Buddy's Carpentry LLC review: unfinished work

I hired this company to do repairs from hurricane IDA. They started working in the house in may. The total agreed upon was 14,500, the total actually paid was 16,000. This amount was paid in full in June. Since then they have not been to my house to complete the work. When I called I was told "Do not contact me again, I will finish your house on my time."

Baseboards that were clearly wet in the storm and warped were painted over instead of being replaced. Walls were touched up in placed and the paint was not an exact match. I do not have shoe molding in 2 bedrooms and 3 closets, thresholds are missing in living room and at the top of the stairs.
