i have been doing surveys about 2 weeks, earning" silver status" where you are able to cash out, when i made several attempts to start payout status, i was prohibited and also was not able to continue process the surveys any longer. feels like I have been scammed, i,m thinking of contacting the "better business bureau on my behalf to get to the reason why i,m no longer able to access the site. prior to attempting to process payout, i was receiving constant email reminders everyday encouraging me to take surveys last 1 being 6/30/2024. moving forward, I have not received a single survey reminder since that date and locked out of site without an explanation, at the very lease I would like to be compensated for all the surveys i completed, not at all concerned about continued service with this company, it was only something I did for entertainment purposes, however small the payout was.
