I would definitely do business with them in the future and will be referring them to all my friends. They are great people with great attitudes. Each time I have contacted Branson.com, I have been greeted and helped by professionals. They have arranged tickets as well as overnight accommodations for each visit. They have been pleasant and try hard to make each visit what I request. I will continue to ask them to help me with my visits to Branson. I have recommended to friends and they have been happy with their services as well.

Branson.com was a pleasure to work with. He promised me great shows and seating and he delivered. His suggestion to see the "Legends in Concert" show was excellent. We had never been to Branson before. We stopped by their business when we arrived in town. The staff there was great, too. His suggestion to eat dinner at Top of the Rock was again another excellent choice. We will be back and will book through Branson.com again.

I have used Branson.com for many years. Never a bad experience. Always very knowledgeable and professional. Willing to help with any questions I have had. On this last trip we needed to cancel tickets to several shows since my brother-in-law ended up in the hospital. No questions asked on a full refund of money. I know I could probably get tickets with more perks elsewhere but choose to continue using Branson.com as I know I will be well taken care of.
We had a wonderful family vacation in Branson
We had a wonderful family vacation in Branson. Our accommodations at Welk Resort were very nice and the kids enjoyed the swimming, miniature golf and the daily breakfast buffet was quite good. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were even set up with a round of golf on a great local course, Branson Hills. Marco Smith was our lead agent guiding us through a very enjoyable vacation. No hassles, no delays just a relaxing good time. I highly recommend it!

They helped us Monday August 2nd. plan our week of activities. So far, all their suggestions have been spot on. Top of the rock was amazing. Billy Bob's gave us enough great food for two or more breakfasts. Florentino's pizza was excellent. We appreciate all the help. I know it's their job but few people make the extra effort they did. Marco marked places to eat and things to see that he didn't get paid for. It's nice to meet people that take pride in their work.

Horrible. If I could leave zero stars, I would. We contacted them two weeks ago and reserved hotel accommodations. We never received a confirmation email. I called to check and was told they had nothing available for our trip which is scheduled for this Friday. Was told that someone was supposed to contact us, but there was nothing in our file to indicate that they had. Now we have a trip planned and nowhere to stay. When I asked what we should do now, I was told "I don't know". Really, is that they way to run a business? Disappointed is not even the word.

My wife and I were blessed to work with Branson.com in planning our vacation. Unfortunately, it was interrupted by an illness and had to be cut short. I was so pleased that they refunded the cost of the shows that we were unable to see. John was the agent that I booked the trip with and he was GREAT! I only wish I could write GREAT in a larger font such as FANTASTIC! The amount of time and effort that he saved me was phenomenal. This is a first rate company and I would encourage anyone who wants to go to Branson to make their reservations through Branson.com. I can assure you that on our next excursion to Branson, we will use Branson.com.

I called Branson.com on July 2 to order tickets for various shows and attractions for my family's upcoming trip to Branson. I talked with agent Dow Smith and received the most helpful, courteous, and accommodating service I can remember. Dow listened to my requests, offered suggestions, and got my tickets processed quickly and correctly. The order confirmation email arrived promptly as promised. I even received a call from the sales manager later that same day to make sure I was happy with my experience and to thank me for choosing Branson.com. I'm totally satisfied with my contact that day, and I will rely on Branson.com again the next we visit Branson.

It is funny how they have three positive reviews on the same date and time when I told them I was going to complain on 6/15 when I told them I was writing a review. TIMESHARE SALES ALERT! In the beginning, had to call them for some reason as they do not have a working booking website. I called them, and mentioned that the description in their 4 day 3 night packages were incorrect (or maybe they were not) for they said their 3 Night package only included two nights. The sales representative giggled at that (Code Named Giggles). When they went to booking the package, they said they could not get it to book and would have to call us back. Well they did not... 6 hours later we called them as we wanted our travel arrangements solidified. We were then told that we would have to come inside their "offices" to pick up our show tickets etc. I asked why and they beat around the bush on a reasonable explanation of anything. When I told them it sounded like a load of nonsense, this is when I found out a "sales manager" was listening in and that I was resistant to their future sales pitches and he did not want to do business with us. I told them to cancel everything. I asked them to confirm this in writing, as we have never even received an initial booking confirmation from this company, other than verbal. In all of our travels and we travel often... Never did we have to go to a destination Travel Office to pick up anything. So this is very inconvenient. We would not have arrived until after 5PM to Branson and their program that they want you to sit through to get your discounts so the first day of our vacation would have been spent mostly with them. NOWHERE on their website do they say any of this. I could not find this company listed as active in the State of Missouri either according to the Secretary of States offices. When I typed in the address I was given for them a link to Wyndham Vacations (Timeshare) and the former Branson Tourism Center keeps popping up as well. Too Sketchy to do business with, contacted another company and had our reservations, tickets and itinerary in our hands and printed out in less than 10 minutes. Beware of Branson.com.

We have always used this service for our trips to Branson and have always been pleased. Our last trip was under harder circumstances as my husband who has bouts with dementia insisted on the planning. We had to call several times a week change as he got confused. The tourism center was very understanding and accommodating each time. *** handled the situation greatly and even called me periodically to make sure everybody was on the same page. My husband was embarrassed but when we picked up tickets the gentleman was reassuring and patient. *** came out to meet us and was so gracious to him. They always save us money but I would still use them even if it cost more.
