Had a contract for installation of a voltage optimiser to be supplied and fitted by the company on 10/5/2022 time allocated slot was between 12-5 pm
Via a salesperson on the 5 th may 2022
Deposit of £370 paid on 5/5/2022
Work was done as scheduled (so I thought)
And balance paid to company
Almost 2 years later when getting battery fitted for solar panel system it came to light that the voltage optimisers had never actually been connected up to power source and cables had been tucked into box this never had use of product in all that time
There was never any mention of a problem fitting box or the fact it wasn’t working or no date to rectify problem if there had been a problem
Very devious indeed
I have tried their phone numbers and they do t exist
Desired outcome: Recognition of situation and good will compensation gesture
