What kinda BS is this?
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
They charged us $360 six weeks ago and we have never received the product. We have been calling and emailing for weeks, with no response. I finally posted publicly on Instagram and someone replied for me to email "***" from another email. I said I want a refund! I want my money back! This is fraud!

On September 6th, I ordered the air purifier and then canceled the order on the 9th of September
On September 6th, I ordered the air purifier and then canceled the order on the 9th of September. They canceled the order and didn't charge my account for the first payment. But now they have charged my account for the 2nd payment. I tried to call them, but due to technical problems, they ain't taking calls. Please fix this.
I ordered from AirDoctor, LLC on 10/22
I ordered from AirDoctor, LLC on 10/22. I provided my credit card details, but didn't receive any confirmation after clicking 'send'. I also didn't get any confirmation via email. On 10/23, I decided to call them. However, their phone answering system mentioned that they were facing "Technical issues" and advised me to "call back tomorrow." This made me quite suspicious. If they can update their phone answering machine, why can't they answer a call? I'm really concerned, especially after reading the previous reviews.
Their website is really difficult to navigate
Their website is really difficult to navigate. I ordered some filters and it took weeks for me to receive a FedEx tracking number. But guess what? The tracking number doesn't even exist! They sent me an email with an address to contact them, but it's the same email that told me not to reply. I mean, seriously? It's so confusing! I tried reaching out to them using the email address on their "contact us" page, but all my emails bounced back as undelivered. This company is such a scam.
Poor communication and service!
Poor communication and service! I ordered from AirDoctor, LLC at the end of December, expecting my package to arrive within 5-7 days. However, it's already February 3rd and they still haven't shipped it. I haven't received any communication about the delay at all. I called customer service and they assured me it would be shipped that same week. It's been over a week since then and still no updates. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order. But now, a week later, they have charged my credit card again without my authorization!
I bought an Air Doctor 3000 and I really like your product, but I gotta say, your response to emails is a big fat ZERO
I bought an Air Doctor 3000 and I really like your product, but I gotta say, your response to emails is a big fat ZERO. I sent my first email on 7/21/22 to [protected]@airdoctorpro, asking for a copy of my online receipt from my purchase on 6/22/22 'cause I can't find my own copy. I've sent TWO more emails after that, and just now I sent a third one. It would be super awesome if you could find my emails and actually reply. Thanks a bunch.

I tried to get in touch with AirDoctor Customer Service through phone and email, but no luck
I tried to get in touch with AirDoctor Customer Service through phone and email, but no luck. AirDoctor sent me an email saying they shipped my order and gave me a tracking number. When I use that number, Fed-Ex says I need to contact Airdoctor for more info. AirDoctor Customer Service doesn't respond to my service requests. They took my money fast but haven't delivered the order or helped me when I asked.
This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had!
This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had! I cancelled my order a whole 6 weeks ago due to shipping delays. But guess what? This week, out of nowhere, a charge of $788.02 was taken from my account. Can you believe it? No email or tracking number was provided after they took my money. And to top it all off, the delivery showed up today, but I refused it and told the guy to send it back. Who springs something like this on someone without any warning? The excuses they gave me today were really questionable. I better see that refund coming in real soon. I've never seen such a messed up transaction in my life. Thanks a lot for screwing up our finances. Thumbs down!
I tried to order 2 units in September to fight the smoke from the fires
I tried to order 2 units in September to fight the smoke from the fires. I didn't get any confirmation after struggling with their unreliable website. I checked again and saw that nothing went through. They emailed me back saying they had no order linked to my email. Okay. I decided to go a different way and thought that was it. But then we started getting email after email saying our shipment was coming in 3 weeks, 2 weeks, etc. There was no way to check the status and no ID number on the package. I emailed them 4 times in response to these notifications, asking them to cancel my order. No response. Now, fast forward to the present: the two units arrived and we've been calling their customer service all week to get some free shipping packers to send them back. Their system conveniently hasn't been working ALL WEEK and they told us to call back on Friday, but now it's Monday. What a mess. They don't focus on finding solutions, their web design is terrible and gives a bad user experience, there's no confirmation or way to check or cancel an order... is this even a real business? It seems disorganized at best. We want our money back and we don't want to pay shipping fees to return the items I already cancelled multiple times! Just a heads up - I can't say anything about the quality of the product, but this business is difficult to deal with if any issues come up.
We ordered 2 Airdoctor 3000 units and 2 sets of filter replacements
We ordered 2 Airdoctor 3000 units and 2 sets of filter replacements. They charged my credit card for 5 Airdoctor 3000 units over 2 separate orders plus the replacement filters! They told me it was an error with their website. Apparently, this "error" placed an order all by itself for the extra 3 units and charged my credit card (a second and separate transaction without my authorization). I am exploring credit card fraud regarding this matter with my credit card company. The three extra units were shipped back to the company last week. I can see on my FedEx tracking that they received the units six days ago! Still, no credit has been issued back to my account. I do not have any confidence in this company and frankly, I am very offended how all of this has been handled. If this is how they are running a business I have serious doubts that they will still be viable company next time I need to order replacement filters. If you are interested in air purification systems do your due diligence and check with Consumer Reports for models they recommend. Consumer Reports doesn't touch this company and neither should you. As far as the product goes - the units seem to be working as advertised. To bad the company is being run under such incompetence. If anyone at AirDoctor even pretended to care, I probably wouldn't have gone to all of this effort in leaving this review here. Be warned.
Bought 3, two didn't work from the start, the third broke within a year

Hi Linda,
We received your email and are replying to you regarding how the unit works as well as the lights etc. We are here to help you and will get this resolved. Thank you-
I ordered my Air Doctor on September 9th, and received an email on September 11th saying it was shipped and would arrive on Wednesday, September
I ordered my Air Doctor on September 9th, and received an email on September 11th saying it was shipped and would arrive on Wednesday, September 16th. UPS tracking number was given. I did not receive on the 16th and called Air Doctor Thursday the 17th to check on status. I was told that there was delays with UPS updating their system due to the wildfires and pandemic, but was assured my package had been picked up and was on its way. I was asked to wait until Monday, September 21 and check status again, which I did and the status had been updated and was still the same. Package was labeled and ready for pickup. I called Air Doctor again and was told they were having trouble with the warehouse and to give it another week. All I want is the truth about receiving my unit. If I do not receive my unit within the week or given a true delivery date I want a full refund and my order cancelled.

Hi Sandra,
Thank you for the review. We understand your frustrations. We received an unprecedented amount of orders recently due to the fires on the West Coast. We have the orders packed and on pallets and UPS trailers are continuously coming into the warehouse to pick up. We have recently reached out to other carriers asking for support so we can ease the burden on UPS and hope to see relief this week. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this stressful time.
Air Doctor Customer Service
We ordered an AirDoctor unit in September
We ordered an AirDoctor unit in September. At that time, the AirDoctor website stated "2-3 week shipping delay." Ambitious, I thought, but surely they would advertise it in big red letters on the homepage if they couldn't handle the influx it would create in the middle of a pandemic and wildfire season. We received an e-mail stating the 2-3 week time delay. After 4 weeks went by, we called AirDoctor to inquire about our unit. At that point, I realized the company was straight out lying to customers about shipping. At this time, 4 weeks after my order was made, the AirDoctor website now stated "1 week shipping delay." When I inquired how the company could advertise an even quicker shipping time, when I still hadn't had my order even processed after 4 weeks (1 week past the day I was supposed to receive my unit), customer service basically just gave me the run-around, no clear answers, just excuses. UPS shipping delays, Covid, which really didn't explain why they never even processed it. After getting nowhere, and the only suggestion from customer service being "you can always cancel your order," we finally got a manager to at least get it processed. The next problem arose. We initially ordered the unit and a replacement filter as well, but sent the request to cancel the filter right after. Fast forward nearly 5 weeks, AirDoctor attempts to charge us for unit AND filters, and the charge is rejected. After we resolve this with AirDoctor, by having to agree to the filter charge, because a manager claims that the order could not be edited or changed..okay, sure. She promises the order will be processed the next morning. 2 days go by and we contact AirDoctor AGAIN. This time customer service provides new excuses for the delay, from warehouse issues to their systems being down. She cannot provide ANY information. 2 more days pass. They still currently advertise a 1 week shipping delay, while apparently being plagued by issues in every part of the supply chain, unable to process orders from 6 weeks ago. Could they expedite our order because of all of the excuses and lack of communication and empty promises? NO. Could they credit us anything? NO. But they would've happily helped us cancel our order. If I ever do receive the unit, I will never consider buying this brand again for the way they are treating customers. This is how you handle a cash-grab, but not how you gain loyal customers or a good reputation. It's a shame, because the product is being let down by poor and dishonest customer relations, and this reputation will follow the company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Hi Gabriella,
Thank you for the review. We received units to ship out and our data base that houses orders went down. Therefore, we cannot send orders to our warehouse for shipping. While we are grateful for all the time the system works without issue, this has been a bit of a challenge for us. Regarding your order and any new orders, your order would go out before any other orders placed as we ship first in/first out. I have put your name on my list to follow up on once we have access to the system again. I am really sorry for the inconvenience that we have caused you.

This company doesn't tell you where their product is made and their customer service is really bad
This company doesn't tell you where their product is made and their customer service is really bad. I bought 2 air cleaners online on January 14. The model is the *** and they cost *** each. I paid with my credit card. The order number is ***.
We've been waiting for 2 months
We've been waiting for 2 months. We ordered this unit almost 2 months ago. About 10 days ago, they said it would ship that day and gave us a reference number (XXXXXXXX). But it still hasn't shipped. Every time we call, we just get a voicemail saying they're having technical issues and to call again "tomorrow." When we email, they just tell us to call them. And when we call, they tell us to call back "tomorrow." I've called back "tomorrow" five times.
I bought an AirDoctor XXXX X/2019 straight from airdoctorpro.com
I bought an AirDoctor XXXX X/2019 straight from airdoctorpro.com. It cost *** plus shipping. It suddenly shut down and now it won't turn on again. It's defective. I reached out to customer service, but they weren't helpful at all in troubleshooting, fixing, or resolving the electrical issue. I even tried unplugging and plugging it back in, but that didn't do anything. It's frustrating that they can't or won't repair mine, but they're willing to sell refurbished air filters. This air filter is quite pricey to only last two years. Thanks for your assistance.

I ordered 2 air purifier units on 10/17
I ordered 2 air purifier units on 10/17. I still haven't received them. I've emailed the company multiple times without a reply. It's been over 2 weeks since I placed the order for two air purifier units and two combo filter packs on 10/17. The order ID and cost details are missing, and I paid with my credit card. The confirmation email was anonymous and promised a one-week shipping time. Despite repeated emails and a phone call where the line went dead after menu selection, I've had no response.
I bought new filters for my AirDoctors, but I only received the ones for one of the models
I bought new filters for my AirDoctors, but I only received the ones for one of the models. They haven't said anything about the other filters. They keep delaying the delivery and saying it's because the filters are out of stock. They don't seem to be in a hurry to fix the problem and keep accepting new orders. They think that giving me a refund for the shipping and 10% off the total cost of the filters (around $35) is enough. I really want my filters and I want them to take responsibility. I asked to talk to someone higher up because it's not the customer service reps' fault, but no one ever calls me back.
I bought an AirDoctor 3000 from their website a few weeks back
I bought an AirDoctor 3000 from their website a few weeks back. They've sent me the wrong unit three times already. I ordered the one with the Air Quality Monitor, but they keep sending me the medical unit. They blame it on issues at the new warehouse. The last agent claimed to have called the warehouse to ensure they'd send me the right unit. It feels like a scam to trick folks into buying the pricier unit, only to ship them the medical one without all the features. Thankfully, I have family members who own the unit I want, so I know what it should look like. I reckon many folks might have received the wrong unit without even realizing this "mistake."
This company must process a refund for a cancelled and returned order.
This company must process a refund for my order that was cancelled and returned via UPS. They erroneously shipped it despite my same-day cancellation in September. I informed them through email and phone, and they acknowledged the cancellation. Yet, in October, they charged my card and dispatched the order. Upon querying, they cited a two-week computer glitch causing unverified shipments of cancelled orders. I've had polite discussions with their service reps and provided proof of refusal and return through UPS. However, they're delaying the refund to my credit card.
I ordered a unit but never received it because the company entered the wrong address
I ordered a unit but never received it because the company entered the wrong address. I have a screenshot as proof. Now they have to ship it again. I placed the order on 11/11 and the company printed the shipping label on 11/12. The company employees told me it had been shipped, but FedEx said it hadn't. I emailed the company but didn't get a response. On 11/12, I received an email saying the order was shipped (see attached). I called on 11/17 and was told by the company that FedEx had my order and it was on its way (which was a lie). I also received another email saying the order was shipped. I called again on 11/18 and spoke to *** who said the address was correct (another lie) and that the unit was sitting in the warehouse. She said ***'s direct supervisor would call me back, but she didn't. I called again on 11/19 and spoke to *** who said that the company printed the wrong address on the label, so the unit was returned and had to be shipped again. How can a company get the address wrong when all they had to do was copy the address I provided? *** transferred me to a supervisor named *** who said the order would be shipped to the correct address within 24-48 hours. She also said they would refund me 20% and provide free shipping. I asked for a reference number, but she said they didn't have one. *** said she would send me an email confirming the 20% refund and free shipping. I asked when I would receive the email and she said in "24-48 hours - it has to go through another department" - we'll see if that happens. The company has terrible customer service. I will write again if they don't ship my order or if they don't follow through with the 20% refund and free shipping.
We're missing an AirDoctor
We're missing an AirDoctor. I don't have current delivery info. GLS delivered our AirDoctor, not UPS. AirDoctor can't help me at all. AirDoctor has terrible customer service and won't give me updated info about my order. The main points are: We're missing an AirDoctor. I don't have current delivery info. They said UPS would deliver our items. GLS delivered our AirDoctor on 9/23 (even though we were given UPS tracking info). AirDoctor customer service can't help me at all. We paid a lot for these items and I need to know when they'll arrive so I can be home. On 9/14, I got an AirDoctor email saying my AirDoctors would ship with UPS. They were supposed to arrive on Wednesday, 9/16, but they never came. So I called customer service and they said it would take a week or two. Every time I checked UPS and the link AirDoctor gave me, all I saw was that a shipping label was made. Nothing else. There haven't been any other updates since 9/14. Today (9/23), as I was getting ready to leave my home, I saw one AirDoctor box just sitting outside and a delivery driver getting back in his van. This box was delivered by GLS (not UPS), and I had no idea it was coming today. I asked the GLS driver if there was another box and he said no. So not only did I not get any notification that the AirDoctor was coming today, but it came with a different delivery service AND we're missing our other AirDoctor. I'm really mad that AirDoctor hasn't communicated with me about our order. I also don't think it's okay that the GLS driver left our AirDoctor outside where someone could've stolen it. We have problems with package thieves in our neighborhood. So I need to know when the other AirDoctor will arrive and which delivery service will bring it. I called AirDoctor on 9/24 to get updated delivery info and they couldn't help me. They said our other AirDoctor is in the warehouse and there's no updated delivery info. This isn't helpful. Does anyone in the company know what's going on?
I got charged for stuff I didn't even order
I got charged for stuff I didn't even order. Still no refund after calling customer service multiple times, even managers. I made an order on September 12 for 2 units, a 2-year combo pack of filters, and a 5-year warranty. The total came to $***, including shipping and tax. After a few weeks of waiting and getting emails saying sorry for the delay, I finally got my order. But guess what? There was an extra charge of $704.72 on my credit card. I tried calling AirDoctor to fix this, but for like 2 weeks, they had "technical difficulties" so nobody picked up the phone OR replied to my email (where I asked for a refund for the extra charge). So, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, who gave me a temporary credit. But then, about 2 months later, they took the credit away and left me with the $704.72 charge. And on top of all that, they sent me 2 more units that I didn't even order, and they charged me for them too. They gave me some of my money back, but they still owe me $352.36. I've been trying for weeks to get this refund, I even talked to 2 different managers. But every time, they give me the same excuses... they say it's been passed on to some department and it'll be fixed in 24-72 hours. I even sent them all my credit card statements from the past 4 months, with their charges and refunds highlighted, to make it easier for them. It should've been a quick fix, like 5 minutes. But nope. The last phone call was with a manager who said, "I want this fixed just as much as you. You'll hear from me before you have to call again." Well, guess what? I still haven't heard back. They didn't even give my case a number until the last phone call, after I spent 3 weeks trying to get this fixed. I've been nice, I've been firm, I've even begged them to give me my money back. It's been so stressful, and I've wasted so much time in the past 4 months trying to fix their mistakes. They even said it was okay for me to send back one of the units I ordered (the other stuff was for my sister), just so I don't have to deal with AirDoctor ever again. But I haven't heard anything about whether they got the unit back, and I still haven't gotten my refund for that unit (plus the shipping, tax, and warranty refund). That refund should be $412.26. So in total, I should be getting back $764.62.
I bought an air purifier on an installment plan
I bought an air purifier on an installment plan. They said my final card payment failed, even though I've been using this card for years. I purchased the air purifier with a credit card on installments. Right before the last payment, my *** account got hacked. So, for safety reasons, I closed the card linked to that account. *** couldn't process the last installment (on the closed card account), so they sent me a collection letter. No problem. I called and gave them another card, the one I've been using for years and is now my only credit card since I closed the other account. I use this card several times a week without any issues. Several months later, I received the same letter from them saying they couldn't authorize the charge and that 'my merchandise was shipped out'. That was strange because I had already had the product for months. (I think they sent the same letter again, which gives me a clue about their problem). Anyway, their letter states that I have to resolve this or they will send it to collections. So I called. I asked the agent to take my card information again and to follow up with me on confirmation, so I can be sure this matter is resolved (especially since the charge should not have failed authorization). He agreed, but never followed up. I received another letter (saying 'your card would not authorize'), I can't remember how many months later, but it was quicker than the first attempt to authorize the charge. I called back again and this time spoke to a woman agent. Like the first agent, she was very nice. I explained that there is nothing wrong with my card and I would have appreciated hearing back from her colleague earlier so we could have figured out the problem. I asked her to take my card information again. She mentioned that she can't confirm the authorization immediately, and I asked her to please follow up with me this time, so we can confirm if there is truly a problem and resolve it once and for all. She agreed, took my card, promised to be in touch, but never got back to me. Now I've received another letter, the same as before. I want to mention that, at some point, I called *** to ask if they can confirm if the charge failed to authorize. The agent said they do track failed authorizations, but after checking, she said there is no record of *** attempting to authorize any charge. I have received the original collection letter three times now (and it keeps mentioning the product delivery unnecessarily). I'm thinking that in their process, they keep trying to re-authorize/process the original credit card, the one I closed. There is no other explanation for why the card I use all the time (almost all my shopping these days is online, using my credit card, not cash) would not authorize, especially when *** has no record of *** even attempting to authorize the charge. In any case, this is their problem, not mine. I wouldn't mind as much if either of the agents had followed up at the time, so we could resolve this, but each time it comes back to me and I have to start over because they can't handle their own problem. They want me to provide another credit card, which I don't have. Then there's always this moment where they tell me it's my responsibility to successfully pay for the product. I feel they need to listen to the customer who is trying to tell them that he's using one of their accepted payment methods and they have a problem (in addition to their agents' failed promises to follow up). It's pretty frustrating. I noticed they have 14 *** reviews and their average score is around 1.2 stars. Unfortunately, I know why . . .
