One of the worst puppy mill operations in the United States. The Humane Society has just listed the worst puppy mills and Ashley Andersen is hiding under many different business names. According to the report:
"Ashley Anderson, Celebrity Puppy Boutique, aka Boutique Teacup Puppies, San Antonio/ Spring Ranch, TX – Imported puppies with numerous consumer complaints. Anderson has moved across several states and has had numerous different business names, but all of her businesses have involved selling tiny imported puppies. Anderson currently sells extremely expensive “teacup” puppies through her website, Boutique Teacup Puppies, boutiqueteacuppuppies.com. Despite legislation that was passed as part of the 2008 Farm Bill prohibiting the import of puppies under six months of age for resale, Anderson freely admitted on her website as recently as March 2014 that she imports puppies from Asia. Many of the puppies she advertises for sale are about 12 weeks old, according to the birth dates listed on the Boutique Teacup Puppies website. On the website’s “About Us” tab, the owner states: “We work with a very close friend in Asia to provide you with the best of the best. Our puppies are very different than what you can find here in the USA.”
• In addition to apparently violating the import rules, Anderson also does not appear to have a USDA license to sell puppies sight-unseen over the Internet. Ashley Anderson has a long list of aliases including Celebrity Puppy Boutique LLC, World Class Yorkies, Nightingale Bullies, World Class Bulldogs, MS Puppy Connection (in Mississippi), Puppy Petite Boutique and Dream Maker Kittens. There are numerous complaints online about sick puppies purchased from Anderson, and The HSUS has received four complaints from puppy buyers about Anderson.
• Before moving her business to Texas, Anderson operated in Mississippi. After the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office received complaints about Anderson’s puppy and kitten sales, according to public records, Anderson signed an April 2013 settlement agreement that acknowledged, “the Attorney General has reason to believe that Anderson made false, deceptive and misleading representations and engaged in conduct in violation of the Mississippi Consumer Protection Act” related to sick puppies she allegedly sold to consumers. Anderson entered into a voluntary agreement that required her to pay back more than $17, 000 to five different complainants."

I would love to go in on a class action suit. She sold me a yorkie that I spent $15000 trying to save that died. Then charged me more fore a Pomsky that was supposed to be 10-12 lbs and is 8 months and 20 lbs. we had just lost our 14 yr old yorkie so we were trying to fill a void then had to deal with all of this. She wasn’t going to honor the warranty until my husband threatened to sue her. She’s not s nice person.

Yes, I paid for a pomsky and they were ready to ship. Ashley called telling me she spent my money on something else and did not have the money to ship the pomsky, the puppy was paid for over seas from Ashley but she did not have the balance to pay for shipping. here is the copy of my receipt, I told her I would pay for shipping, I had a copy of the air bill also, ashley said I could not have the puppy but she

would pay me back. Since then, I cannot get a hold of her, no website or she does not answer my calls.

I want my money back and would like to join your class action

I see you were a victim as I am. I picked up my sweet boy on Tuesday and he died today This Ashley Anderson was rude and blamed me. I took Teddy to my vet twice and the ER I would be interested knowing more about your situation. This lady needs some jail time this is plain abuse... cruelty to animals. Did you ever find out if this class action is still in play?

Hello... I have the most expensive rescue dog in history sounds like you and everyone else. Over three months I tried to get info on Atom who is now my Charlie to no avail. Nothing! I figured out early on something was wrong. I didn't care of about the money at this point I just wanted my dog. I no nothing about who and where he came from. He was suppose to be a Mini Maltipoo 3 to 5 pounds. Once they had my money he went to 5 to 8 pounds. They knew I was on to something and they threatened not to give me my puppy but I knew if I went along with them they would have my pup and my money then I'd be screwed. So I begged them to not keep Charlie that the weight didn't matter sooo I was getting Charlie finally! It was final, I would now get Charlie and figure these scammers out once he's safe and sound. Well he finally showed and when he popped his little head out of the carrier I was in love but he was a hot mess! Took him to the Vet the next day for his shots and a weight. He was 4.11 so we took him home and in three short weeks he went to 7.1 go figure! I was NOT surprised at all. There are more disgusting things but I'm keeping them close to the vest right now but I'll disclose once I have more and I have my first physical for him on March 7th. I'm very nervous for it because it's gonna get uglier I'm afraid. One of the lighter things is I'm certain he's older than they told me. So does any of my things make sense to any of you? Here are photos of Atom aka Charlie. I named him Charlie.. I believe he has a sister Annabella and other siblings. I'm trying to find her and the others. I paid a lot for my Charlie and that's ok cuz I won BABYPUPS jokes on you! He's got issues but he truly knows he's safe and loved. He sleeps on a down bed with down blankets and pillows and it's a beautiful thing tomorrow see. So go to hell because your on your way there anyhow! If anyone would like to get together with me and shut BABYPUPS down for good and put everyone involved in jail. Below are a couple of photos. The fist was when I picked him up and the other was today. The last photo was the stick photo of him but we don't think it's him. This dog has no legs but Charlie has very long poodle legs. He's suppose to be a Mini Red poodle and Mini Maltese. I was finally able to drag out from Meyer that Charlie's Father who was a Maltese came from Korea but it took me forever to drag that out of her. The only other bit of information I have is that Charlie was born in Brownsville Texas which is right on the border of Mexico… Surprise! That's all I know. Anyone heard of Maya? She was mean and rude, she was aweful. I'm serious if there is anyone out there that would like to share information I would be more than happy to do so you may text me at area code [protected]. I also have WhatsApp. Texting is easier.

Like I said the first picture was the night I picked him up at the airport. The other two are recent as early as yesterday. The last photo is the one in question. They say this is Charlie a.k.a. they called him Atoms but I don't think it is him. Doesn't look like him it's not built like him in so long what do you all think?

LC Charlie's Momma.

I was a victim of a similar place in Texas. I'm so thankful this women is facing legal ramifications for her deplorable actions. As for a warning for those looking; learn from our mistakes. Reputable breeders rarely breed more than one breed, and certainly not five as the lady in this case. The AKC and other breed standards groups do not consider many of these "teacup" breeds as purebred. There is no such thing as a miniature pug, or micro pug, or teacup pug, for instance. These dogs are being mixed, malnourished, and bred with congenital internal defects that cause their small stature. In my case I would later find out Dolce, was bore of a male with kidney disease and a female with an immunodeficiency disease that led to their small stature. It was my first dog and the most deveatating experience. I know some say it's just a dog, but it ripped my heart out and still hurts today. I spent every last dime and credit I had trying to save her and it wasn't possible. She died at 4.5 yrs. After contacting the seller he simply said all her siblings died of "West Nile" and the mother and father passed of something unknown. What? If that many dogs are dead for any reason how can one not be devastated, investigating and calling any other person you sold too. My Dolce apparently lived the longest. She was the sweetest angel. Had I known what all was wrong from the start, we could have saved her. We have to stop these people! So thankful you all are fighting! Good luck! PS Since then I've adopted a 6 mo pure breed pug, now 7 years old, that couldn't be healthier. I went through a rescue on petfinder.com. You can still shop online, and get pure bred dogs, but with people who get to know the dog's personality, may have even potty trained and all are cleared by a vet. 😊🐾

www, boutiqueteacuppuppies.com SCAM - Fake puppy seller. They will collect your money and then disappear.
I had a very bad experience with www.boutiqueteacuppuppies.com ! 4 months ago I ordered a teacup Maltese. Every time I emailed them their response was quick. until I wired the money and never heard from them again. Do not trust this site and never send money up front. Their bank details are legit but trust me they are a scam, rip off company and they will take your money and you will get nothing in return.

I would never purchase another puppy from www.boutiqueteacuppuppies.com again. Ashley is a liar and the puppy that I got was ill and has had serious medical issues since then. After you give your money, she treats you awful and if you try to contact her after you receive the puppy she will never return your call and eventually block your number! Be aware!

I am not sure why this Ashley Anderson is not in jail for animal cruelty? I wish I had looked up reviews before I made my purchase. I picked up my puppy this past Tuesday and he passed away two days later in the short time I had him I had taken him to my vet twice and the ER where he passed away yesterday. I received a email from Ashley saying it was my fault and it was on me. My baby was hyperglycemia passed the point of no return... what I haven’t figured out was how did he seem ok for the first few hours before I went to feed him and then saw he would not eat I had to literally force him to eat with a dropper... is there something they give the puppies to make them spark up for a short time? The ER doctor said it was not my fault you can see the puppy was nothing but skin and bones with no muscle mass what so ever. I was also wondering why the shot records I received were in Spanish? My baby didn’t even have that sweet baby puppy breath should that have been a clue? Is this Ashley just a broker or the breeder? There were so many signs that I should have paid more attention to... very sketchy. They would never send me any other pictures as requested... met in a parking lot for puppy pick up. Is Jill just an employee or is it really Ashley portraying as another person? They both were incredibly rude. I am so devastated

This is similar to what happened to me spent $1400 in vet bills/autopsy. Jill also made me feel like it was my fault. Now I have to wait for the autopsy report that will take 2 weeks not sure what other options I have but i truly wish i read the reviews. I

Absolute SCAM. They are now operating under Babypups.com. If you type in boutiqueteacuppuppies web address it redirects you to babypups.com. Please don’t waste your money. I made the mistake of buying from them. I bought one puppy and I guess I got lucky (and WAS happy) so I bought another one when mine passed away. I paid a premium price (again) for the special Korean pup since they are supposed to be extra tiny. My puppy is now 7 months old and weighs 7 pounds. I love her with all of my heart and would never give her back but we all know that she isn’t done growing and already just over 7 pounds. I realize that they say in the fine print contract that they don’t guarantee size but this is far outside the realm someone would reasonably except purchasing a “Korean Style” pup. They clearly imply that you will be getting a puppy that is extra tiny if you shop their “Korean Style” and pay the premium price.

I contacted them and asked them to refund me half of what I paid since that is what I would have paid for one of their regular sized pups. I can only say that the business owner is an absolute horrible business person. Refunding $3, 000 or potentially losing numerous customers at a pop of $6, 000 each. Dumb dumb dumb business move. You cannot fix stupid.
