I would recommend calling and talking to an agent before ordering. There are many measurements that factor in on a boat cover - not simply length and width.

Not what I expected. Fit is oversized and parts of cover seem faded. Only using in a garage so ok for that but I could have paid less for comparable one.

Just recently bought a Budge cover for my Edge. Have been buying Budge covers for many years and never had much of a problem was shocked to see some of the reviews on here when I looked for a new cover. Seems like only angry people leave reviews on this site for some reason so thought it was my duty as a loyal customer to speak my mind.

Love the cover for a 18 Maxum boat ...fits great ...looks great ...i lke the extra tabs for the straps as it helps not scratch the hull...I JUST HOPE IT DOESNT LEAK ...wont know till the spring ...

It fits perfectly and the elastic on the corners and sides keeps it tucked around the bumpers and rocker panels in high winds. A great well-designed product.

I ordered one of their nicer boat covers with a 5 year warranty and it seems to be very nice. We'll see how it holds up. I'd definitely recommend one of Budge's covers.

I ordered a cover last summer for our patio sofa. It did great protecting it all summer from rain. Nice quality and easy to use. We got additional furniture so I ordered matching covers. They sent the wrong color, but made it right really easily and sent the correct ones very quickly. Great customer service and products. I highly recommend!

Received my order quickly. Good looking cover and was about what I expected in terms of fit -- good not great. However it was disappointing that one strap ripped off completely and another buckle broke during the first December wind we got. The cover is still on thanks to the remaining straps, but the fact that it didn't make it through the first little patch of winter weather is alarming. I mean that is what it is purchase for.

The cover, for the price, is well made
The cover, for the price, is well made. What is not emphasized in the pre-sales information is that the cover for a very specific model and year of pontoon boat is actually a more generalized cover for a boat ranging from 1 foot shorter to 2 feet longer. That leads to the need to add some additional attachment points to truly secure the cover. However, even though I need to add more interior supports, after the first rain storm, the cover is holding water off of the boat.

Terrible service!
Terrible service! Try calling their sales or customer service line and see how long you wait. My boat top was delivered with missing hardware. They attempted to send out another top but I never received it. I was told to send back the original box and they will refund my account. I did so and according to the tracking number the box was received three weeks ago. Still waiting on my refund and always waiting an hour or more to get through to them. Stay away! Try calling them and notice the wait times.

Less than honest company to deal with
Less than honest company to deal with. Extremely poor quality. Our cover ripped the first time we put it on. The first of many rips. The straps broke within 6 months. Contacted the company Sept 3. Reply from Empire. We are looking into it. It is now Dec 8th and no response. Their site will not let you place a review on it (with good reason). I recommend to anyone do not deal with this company for a RV cover. Agree BUYER BEWARE . I am determined to share everywhere I can. All issues within first 9 months. John H.

I bought a cover for my camping trailerin June . Within 18 months the material had become transparent. It left grey residue on my trailer and all over me when handling it. It was becoming so thin it would tear with the slightest movement. I was happy to see that their website said all covers come with a 2 to 10 year warranty. However, after contacting customer service I was informed that my particular cover only has a 1 year warranty. I should have bought a tarp at the hardware store, it would have been 1/10 the price and lasted at least as long.

We bought a car cover from Budge car covers and was told it was the best #iv. It lasted a very short time, it started to turn white and coming apart, they replaced that one with another of the same,,it is now worse than the first one. I emailed them about the problem and received response to contact them. I called on many occasions and never heard back. The last few times I get a message stating that her voice mail is full. I have since tried calling the company warranty dept and the line is always busy. I have owned many car and boat covers and have to say the Budge is the worse and recommend that you do not purchase one. Stephen G

Customer service is ABSOLUTELY horrible. Seriously regretting buying a budge cover. I've called 3 times and sent one email and have yet to receive ANY response. I recently purchased their "higher end", 7 year warranty cover which I guess was a waste of money (a warranty is only as good [censored] the company backing it and so far all I see is a garbage company). I called once from inside my WEEK OLD leaking boat cover July 10, called again July 15th, sent an email after not hearing anything from them then called again on July 20th. And have all but given up on trying. After leaving 3 messages and 1 email I figure they're out of business (as the should be with this kind of customer service). Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else that actually cares about their customers.
This company is less than honest
This company is less than honest. They claim to be selling Empire covers that are waterproof etc etc but what you get is a cheap *** brand cover that you can purchase for 1/3 or less than their "sale" price. If they had been upfront about selling *** brand covers no one in their right mind would ever pay the prices they are asking. The fact that nowhere in their website literature says that these are not Empire brand but *** brand says to me they are intentionally misleading the consumer to defraud them of money. They did not respond to my emails and i have only just recently received a *** message from the Empire page wanting to help me with my warranty replacement because i posted pictures of the crappy failing cover to all my car groups letting people know to stay away from them and showing the product you actually receive. I would rather get my money back and then i can use it on an actual decent cover somewhere else than receive another cover that will start to fail one month after you put it on your vehicle...

When I tried to cancel my order, I didn't receive any response. They took my money and haven't delivered the goods. It's like they stole my money.

We got a cover for our RV on July 11 from Budge Covers coz it said "Made in USA" on their site. But when we got it on July 15, it didn't say Budge Covers on it. Instead, it had a name of *** and a tag that said made in China. This is not cool. False advertising, man.

I got a boat cover from Budge Industries, LLC on September 3. It had a warranty for 5 years and was supposed to be good for "trailering". I used it for 3 trips and on the third one, the stitching on the bungee cord perimeter came undone. I did everything the manufacturer said to do, but the cover was made poorly. The cover's clips were cheap and plastic and they messed up my boat motor cowlings. They also broke 3 of my expensive fishing rods. I tried to get a damage claim, but they said it wasn't their fault.

I bought an RV cover from Budge Industries, LLC on July 10. I wanted to use it during the cold months from December to March to protect my RV from the harsh weather in Ohio. The cover was supposed to be the "Best" one for wind, rain, and snow. However, after only one month, the stitching on the middle strap came undone, causing the right side of the cover to flap around in the wind. There's also a tear near the right rear corner of the roof. Not happy with the quality of the cover.

They're doing false advertising.

I got a boat cover that had two messed up buckles and I never even got two of the things I ordered - a motor cover and a stand for the boat cover. They only gave me one tracking number and I only got one thing. They said everything was shipped together but that's not true. I've tried to get in touch with them a bunch of times but no one has gotten back to me. I even got two complaint numbers but still no one has reached out. It's a real letdown, especially since they're an American company.

Now, every time I touch the cover, I get covered in a white powder. It made me feel congested and gave me sinus problems. So, I wear a mask whenever I take the cover off or put it back on the boat. I also have to change my clothes because of the dust. I emailed Budge Industries, LLC on May 4th to fix the problem. They replied, "We got your request (***) and our support team is looking into it." I emailed them again four days later to ask for an update, but they haven't replied yet.

I didn't get any response, so I asked again on Saturday, June 13th. I still didn't get any response, so I called their customer service number at . I waited on hold for over an hour, and then I finally talked to "Todd." He said he would email me the return label. Today, June 17th, I finally got the email, but it said "du to the age of the order, we are unable to set up a return for this the order as it is outside of our 30-day return policy." I ordered it on May 24th and got it on June 5th. I asked to return it on the SAME DAY I got it. Even counting today, my request is still within the 30 day period. They took my $184 and now they won't let me return it and get my money back. They're crooks and they should be shut down if they won't follow their own return policy. Especially when the customer isn't happy with their product. I have email confirmations for everything if you need them. Please help me get my $184 back.

I live in Miami where there's only heat and rain, which the cover is supposed to handle according to the description. The description also says it has a 5-year warranty, but it didn't even last that long. The cover was so ripped and deteriorated that I threw it away. I've been emailing them a lot, but they keep delaying my replacement. I have the receipt, and Jessica said in an email that they can replace it as a one-time courtesy if I don't have the receipt. I called and left a voicemail on 9/5. I called again on 9/8 and waited for about 30 minutes before Tristan answered. He put me on hold for another 5 minutes and then said they would send me a new cover. He also said someone might ask me for pictures. I thought it was weird that they would send a whole new cover for just one messed up part, but I didn't say anything. I was mad and called again on 9/9. I waited for about 45 minutes before Todd answered. I complained about the bad customer service and he blamed COVID. He said they would send me a new cover or a new part. He asked for pictures and I sent them while we were on the phone. He said they would respond in 24 hours. He also said they didn't want the messed up cover back. I didn't get a response on 9/10, so I emailed Todd on 9/11. He didn't respond, so I emailed again later that day. He finally responded at 1:36pm EDT and said he hadn't heard back from the warehouse. I was disappointed, but not surprised that I didn't get a response on 9/11. I hoped for a response on 9/12 and expected one on 9/14. I waited until the afternoon of 9/15 to follow up. I still hadn't heard anything by 9/16, so I emailed again. Today is 9/17, which is 13 days since my first call and 10 days since they said they would send a new cover. It's been 9 days since they told me to send the messed up cover back and said they would respond in 24 hours. I'm confused about what 24 hours means and I'm starting to think Empire is really bad.

This is my second budge cover I decided to upgrade from a 3 layer to 4 layer ,they great covers fit my 2014 F150 super cab perfect and great protection from the elements
