I was in a brutal car wreck this year. The insurance company (StateFarm and i contacted the company within a week of accident, they was totaling out my car. I also had Gap Insurance ( Silver Rock) which i just found out is also BRIDGE CREST. This all happened in May.( I purchased the vehicle April 7, on May 9…. I was in the car wreck) Prior to this my car was totally paid up. And 4 days prior to this accident, I had just paid 1500 dollars to the interest. The car loan was not paid out until 6/25/2023. I never received a letter with a proper breakdown of what was paid off and what was the remaining balance. Which should be nothing because again I had a gap insurance and the gentleman‘s insurance company also paid. They have already put this on my credit report. With our properly notifying me. when I called and spoke to Bridgecrest, they told me at first it was a car payment I owed. When I explain why, that could not be true, I asked to speak to someone else was put on hold for a hour and a half. I hung up. Callback spoke to someone else and was told it was fees that’s it. I explain that I had already spoke to Silver rock and they informed me they paid exactly what Bridgecrest said to them, and I needed to contact Bridgecrest because it was a Bridgecrest, who was charging me. No one is giving me a written breakdown of the payout although I have asked for it twice already yet they have already put this on my credit report and will not close out this auto loan for me to be able to purchase another vehicle. These business practices that they are using is not fair and illegal. I was not notified by mail or email or even a phone call that there was a remaining balance before it was put on my credit report affecting my credit score.

Desired outcome: I would like this, took it off, my credit report, and the loan to be close due to satisfaction of loan terms
