BottemLineBooks review: Scam: book supposedly sent to my parents they could never have ordered.

My parents were out of their home as of February (1 parent), early March other parent due to medical issues, and since have resided in Nursing Home/Personal care. The house has been sold. Mail then has been forwarded to my house. I keep getting bills for 52.94 for a book they never ordered, and never received. I sent one invoice back with this info. written on it. I refuse to waste my time or postage anymore.
