BudgetAir.co.uk review: Bought air tickets and now cancelled it we paid full price.

Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Sulochana Nair and Dr Rajagopal Nair.

We are very disheartened as our flights are cancelled from London Heathrow to Kuwait. We are booked and confirmed to fly out on 12th November 2023 at 10.45am and arrive Kuwait on 19:55. There on transit from Kuwait to Thiruvanthapuram departing Kuwait 21:05 and reach Thiruvanthapuram 04:30.

The BudgetAir.co.uk E-ticket was confirmed after payment. I am attaching the necessary documents.

We were not told about the cancellation till I got a WhatsApp message saying your flight our flight has been cancelled.

We need an explanation to why our flights were cancelled. We called up BudgetAir and they informed us that it was cancelled by Kuwait Airways.

This is very unfair as we paid for this trip arranging to stay day before in a hotel to catch this flight.

Please do help us to sort this out.
