My microwave is 10 months old and it just doesn't work. I tried reaching out to Panasonic customer service, but their service lacks the proper attention. The service technicians they referred me to are no longer in business. It's frustrating because it seems like no one really cares about my issue. I think it's time we stop buying their products. Anyone else feel the same way?

J'ai essay? de contacter Panasonic ? plusieurs reprises, mais je n'ai jamais r?ussi ? les joindre. C'?tait vraiment frustrant, alors j'ai d?cid? de faire appel ? la protection du consommateur.
J'ai expliqu? mon probl?me ? l'organisme de protection du consommateur et ils ont ?t? tr?s compr?hensifs. Cependant, lorsque j'ai contact? Panasonic pour leur demander un remboursement ou un ?change, ils ont refus?. Ils m'ont propos? d'acheter un autre micro-ondes ou de le faire r?parer. Mais j'ai parl? ? plusieurs r?parateurs qui m'ont dit que cela co?terait plus cher de le r?parer que d'en acheter un neuf.
Je suis vraiment d?u du service client de Panasonic. Ils ne semblent pas se soucier de la satisfaction de leurs clients. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette marque et je ne vais plus jamais acheter leurs produits. C'est vraiment dommage car j'avais toujours entendu de bonnes choses ? propos de Panasonic, mais maintenant je sais que ce n'est pas le cas.

Panasonic Customer Support: Frustrating Experience and Hidden Charges
I recently purchased 2 Panasonic phones for my home, specifically the KX-TGDA20C model. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue where the message storage was full and I needed assistance in clearing it. I decided to reach out to the help line for support, but to my dismay, I was informed that I had contacted the wrong department. They took down my name and telephone number, assuring me that a "tech" would call me back.
After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I decided to try a different approach and emailed the live chat help line. Once again, I was informed that I had reached the wrong department and was promised a transfer to the appropriate one. However, what followed next caught me off guard. They requested a refundable charge of $5.00, asking for my credit card number, expiry date, and other details. Apparently, unless I filled out this form, my call would not proceed to a technician.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to give them another call, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, I was informed that their office was closed at that time. What a complete waste of a consumer's precious time! It would have been much more efficient if Panasonic had provided correct information on their website. They should have been upfront about their policy of charging customers to answer questions regarding their products.
Needless to say, this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I will not be purchasing from Panasonic again.
