My name is Drew, and I’m Mr. Sheth’s assistant. On behalf of Mr. Sheth, I wanted to kindly follow up on a concern regarding a recent delivery from BrandsMart. We ordered a refrigerator, and unfortunately, the delivery team caused some damage to the property during the process.

We’ve tried reaching out to the appropriate contacts multiple times but haven’t received a response. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue before we consider taking further steps.

Attached are the receipt and the damage letter for your reference.

During the recent service call, the technician accidentally dropped the refrigerator while going down the steps, resulting in cracks on the porch deck. The technician appeared frustrated as they had to remove the refrigerator after the initial installation.
