I gotta say, Tristarcares is the real deal. This thing is amazing, I mean like seriously amazing. It's so easy to use and it's got like six different settings, which is like more than enough for me. I've tried using an air fryer before, but this thing blows it out of the water. It's like the air fryer's older, cooler brother.

I was a little skeptical at first, but after using it for a while, I can honestly say that it's worth every penny. It's like having a personal chef in your kitchen. I've made everything from chicken to veggies to even desserts and they all come out perfect every time.

The best part is that it's super easy to clean. I hate cleaning up after cooking, but with this thing, it's a breeze. Just wipe it down and you're good to go.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Tristarcares to anyone looking for a versatile and easy-to-use cooking appliance. It's a game-changer and I can't imagine going back to my old ways of cooking.

I bought the Power Pressure Cooker XL from Tristarcares in 2017 with a 6-year warranty. Recently, I noticed that the pressure gasket came off during a wash cycle and needed replacement. I reached out to Tristarcares for assistance, but they suggested that I purchase a replacement gasket from Amazon. I was disappointed that they wouldn't send me a replacement, but I decided to look up the gasket on Amazon anyway.

To my surprise, I found that the gasket was only available in a kit that cost $10. I was frustrated that I had to spend my own money on a product that was still within the warranty limitations. I contacted Tristarcares again to see if they could offer any other solutions, and they informed me that they would replace the entire unit if I sent it back and paid for shipping, which would cost me $60.00.

While I appreciate that Tristarcares is willing to replace the entire unit, I don't think it's fair that I have to pay for shipping and handling when the issue is with a 30 cent part. Overall, I'm disappointed with the customer service I received from Tristarcares and the inconvenience of having to spend my own money on a product that is still under warranty.
