I joined Branded Surveys on Sunday, October 15, 2023 and invested lots of time since then trying to get into as many surveys as I could and then much time completing others. In 4 days, I amassed 1,000+ points. I didn’t cash in as I waiting to do it after a week. Suddenly, out of nowhere yesterday I got an alert that said “Oops it looks like you are unable to participate in our surveys”. I’m basically locked out of the entire account. I cannot access my points or cash in. I cannot delete my information. Customer support is a “bot” and is unable to assist. What a joke!
Desired outcome: I want to at least access my points and cash them in. Then I wish to delete my account. I’ve waited so much time and am beyond frustrated.
