August 31st, and was refused a refund by a customer service manager who I had to speak with due to the condescending and rude tone of the initial customer service representative I spoke with. The manager told me that they would "review my issue" and see if they could refund me, and then the same manager who claimed would review the issue denied my refund request himself, clearly with no intent on ever issuing a refund. I did not input any customer information, salon information, or other professional information because the app required that I would need to pay for premium access. In order to access any of the features that were relevant for me, it would cost $300 a month, which is way outside of my price range. I simply want a refund of the $27.30 that was charged prior to the end of my trial, and without any data input or usage on my end from the app that required payment information just to view their app services available. This company is clearly trying to take money by hiding behind a vague terms and conditions statement and then making users put in payment information prior to even being able to view the benefits of using their service.

This company has a sign on requirement committing you to one year of service and promising a high standard for customer service. The company does not hold up to their own standards of customer service, do not fix glitches in software, and charges accounts without permission. Several attempts were made to cancel the account but the business continued to charge without permission. They advertise a $75 cancelation fee which they agreed to waive. They then charged the $75 fee. I am currently disputing charges now on my bank account as they began charging fees to my bank account under a different name but with their same account numbers. I was forced to change my credit cards to stop charges there as well.

I own a hair salon in NJ. Vagaro is the company I use for the booking platform. I attended a webinar that vagaro recommeded about using their merchant services to sell gift cards during the time we are forced to shut down. I went ahead and signed up with the following documents, Shop license including photo, Social security #, Tax Id, Photo Id, and 3 months of bank statements and other personal information. I enabled my clients to purchase discounted giftcards online. I sold about $1,200 in gift cards to later find out I cannot access my funds which Vagaro is holding due to them worries of chargebacks since it's a new merchant account and that chargebacks can happen within 180 days. I've contacted them numerous times without a resolution. I need your assistance in resolving this matter. Vagaro is holding my money which belongs to me because they are worried for chargebacks? This is unethical! I need this money to survive as it's the only income I can generate now, I can be reached at ***. Look forward to your response. Thank you

On March 30 I sold gift certificates in the amount of $450. I than reached out to the Vagaro Support a few days later, in attempt to see where my funds are. I was told by an agent online that my funds were on a temporary hold. I received an email from the support manager on April 1 stating that based upon my account being new the bank has put a temporary hold on my funds, and I need to provide 3 months of my bank statements. I did as they needed the very same day. On April 13th I emailed the support team for a follow up with the status of my hold. On April 14th the response was that they are investigating fraud due to high numbers of transactions online. However, on their site, they encourage online transactions. It is now April 20, and I still have not heard from them, nor received my funds.

Vagaro I started using Vagaro in March and ended my subscription with Vagaro in July as it wasn't really a good fit for my company

I started using Vagaro in March and ended my subscription with Vagaro in July as it wasn't really a good fit for my company. I stopped getting charged by them but instead started getting charged by ***, their credit card processor company. At the time I didn't know this was their credit card processor company hence I called *** directly and was told I was being charged on Vagaro's behalf. I called Vagaro and was on the phone for 45 minutes waiting for support that never came. I disputed the charges and asked my bank to put a hold on their charges. This month *** charged me again my disputed fees plus a penalty. I called the bank and they told me *** had charged me through a variation of their name through another account. I called *** and they tell me they still can tell me why they are charging me, I emailed Vagaro Support and haven't heard back after 4 business days. I sent a letter to *** asking for a stop to their debiting of my bank account as it is my legal right and they tell m they won't stop until Vagaro tells them. All in all I am not sure why Vagaro is charging me, they haven't responded to my requests, *** keeps charging me in Vagaro's behalf and no one can stop them. I filed a complaint to the FTC and I am step away from enrolling legal services to deal with this situation which I don't want to do because the amounts are not large, but at this point it seems the only way I will have their attention.

Vagaro Aloha, I was so excited to sign up for Vagaro

Aloha, I was so excited to sign up for Vagaro. The sales team sold me on what an incredible service they offered and it would be perfect for my dance business. I would be able to have a platform that would be easy to book classes and memberships. Unfortunately that service was not delivered. I was not able to provide the best customer service and an easy and seamless way for my clients to sign up and pay. That is why I am asking to be refunded for a terrible experience with this company. The last correspondence regarding this matter was quite disheartening. I was not heard in the matter and no resolution happened to resolve this horrible experience. My emails are now blocked and they all bounce back from Vagaro, which is all more proof that they have really terrible customer service. I have never heard of a company that I paid service to blocking my emails instead of addressing the problem and releasing me of the contract because their service did not do what it provided. I want to be refunded for this faulty service. I signed up during a special Covid rate. I was not given proper notice when the Covid rates changed from $10 to $25. The sales person stated," they would most likely go all summer, we are here for you through this difficult time". I received that special pricing for just one month. I pushed through with the raised prices and was excited for my reopening launch just a few weeks ago. I continued to pay monthly as I was waiting for the ability to reopen my dance classes. I honestly didn't mind paying, as I thought the program would be worth it when I was able to teach in person (My delay in starting was due to the restrictions because of Covid-19). I only was just able to launch my classes in person in mid November. My launch was a disaster with my clients! I had call after call that they had trouble with registering with Vagaro. I even had a client say they did not trust to pay through Vagaro. I had to do double work to register my clients and was not able to even use this service. Because the platform was so difficult to use, I believe I lost customers. Again, Vagaro misled me in what they could offer. The customer service was unacceptable. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. I have never been blocked to send an email. Thank you for helping me resolve this
